I was skeptical of this product at first and most of my friends said it was a waste of money. After buying it and using it with Dragon Age Inquisition I'm impressed. Razer never ceases to amaze me with their innovative designs and just the best quality all around. I will confess I'm a Razer junkie.
  2. bought it instead of orwbeaver a year ago because I was short of money and I have been using it everyday ever since

0 regrets, and necessary for a laptop gamer

What are some of the pros about using it with dragon age? I didn't realize I could do that. But I'm new to the razer.

First of all it mimics the left side of your keyboard so the movement buttons are right in the middle which I like. The bottom button is jump and you can customize all the buttons. I put all my attacks around my movement keys so I can tear it up. Plus it's really comfortable in your hand. I have been customizing it for other games as well and I love it.

Ye i feel i should of gotten the Tartarus also ...had a Nostromo (still have it) but recently upgraded to Orbweaver and that top extra row feels like too far to be used for quick macros as they r not very accessible. And goddamn the thumb controls r sensible as hell, i like it but i believe is a bit of an overkill... i think it has to do with getting used to it since i only had it for nearly two weeks.

I don't see any advantages if you already have a keyboard and mouse..

If you don't see the point of the game pad there's probably little anybody could say to explain it. Just like it is hard to explain why you would need a number pad on the side of your mouse... your keyboard already has one. But when you open yourself up to the REAL differences (10 buttons under your thumb instead of just 1-2) it creates a distinct advantage for the players who take the time to adjust to the new controller type.
