razer wont conect to laptop

I connected my razer phone to my Alienware laptop but i don't see the notification on my laptop because i want to upload music to it also a few other things.
i don't think it has usb debug ,
connected to devices has usb not connected

I do see usb supplying power to attached device i do click it but nothing happens,
I hate to stress any of you with this post , i also googled it but no luck,
pleas help me.

ps. theirs probably a forum floating around i searched a few but dint help...

 

Sometimes you have to tap the screen twice on the bit where it says supplyingcharging device to get the menu for choosing what option you want to get it to data transfer.

 

There’s options on usb debug on developer mode. Did you already unlock developer mode? If not here’s go to the Settings menu, scroll down to About phone, tap it, scroll down to Build number (your build number may vary from ours here, and tap it seven times, you’ll see developer mode on options menu.

I celebreated too soon , but i still dont see any screen pop up, i pressed supplying power to attached device

I Solved the problem i just gota usb to usb-c cable, i think the one it came with was just for charging, i can see the sd and phone on my computer, i rested my phone, it dint need developer mode. It was that simple.
