    When society falls, we rise.

Rise up, band together with fellow agents in this co-op open world adventure shooter to restore order, eliminate the virus and save the city.

Take back New York City equipped with cutting edge tech – score a copy of Tom Clancy’s The Division when you purchase the Razer Blade with NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 970M graphics.

    Promotion available on RazerStore: http://rzr.to/riseup

TS note: I’ve finally managed to check out the open beta, and other than being reminded that I need to brush up on my cover shooters - I’m liking the concept. Have you managed to check out the game? How are you liking it so far?

I've applied for the beta, but was never accepted. There were no bonuses for being a middle-aged mom demographic for that one. LOL :big_grin_: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:

I can't wait to see how it goes, though. It's a concept I've been quite excited for, and was getting a little concerned since there seem to be so many mixed reviews.

Though, I'd be perfectly happy to "test drive" a Blade for you so I can try the game. ROFL :wink_:

(Eh, ignore me. My CPU went out and I can't afford to replace it right now, so I'm really craving game time. *laughs*)

There is an open beta this weekend, just requires you to download a 25gb game. Too bad for the lack of CPU.

I guess the third-person style of the game really isn't my thing, but otherwise I really like it.

Still love the blade series keep pushing on Razer!

Yeah, I got the e-mail about the open beta, and I would've loved to try it. Hopefully more folks from Insider will post about it and give their feedback. I'm especially interested in how well the story translated and if it's present, or just a minimally mentioned skeleton.

As for my PC, I thought it would be fun to see what it was like to SLI video cards because my son bought a new one for himself. Somehow while making the appropriate adjustments we shorted out my CPU. At first we thought it was the motherboard, so we tried a new one of those, but no luck. All so I could try a new adventure. hehehe
(also, because my video card was "eh" to begin with, the attempt was to try and SLI two GTX 560 ti cards - yeah, I need new graphics. lol) So, while picking up a motherboard for $140 was at least possible, trying to get a new CPU for over $300 isn't quite on the table.

I can tell you in the first beta, very little of the 'story' was available and I don't expect this beta period to give much more. It seemed like they were mostly just stress testing the server and testing the dark zone, which is the pvp part of the game.

That sucks. Although it reminds me of the time I replaced everything inside my case (mobo, cpu, ram, power supply) and found out it was just my power button on my case that was broke. :)

I'm in a similar situation with my video cards. I have a AMD 7950 and figured I would try crossfire so I got a R9 280. Unfortunately, it hasn't really done much because most games don't take advantage of sli/crossfire. I usually get solid performance in 1080p with most games, but I'll never be able to max out graphics and get worthwhile fps. I am waiting to see if there is any improvement with DX12, if not I might have to invest in another gpu myself.

Shame. I just bought my Razer Blade 2 weeks ago. It came with the free Tomb Raider where I just redeemed it but don't play it. I wish I knew they're giving out the The Division.

I bought my Blade without any promotions. I'm so annoyed. :mad_: But whatever, the Blade is great and I have no regrets except for the fact that I could have gotten a BlackWidow Chroma if I waited slightly longer. It's my dream keyboard. Eh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
