This is a big issue, because I have a big collection of profiles and manually re-assigning them after each clean installation is time consuming and annoying. This works properly in Synapse 3.
Hi, I’ve ordered yesterday a brand new Blade 18 2024. I’ve received today the tracking number from DHL, but very soon after, shipment was showing a Exception status on Razer’s tracking page and a “Shipment is on hold” with a red warning mark. I’m very worried because I’ve read bad things about this status regarding orders (on another post in Razer Insider it’s said that “The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.”)). I’ve opened a ticket with Razer Support for orders and waiting for answer right now. Should I or can I cancel my order when that kind of problem happens ?Is this something common with Blade orders ?many thanks for your advices and help ?
So I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and everything is working fine except for the microphone. My microphone sound is so low that even if you speak loudly it still be so quiet I searched in the internet for this problem and it turns out that a lot of people have this problem too and gave a lot of method's to fix it but non of them worked. Can someone please give me some help ?
Hallo zusammen, ich habe das Problem, dass mein Headset nicht mehr erkannt wird, bzw der Dongle wohl nicht mehr funktioniert.Ich bin von einem Dell Laptop auf einen AMD PC gewechselt und habe nun Win11 mit allen Updates installiert. An dem neuen PC funktioniert aber etwas mit Razer nicht mehr.Das Headset wird garnicht erkannt, blinkt nur blau Tastatur geht soweit, wurde aber öfter mal getrennt und neu verbunden sobald ich eine Taste gedrückt habe Die Maus funktioniert soweit noch Nun die Frage ob einer das Problem kennt oder lösen konnte, dass das Headset Nari Ultimate nicht mehr funktioniert. Mit Kabel verbunden funktioniert es noch, Win erkennt das Gerät auch ab und an als anderes Gerät, nicht als Audiogerät. Scheint eine Verbindungsproblematik mit dem Dongle zu sein. Recoverytool auch schon getestet, dort wird Schritt 1 aber nicht abgeschlossen, da wohl der Dongle nicht erkannt wird. Synapse erkennt weder in der alten Version das Headset, noch in der 3er Version. I have had the headset for about 2 and a half years and until yesterday it has been working perfectly. Now whenever the headset tries to play sound it disconnects immediately and after it stops trying to play sound it attempts to reconnect.I tried the firmware updater, dongle recovery tool and pairing tool but they all did not helpI tried it without synapse, with a fresh install of synapse made sure all my drivers were up to date Is there anything I can do to fix it?
It doesn’t matter which device was selected beforehand, it always reverts back to USB Sound Card. It’s very annoying to manually switch it back after each system restart.
So I just bought my Razer Laptop last 2022 of October and not even 2 years the battery started bloating and to make matters worse because the keyboard ribbon was next to the battery it pushed it out and I think it damaged it to the point that some of my keys in my keyboard stopped working. I tried contacting Razer customer support about it but even with my serial given due to the warranty ended. I have tried other brands before but this is the first time I have experienced this. I thought with Razer being a expensive and good brand that the Razer laptops would be powerful but no. Now I'm spending it several hundred dollars just to find other ways to fix this problem. The battery is now replaced but the keyboard is still broken with 5 keys not working even with Razer Synapse uninstalled and Keyboard driver reinstalled. Never again.

Hello, I recently bought Razer blackshark v2 x USB headset and I my synapse app wont detect them so I cant really do the settings with sound and microphone. I tried everything, unplugging and plugging into diff port, reinstalling app, restarting computer, reinstalling driver, making new account and registering headset again. Nothing works, the synapse app wont detect my headphones. Can someone give me any other tips what should I do? As I am not even allowed to contact support, because everytime I tried it moves me to comunnity page :D Thank you :)
Hi Guys I have just bought a V3 pro & im finding the right mouse button is too sensitive. Im playing PUBG & its making me accidently unscope my gun mid battle. Anyone else suffer from this or know how to sort this problem ?All help gratefully recieved :DThanks
I don't even know what to say it was my first experience buying razer stuff and it was so bad yesterday it arrived and I tried charging and pairing but didn't work I tried looking into instructions once again didn't work tried googling also didn't work when I finally decided to contact support I asked if she speaks English and she ended the chat today I decided to write again but when I entered my serial number it said I don't have a razer care or something also if you didn't understand the problem the earbuds not working I guess case is working but not earbuds cause case shows green and earbuds not doing anything I tried resetting it by tapping I thought it might be the problem of my phone I tried to to it to PC and my friends phones didn't work either other audio device connects
Hi,I encountered a weird problem with my “BlackShark V2 Pro 2023” (or better its software).When I’m starting certain (steam) games and have a 4th audio source playing in the background, the audio gets distorted. It’s hard to describe but the volume ramps up heavily, then drops out and ramps back up and crackles during those phases.Example: I open 3 random VLC videos, pause them and leave the window open in the background (while the game is running of course). I then open spotify and start playing a song → instant distortion, bug appears.If I pause the song, it goes back to normal. Same thing with Firefox Tabs open on the background.It seems very specific and it only happens on a few games. But I’ve never experienced this with any other device or software. So it definitely a Razer bug (maybe the dongle?). In terms of trying to fix it. I tried everything…With or without Razer Synapse (also the Beta), turned Razer Services on and off, audio enhancement and exclusive mode on/off, reinstall
Hello. I just bought a Blackshark V2 X. As I was following the steps to register my product I found the left ear cup is jammed shut. I tried to open it gently and eventually brute forced but it is still shut and does not seem to show any sign of detachment. I also broke my nail in the process. Please help me activate my product.
Hi everyone!I use Kraken V3 Pro headset.Does anybody faced with a quiet microphone sound after the update 3.8.1031.110912? My friends used to be able to hear me perfectly at 100% microphone volume in discord, but after this update I can barely be heard, that even increasing the volume of my voice in discord to 200% helps poorly.I'll note that the problem is definitely not in the microphone, because the problem manifested itself immediately after the update, exactly in the middle of the session in CS2 (I had to restart my computer, and after restarting and logging into discord, the difference was immediately noticeable).Thanks!
