Since updating to Windows 10, Razer Synapse does not detect my device and show the correct product c

    Since updating to Windows 10, Razer Synapse does not detect my device and show the correct product configurator. What should I do?

    I tried everything and no solution. My Razer Seiren works in W8 but it doesn't work with W10

    Which version of Synapse are you having a problem with? Try to unplug/replug then uninstall/reinstall the driver of the Seiren from the Device Manager. Restart your PC.

    Hey there, I have exactly the same issue. Tried unplug / replug, uninstall / install of synapse but not to sure exactly what driver it is that I need to install. Have tried from device manager though and had no luck too. Kinda stuck on what I should do next...

    Any help would be appreciated.
