    i kinda meant more towards the forum in general. haven't noticed a trade section so i wasn't sure if there was a preferred area or if it was taboo. not interested in dealing with ebay if i can help it.

    Who knows, maybe the customer to customer sales will get the ball rolling for direct sales to be opened. Ha

    I highly doubt it would be a "flood" though - they couldn't have sold more than a few hundred of the things, and I doubt more than a handful (like me and tehc0w) are interested in selling it.

    Fair enough. I'm just getting pretty antsy like everyone else that missed the chance to preorder, that I don't miss someone that posts saying its on sale. I agree with @spider2k that there should be a Trade/ForSale Forum/Thread. I personally haven't looked very hard for one.
     
  6. Something tells me they do not want to honor the $100 discount. Can't order a Core, can't use the discount code, discount code expires, people who bought the Blade or Stealth are out of luck. This is beyond bad. Unless someone can prove me wrong, this train wreck will not end well, for anyone.

    Whoah I'm not sure where you got any of this, other than not being able to order a Core right this second. Once it's back up for order, you can use the discount code. If the code expires due to unavailability of the Core, several people have confirmed Razer support has been giving a new code. People who bought the Blade or Stealth are not out of luck - I bought my Stealth at the MS Store and Razer gave me a code after I reached out to support with a copy of my receipt.

    i really doubt that razer is intentionally looking to shaft potential customers. if they aren't selling cores they aren't making money. they want to make money.

    if they wanted to be jerks they wouldn't have given me and others the discount code for the core when i purchased the stealth from the microsoft store.

    i personally am selling my stealth because it hasn't seen more than an hour of use since i bought it. i use a chromebook for 99% of my needs right now and when i get my theater done i think a desktop is going to suit me better.

    Yeah, My money was on today for it going back on sale, too. Oh well, there's hope for tomorrow and expedited shipping, right?

    I bought a Blade from the online MS store. Will Razer give me a $100 credit/discount toward a Core?

    They gave one to me. Don't see why they wouldn't. For me it was in store MS but yeah

  20. Just got the following excerpt from Razer support:

    "When the Razer Core is available for purchase, please place your order. If your code does not work, please inform us."

    More of a hassle than what I would like, but it would imply they will honor the discount code even after the expiration date.
