Hi Razer, I love the hardware you build but I just cannot understand why I need to login and connect to the Internet to use a mouse.

Everytime i reset my computer I waste 1 hour resetting passwords and login in into all the software and clients I use. I even need an account to use my nvidia graphics card its getting ridiculous.

I know the gurus in your marketing department think that ABM (account based marketing) is this great thing, but its really not. more and more products are implementing that. ( soon we will have to have an account to use our washing machine) and as time goes on and enough hours of users are wasted people will get pissed and angry at you and eventually switch to a different product.

Please stop wasting users time and let us use your software offline and make the login an option. I just cant keep track on all my accounts anymore its a nightmare.

    Best Regards

Amm, you don't need internet connection to use synapse enabled devices and you don't need to log in every time, once is enough, synapse works in offline mode, you only need to go online if you want to update it or upload your settings to the cloud.
Why resetting your pc btw? You download 1tb of viruses daily or what? Don't you know that resetting means clean reinstall? Restart means reboot, it's recommended to do that few times per day, after an restart you don't have to login anywhere.

FFS my windows laptop is showing an uptime of 26 days right now. And it is a windows laptop.

The new products are coming with an onboard memory to save your profiles so that you only need the synapse to change the profile and not to use it.
Although, I don't get your frustration, I have a ton of software that needs to have an account logged in and that gives me no trouble at all. I login once and only need to redo it if I logout for some reason, or if I need to reinstall the software.

At least let it sleep(shutdown) at night!! If there is ever a skynet your laptop will kill you painfully!!:skull:

I do (sometimes), the uptime counter is paused when sleeping and only resets on a cold boot. But since I almost always leave it at the office it would have to grow legs first.

I keep it running normally because the core has no power button. And the core's usb ports are disabled (along with my kb/m, natch) when sleeping so I have to wake it up by opening the lid.

    You don't need to.

Well, offline mode already exists, and can't you just auto login with your software? That's how my stuff is set up, I never have to manually log in.

    Indeed, the
    -blade stealth
    -core v2

I have currently showing up in synapse, all would continue to work just fine even if I completely uninstalled synapse (which I had to do, once). It's hardly a requirement. There are also other softwares you can use to e.g. adjust chroma lights like razergenie in linux.

If you have custom profiles you need synapse running or it will use the default keys.
