    We created stuff like zSilver and Paid to Play as a way to reward gamers who couldn't afford any of our gear but who are still hardcore gamers - which is what Razer is about.

    And since we launched it, we've had many truly appreciative gamers, but a significant section have gone on to send me messages like:

    "This is bullshit - you guys are bunch of cheaters - I have to pay shipping fees? You should pay for it! You're a fucking piece of work trying to exploit us. I should get the gear for free and with free shipping too."

    "You and your family should be ashamed for pegging the zSilver so high - you think I have the time to play games? I have a job - you should make it such that I get free Razer gear if I play for 10 days - that's like a lot since I'm busy with a day job and can't afford to buy Razer gear."

    "How come I didn't get zSilver credited for 2 hours of playing? WTF Razer, you owe me for that, don't be a prick and cheat me out of it."

    "I'm going to go on all the forums to say your gear sucks because I don't play any of the games that Paid to Play supports now and I can't earn the gear. Also - I don't use Cortex - I shouldn't have to be the one to track the game play by using your software, you should figure it out."

    We want to give back to the community and I'm not sure if these are paid shills (there are many hired by other companies that are paid to complain about Razer in forums etc) or if these are genuine gamers (which I candidly am puzzled why they would complain when the only thing that is to play games).

    There's a limit to how much we can do and I urge the community to address these guys when you see them post in public. It's awesome when I see how happy our customers are when they get our gear, but also super draining for our team when we see stuff like that.

    Zsilver is one of the best thing that a gaming company can do for the gamers! Does other do that? Hell no! Thanks Razer.

    Maybe they can't see it, but it's crazy that you can earn gaming gear so easily. I'm not gonna lie, I was bit disappointed first that I'll have to pay for the shippings, but now, it's understandable. You guys are giving us so much and we just can't appreciate it enough.

    Personally I'm really enjoying this reward system... I'm going to be gaming anyway, why not get paid to do something I love? And as a bonus I'm playing a few games I probably wouldn't otherwise as not many of the games I usually play earn zSilver.

    Just ignore this haters. zVault is one of the best things that Razer gave to community. I like to play games - it's a lot fun for me. So it's great to play your favorite games and earn zSilver in the same time, that can be redeemed for Razer stuff :)

    @Min-Liang Tan, for every 10 complainers about how they are having a hard time getting free stuff, there are 10,000 Razer fans who simply love what you and your global team do. I know that it's tough hearing all the negative, but believe when I say that us faithful are spreading the gospel of Razer to as many people as we can.

    My Razer Tactical Pro backpack (purchase, of course) and Razer Mouse Bungee that I ordered after playing a bunch of Overwatch, arrive in two days, and I can't wait to tell people about my amazing new backpack, and gear that I was fortunate enough to acquire ... just by playing video games.

    Haters gonna hate, but we love you guys.

    Haha, I´m sure all the guys that always hate Razer are the first using zSilver to get free stuff :D So of course they get mad about paying for shipping and taxes ;)
    I have no idea how someone can complain about a brilliant system like zSilver. There is no other company on earth that gives you some free high end gear for just playing (and buying) games. And this is something making me a proud Razer fan. Keep up your awesome job!

    But I have one question:
    Are there really people out there getting paid for hateing?
    LOL everyone who hires haters must have really low confidence about their own products...

    The only thing I can complain about zsilver rewards is the fact they don't ship to my country yet (I hope they will soon). But if someone says he don't have time to play or the required zsilver to redeem something is high, so this person isn't a true gamer and just want free stuff on a very easy way. If was too easy to get and redeem zsilver, razer would probably break, some people don't think about it.

    Well, I do agree with this to a certain degree. Shipping to Croatia costs 43.71€ and that's simply unacceptable. Could you please provide a standard shipping method, since this one is express and is the only one available.

    I highly doubt someone with a job would be so childish.

    Dear @Min-Liang Tan, we are grateful about the rewards, but could you please check this thread out? We would highly appreciate an official response, especially from the CEO.

    I love the system! While I am fortunate enough to have bought pretty much a full set of Razer gear, I am looking for the mug holder and discount rates so I can get some streaming/recording gear. Sad that it looks like the Mug Holder is gone. I should have checked before boosting my zSilver with purchases lol. At least I have new video games.

    I'm just over 86,000 zSilver. Any chance the mug will come back up in another limited bundle? @Min-Liang Tan

    Just ignore these haters. Obviously they don't get the point of this and how to use it to their advantage. So what you have to pay shipping on an item. It's basically free so what's the point of complaining? You're getting free Razer products by earning points for playing games and spending those points on free hardware. Wow, it is unreal that people have the audacity to behave in such a manner and say things that are far out there.

    Some people are so entitled and spoiled these days. They don't want to work for anything, and like to complain and whine. Dealing with them is frustrating but keep up the good work!

    Of course it is not acceptable to give critisism in such a bad way however it is also not acceptable how high these shipping costs can be in certain areas, I mean even I as a privat citizen can send packages cheaper than razer does

    I just now heard of Zsilver and think it is a really cool thing that razer understands that some people cant afford any of their products so they were trying to be nice and do this Zsilver thing and I appreciate every bit of it and all their hard work. Im pretty sure the shipping cost isn't that much so we can suck it up and appreciate what razer is trying to do to support its customers or not get involved with it. I feel really bad that y'all haters are saying these things to the CEO of razer when all he is trying to do is be a amazing CEO who cares about his customers. Once again thank you Min-Liang Tan For the things you do and all the great products you've made.

    There's always going to be negative Nancy's. You could be giving away a million dollars and the Nancy's are still gonna complain, "WHAT? I HAVE TO PAY STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES! HOW DARE YOU!" Those types of people don't appreciate nothing cause they think the world revolves around them and the rest of us just live in it. They REALLY need to get over themselves.

    Just know that you true fans appreciate your giveaways to the community and will faithfully continue to purchase your excellent products over the years.

    I've mention this before when people have complained: We should be happy that razer even gives back to its customers and community. I sure as heck don't see corsair or Logitech offering anything even remotely similar to what razer is doing. They're only worried about satisfying their corporate greed from what I've seen.

    nvm...............personally, I feel the razer product have some issues with quality control. but razer zvault is a really good think to serve razer gamer. they just put much effort into the game then get reward.
    second, honestly, the shipping fee is a real problem in razer silver
    let is make a example:
    If I wanna redeem a Razer Ergonomic Keyboard Rest(20 dollars of this product) , go check out you could get a 14 shipping fee which mean Razer Ergonomic Keyboard Rest is not totally fee or this product is not good for redemption.

    PS: again, don't give me warming point

    My only gripe with anything Razer is that the Canary Islands are somehow excluded and not shipped to from the Spanish Razerstore. Then again, the rest of Spain likes to forget we exist except for when it comes to gathering tourists.

    Having to use a work around and having a friend receive the product in Germany so I can receive it, so that is something.

    Apart from that, I cannot see how people can see that they're getting scammed with zSilver, it's an amazing service.
