Technical specs list a TPM 2.0 chip in the Blade but it is unavailable to Windows and is not listed anywhere, that I can see, in the BIOS. What am I missing?

It depends which program you are using to try to access the TPM. Try launching TPM.MSC and see if you can control it from there.

Some applications like Bitlocker are only supported on Windows Pro.

Thanks for the response Wit. We are using BitLocker in Windows Pro. Windows cannot see the TPM. Normally, this just means it is disabled in the BIOS. But the TPM doesn't seem to be in the BIOS. So either there is a bug in the BIOS that isn't displaying the TPM settings, or there isn't actually a TPM chip in the laptop.

This is in fact on a Razer Blade 2015? The TPM was only added this generation.

Bought it on Jan 13. Also opened a support ticket with the serial number.

OK, that's the right way to go.

I'm curious if this has been solved yet. I want to buy one, but it needs to have a TPM chip.

Also, does the New Razer Blade Pro 2015 have a TPM chip? The technical specs do not list one.

    Thank you.

The Razer Blade 2015 does have a TPM, the Razer Blade Pro 2015 does not.
