So there was a recent rumour saying that there would be a second razer phone coming out in the same time as projecy linda.

So I'm just gonna list what I would want in the new one if they do decide on it
-Water proof (gonna be hard because of the speakers)
-Headphone jack (lmao everyone wants that)
    -Better camera (obviously)
-Less bugs (since launch some people would have problems with the screen, and I had it too so I sent it back for a refund :slightly_sad:, hopefully they should test it more)

Write below what you would want in the new Razer Phone

Nextbit's colours, camera, substratum as the default theme engine, a good vibration motor(mkbhd)

Brighter display I feel is required, just can't quite hold up outdoors. Water resistance, they won't bring the headphone jack back but at least include USB-C hammerheads (for £700 is a must). New colour (gunmetal grey/silver?) and more polished software with less bloatware.

I would hate if they switched to rounded crap on this phone!

Add back 3.5mm headphone jack won't happen either sorry to say..

I personally think the only thing missing is waterproofing.. Give it the ability to get dunked without dying and I'd consider it the perfect phone.. The other issues other people had I haven't really experienced at all and my screen is bright enough that I run auto-brightness at half and can still see it perfectly indoors or out.

    Better camera & software
    Better vibration mechanism.
OLED screen with same specs as right now.
Changing the port from usb-c to lightning style to avoid breaking the part inside.
    Removal of speaker covers
    Optional : remote charging.

    Hello Razor!

Here is what I want and I think would be a product that would sell well for you as a mid range phone.

Keep the basics in the Nextbit Robin but make these upgrades.

    • Snap dragon 630 processor or something similar. Look for solid performance with while being efficient.
    • Four gigs of ram that is a good match for the processor.
    • A display that is balanced between looking nice and being power efficient. I like the display on my Robin even though if I set it next to a brand new Galaxy S8 it doesn’t look as nice and that is okay. As a display like Samsung’s would drive up the price towards the high end.
    • Keep the headphone jack, USB-C, Quick charge and NFC.
    • Keep the fingerprint sensor on the side, not on the back.
    • Pure Android with Nova launcher

The next two things are the most important.

First the body, please do not follow the current trend of putting the phone in a glass body. Yes the phone may look nice the second you take it out of the box until you remembered you just paid $400.00 plus for something that will shatter when you drop it.
It makes no sense since one of the first things people will do is put it in a case.

And the last item that is the most important and what will set you phone apart from others on the market.
PUT A HUGE BATTERY IN IT!!! I am talking about battery capacity well north of 4000 mah. That will be your selling point. Don’t worry too much about slim bezels and phone thickness. There is an untapped market for a modern mid range phone that can go 36 hours without breaking a sweat.
People will understand the phone may weigh a little more with a huge battery. Do it!

I think people will pay a reasonable premium over other competing mid range phones for one whose main feature is a huge battery (not a big battery, a HUGE battery) and efficient processor.

Two options to be considered provided it can be done without adding to much to the cost is an IR blaster for couch potatoes and improved DAC for music lovers.

Some X-ray or something in camera, so when you take picture of some hot girl you can see through her clothes.
