After doing some research on the Raiju Ultimate by Razer I had decided that I too wanted to purchase this controller. I am non stop playing Destiny 2 on the PS4 using the Revolution Pro Controller 2 by Nacon Gaming. I have no troubles using this controller, the buttons, triggers, and analog sticks are working as they should be, no issues with latency. So, as I said, after doing some research I decided to buy the Raiju Ultimate. I bought the $200 controller on the 27th of September. It arrived on the 2nd of October. Of course, I was super curious to find out what the controller was capable of. After setting up the controller I went to see how it worked with my favorite game, Destiny 2. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed that something was quite wrong with this controller. The controller feels "sluggish" in terms of response. The Revolution Pro Controller 2 by Nacon Gaming responded the way it should respond, but using the Raiju Ultimate I noticed a delay which is really frustrating in a competitive FPS game. From that point forward, I continued testing the controller. Unfortunately, I noticed something on the right axis (right analog stick) being strange. Turning right appears to be working fine, however, turning left appears to be 25-50% slower than looking right. I made a video of it so you can see the difference. Please skip to 02:00 to view the issue: As you can see, the issue that I am having should not be happening on a $200 controller! I can not use this controller because I play a lot of PvP. The controller that I use is an extension of myself and it needs to work, accurately! That being said and done, of course, the first thing I did was to contact Razer Support about this. I started a chat with Razer Support on the 2nd of October (on the same day I received the Raiju Ultimate). After a while, the Support Engineer said he couldn't figure out the problem and that he would escalate the issue to another department. He said that after 24-48 hours I should get a reply from that department consisting of the next step(s). It is now the 9th of October and I still haven't received an official reply from Razer Support about my problem. On the 2nd of October, I created a thread on the Razer Insider forums, which is here: https://insider.razer.com/index.php?threads/raiju-ultimate-slow-turning-left.43020/ I there, explained the problem as I did above. On the 3rd of October, I get a reply from Razer.RedPanda stating: "Hi, there! Does this issue happen to other games as well, or just with Destiny 2?" After we continued the conversation, he then told me to sent him a PM and that we should continue discussing the problem there. He started the PM conversation on the 4th of October stating the following: "Hello! Continuing from here, can I have the serial number of your Raiju Ultimate? Also, have you tried using it with another console or PC to see if the issue persists?" I gave him the serial number of my Raiju Ultimate on the same day. Unfortunately, I have still not got a reply after that, I even replied to my reply on the 5th and 6h of October and I still haven't got a reply since. It is now the 9th of October. And yes, I am on the latest firmware available (v1.01.00_r1)! Can I now, please get a response on my case? This is by far ridiculous and I expect proper support, especially for a $200 controller!
