I am trying to decide which mouse to get. I mainly play mmos and World of Tanks. I am deciding between the Deathadder Elite and the Lancehead Tournament Edition.

Both has same sensor so only two main thing left ergonomic and looks. Depends on which factor do you choose. For me looks comes first and ergonomic can follow it so I would go for Lancehead. I would recommend trying it on store if there’s any near you though. Btw with Lancehead you have also more buttons on left side, DE elite instead those buttons you’ll get better grip which comes to ergonomics factor.

The same as @Joikansai said. Additionally Lancehead TE has built in internal memory so you can store your configuration/DPI settings in mouse (and cloud - with Synapse 3).

Which you choose - it depends on your style - DA is more palm grip, Lancehead will be better for claw.

I vote for the deathadder. Those are the only Razer mice I like to use. They're optical and wired which is how I prefer my mice.

I believe both mice are optical and wired. I was also wondering if anyone has used the lancehead tournament edition, as to whether or not the side buttons are well positioned?

Well I have the Lancehead Tournament Edition and I love it. Synapse 3 is a great bonus
