I have a very strong opinion on Logitech.
Logitech is this mass producing corporate beast that has serious quality issues. They do some stuff right but I feel like they just appeal to the level of gamers that go for the big name brand first.

Plus everyone has opinions on what they like, for example me.
Some people love Logitech however, some of their stuff does not appeal to me.

Word of advice is not to hate on other companies unless you have tried their stuff and it sucks.

Its like PC Vs. console. People get so caught up in being better than they deny them selves games on either platform just to try and prove that they are right.

Regardless of whatever though, I think everyone here should not be a blind hater or fan boy and accept the many differences in preferences and brand choices - blind supporters/haters are really really ridiculous
  3. To be fair any product that's considered a premium one, Apple is a prime example, you will have people who dislike it for that reason alone, or will point out that company X has a cheaper alternative or company Y does it a different way.

In my opinion anyway I'll happily pay for the premium and take any slack from friends or course mates because I think the Razer products look and feel amazing

In my experience, Razer peripherals tend to be pretty long lasting and durable. Systems on the other hand aren't so 'trustworthy' as they are expensive.
Then again, you can't expect a laptop to work well when you cram lots of stuff into a small device.

Most Razer peripherals are good and it all comes down to personal preference, comfort and design. I've had no problems with them myself.

    i think its about pricing.
you know, some people back there used to say
"By rich gamers, for rich gamers"

i think razer made their product with high quality and it worth for high price like that. until now i satisfied with my razer mice and keyboard.

The keyboard' LEDs are what makes them excessively pricey. Apart from that, branding is obviously the issue when it comes to prices @ Razer. A pure example would be wrist watches, obviously Rolex make v.expensive ones which are clearly way too expensive just for a watch.

Corsair and lochitech can be as expensive razers stuff. Razer is making one of the best mouse for years now. Ofcourse there have been malfuctions with razers gear but, the same is also with the gear of corsair and lochitech. I quess people who hate razer very much, never used razer before. Also razer has one of the best marketing and communication in in the gaming gear industry. We also pay for hat stuff. Razer gear has also very nice design.

woow u have too much razer gear. do u use it only for gaming?

Because Razer is a bit expensive and not everyone can afford it. But if you van to have a premium quality gaming experience, you have to pay for it. It's simple

Razer is good at what they good at in the beginning. I mean the keyboard, mice, speaker. Then there comes those innovative stuffs, which I can say it's very creative but the build quality sometime is not up to par and some of the features are not well supported after sometime.

If its about mice, tbh any decent brand will do as it all depend on those hands of yours. Keyboard and audio for me, I rather read reviews and make my decisions. Kinda neutral to all brands. Hating on razer prob cuz people think their products are overpriced...but which decent gaming brand's product isn't overpriced...

Maybe is just sometimes they just had a bad experience with the product or the customer service.

    I have a love/hate relationship with Razer.

I've owned a lot of their high-end products (multiple Blades, Edges, Stealths, etc).

The design is unmatched, the product itself is excellently conceived, but the execution is abysmal. Customer service, order support, RMA system, all of it is a disaster.

Also, poor after launch support is pretty disappointing. Think of the Razer Switchblade UI, Razer Forge, Razer Edge, Razer Cortex, etc...

I've known two razer haters before and both of them now have razer mice and one has a kraken pro and the other the goliathus. Two of the lost have been converted.
  16. This is specific to blade but I think people get lost in the specs vs price - to be fair, razer blade doesn't give the strongest performance that other gigantic gaming laptops can give. However, they do not take account of the thinness of the razer blade which i believe takes the laptop to a whole new level. In my opinion, just looking at price and specs doesn't really define how GOOD a laptop is.

It seems like everyone just wants to make Razer seem bad to fuel their own companies... It really sucks...

I've only heard complaints about Synapse, no bad mouth about the hardware. :eek_:
