I find it kinda stupid that i have three different applications for different reasons.

I don't see them ever really merging. They are built on totally different code bases to my understanding making it next to impossible to take what one does and truly connect it to the other.

With that being said I really want to see it become a UWP or x86 app available from the Windows App store. They are already half way there with the Xbox One Chroma app and if that code base works there then it should work for the rest of the application.

Oh, I thought maybe you were a Mac user, like me.

Synapse for Mac, Synapse 2 for Windows, Synapse 3 Beta. Now that BWC and Naga Chroma support are there in Synapse 3, it will go back down to 2 for me.

As of the moment Synapse 3 is still in its BETA version. As coding for legacy products are quite different from today, it would still take some time. But our engineers are already migrating products to be on Synapse 3. Just hold on a bit longer. :)

Hey Fire, Can you say anything about if Razer will ever look at making the app part of the Windows App Store? I know you have the Xbox Chroma App now but I would love to see an easier way to download and maintain the application.

I can answer that question for you.

This is not something that we're pursuing in the immediate future. UWP currently doesn't allow us to implement all the Synapse 3 functionalities (current and future roadmap items). It's also complicated to make all the features work between a "UWP Synapse" and Win32 applications (which is 99% of all PC games).

Plus there's a matter of compatibility with Win 7, 8, 8.1 which sees sizable share of users, which means we will still need a Win32 application and can't completely switch to UWP without abandoning that userbase.

This has been an issue for like 5+ months and you still haven't updated synapse 3.0 to support older devices.

I will be returning my tart 2.0 and searching for a better company for my devices because I refuse to use 2 different versions of synapse to support my FOUR razer devices. This isn't a new GD issue and you guys are doing a garbage job of supporting your products.
