I’ve tried unplugging and doing the esc + caps technique, Uninstalling razer synapse, and every google search known to man. Nothing appears to be working. The only success I have is the esc+ caps after the second time I have up to 5-10 minutes of usable Esc - F12 and then the keys don't work again.  No, this is not a cleaning issue. 

Hi, like in the topic, my not even 2 year old huntsman elite keyboard sometimes cant recognize that im HOLDING ESC key down, instead it sometimes dubbelclick while holding it down and sometimes even more than dubbel.And some days it also dosent recognnize its pressed down at all.  Anyone had this issue before or heard about this? Can’t really decide if i want to invest in a new expensive keyboard from razer again if 1-2 years is the time it takes to get these kind of issues.

Hello,I just got the brand new blackwidow V4 Pro some days ago, everything looks fine except the command dial.When i turn it to the right, it zooms on the page correctly but when i turn it to the left, nothing is happening, i can’t unzoom, i have to go in the page/app settings to make it back normal.Tried to go into synapse but we can’t control the command dial so it’s not an issue from there. Using French version (AZERTY).Any help over this please ?

I bought this blckwidow v4 pro keyboard months ago from the official razer uk site. I did opened some cases but they wanted me to reset the keyboard etc after months of testing it never gone away. The odd thing is my T key were missclicking or double clicking 2 months ago but now. My A,J,COMA buttons have the same issue. T Key is fixed somehow. But others are gone. How do I fix this issue?

I want to clean my keycaps and the inside of the keyboard but I am not sure if that won't break my keyboard

 Incident Reference # 240305-001266 - I purchased a Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard in December 2023. My keyboard is just over 90 days old presently. I do not game with the keyboard. My PC is used for photoshop / lightroom primarily. The keys A, E, S, D, T, R. F. C, Shift are all suffering from paint / coating loss on the keys, some of them quite severely. The quality is truly disgusting in fact i have had many keyboards over the years and never had this happen before. Razer support admitted in the first interaction with them that the item was faulty and need replacing, and they admitted I should. expect better. Since then, they have done everything possible to avoid replacing the keyboard including having a different representative respond to my complaint each time. Now before they consider sending a replacement they want me to remove all serial numbers from this device, then cut the USB cable and send them pictures of the destruction. Hi everyone and thx for the help in advance. My questions would be about the diferent product codes among the keyboards my blackwidow chroma has the 01220100-R3M1 and theres this one ending with 200-R3U1 but ive seen a some R3W1 endings and seen 1220800-R3M1 i thought its for the switches or mby its the code for tenkeyless version but ive seen the same codes for fullboard and for tenkeyless and seen it with different switches. And my second question is that as i mentioned my board has 1220100 as a code but on the picture where the blackwidow codes listed my code is not there. Whats the reason for it.Thank you for reading through all of this.

I need help.I was playing valorant and suddenly my keyboard lagging. It’s moving by itself for a minute then completely shut down. No light up, not responding, completely nothing like it suddenly just die. I tried unplug and plug it back to my computer but it just didn’t work.  I also did uninstall the app and install it back but still nothing work. I’m really frustrated because I purchased this keyboard not that long ago. How can I get it fix or have it take care under warranty. 

I'm trying to get a better gaming setup now that I have a fancy new gaming desktop, and I'm considering trying out a Tartarus; I have some nerve and mobility issues that make using my pinky difficult, and I'm hoping a keypad might help a bit with keymappings. I use a Razer Naga mouse, which is one of the only reasons I can even play some games, but I still find that sometimes it isn't enough buttons when I'm unable to click things like ctrl or shift with my pinky.So basically, I'm trying to figure out what makes the most sense for a keyboard to go along with it. I guess my main question is this: what keyboard size makes the most sense, TLK or 60% mini?I can say with certainly that a full sized keyboard will be too large for my desk setup (pictured here), so I defintiely need a smaller form factor. I was looking at the Hunstman or the Blackwidow line, since they have both of these options, but other Razer keyboards might be better for me, I'm honestly not sure. I don't do any kind of cr

I have razer huntsman mini. It was working amazing till today. I was using my computer and it suddenly died. I tried resetting computer, changing the cable. I cannot find it in device manager. I tried downloading razer huntsman mini firmware updater but it don’t register my keyboard. What else can I do? please help

Hello all, The issue is with the W key, on the Ornata V2. it’s getting stuck while pressing. i need to press it again, maybe a bit harder, to make it work. Any ideas? or the product cannot be fixed?

About 4 months ago i bought razer huntsman v3 mini.  It worked fine until last week. My keyboard just doesn’t respond to my clicks sometimes, usually wasd keys. I need to click it 2 or 3 times before working. I tried everything reinstalling synapse, cleaning keyboard, messing with software, disabling chroma but nothing worked. Did anyone else have same problem or is it just me?

 Hi.So for a long time I was wondering about one thing, changing keycaps in my keyboard. I feel like I can’t find the ones that gonna fit (I have Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard). The questioning is not about the regular keycaps (as “WASD”, arrows or function keys) but the spacebar and enter keycaps because they have a “metal bar” inside of them and the keycaps I want to buy are not showing if they have them or not, so my “question” is, does normal keycaps (cherry profiled) will fit my spacebar and enter as I mean will function because without the “metal bar” my spacebar nor enter don’t want to move.

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble accessing the macro configuration on my PC. I’ve had this keyboard for a while, and now that I’m trying to use it again, I downloaded the corresponding software, but it only shows this screen. As far as I remember, it should have recognized the device automatically. Does anyone know what might be happening?  

I was using this keyboard for a long time, and now my little brother thinking of changing the switches on it, because now it’s his and we have a question.. Is that even possible? Could we just order new mechanical switches and change them?

I’ve been using Razer Cynosa Chroma since 2018 and never had any issues with it. Now that I installed Windows 11 it stopped recognizing on Synapse and I’m not able to use the chroma studio aswell. Does anybody had any problems like that? Please, help!

Can anyone recommend some low profile keycaps that will definitely work with the black widow V4 Pro full size

A few days ago, my Blackwidow V3 keyboard suddenly had the shift, z, x, v, b, and m keys all become dead keys at the same time. I figured that it may have just been age as I have had it for a few years now, but after restarting my PC several days since the keys went dead, while logging in, the keys were working again which had not happened on previous log ins. As soon as i logged in, the keys were dead again.Between the keys initially dying and briefly working at log in, I have factory reset my computer. The keys were still dead after my PC was reset and before installing any software from razer. It was only sometime after installing software that the keys briefly worked.I have reinstalled the drivers which have not fixed the issue. Not sure what to do from here

Cleaned it, updated firmware, deleted and reinstalled razor synapse 4, tried multiple usb ports, nothing seems to fix it. never done this til synapse 4 thoThe input is delayed and keys don't register sometimes 

HiI recently bought a used Razer Blade 15 Advanced model 2019 and it has a German Keyboard, i would like to swap the Y and Z key caps between them,  however i never tried to pull a key cap out, it’s something that can be done easily? I don’t want to break those tiny claws that keep the key cap in place.Thank you

Hello,I bought a Huntsman V2 keyboard (along with mouse and keyboard) about a year ago. I loved how everything felt and looked but something felt off - My typing really came out slow and if I backspaced or held down a key, there was a long delay and the characters came out slowly.Just to make sure I wasn’t crazy, I plugged in my old Corsair keyboard and everything was nice and fast. I plugged the Razer back in and sure enough, it was slow and delayed.I double checked the Windows Keyboard properties and it showed that the repeat delay was set to short while the repeat rate is set to fast. Despite this, the Razer keyboard felt like the settings were default or slower.I decided to force close Synapse and sure enough, the repeat rate and delay were fixed and the Razer keyboard typed like the Corsair as per the Windows keyboard settings.Unfortunately, that was a complete deal breaker. I type a lot and I just can’t bring myself to have a slow repeat rate and delay. I ended up selling my Raze

i’ve had this black widow mini v3 hyper speed for a while now and i haven't been able to use it because it won't even turn on i got curious to try and turn it on after some years and it stayed on for like 2 mins max and it cut right back off and ive tried everything, the hard reset, and all i tried charging it last night by plugging the cable into the lil port behind the frame of the keyboard and the little light next to it didn't light up so i thought maybe that was normal well i just got home and tried to turn it on and nothing works!! it won't even turn on for 3 sec not even a light or response from the keyboard. so this is my last resort if u know anything please help 

Hi! I have a Razer Huntsman Mini and it is giving me problems with the keys. The keyboard does not take some keys that change randomly every time I restart the computer. I also tried on other computers and it gives the same problem so it is not a computer problem but a keyboard problem. I also tried to do the combination to restore the keyboard to factory settings (Esc + CapsLock + Space Bar) but it still does not work despite the reset being done. How can I solve this problem I am sorry to change the keyboard since it is one that I paid quite a lot of money for
