Greetings!I've find my old as mammoth Boomslang CE.Number 8058. SN KS0746004408058This stuff is very important for me, because i've spend all my first salary on it.And I've discover that 17 years later this is still the most comfortable device for me.Thanks to my little bro, this one mice had to see some shit. Electronic part is in perfect condition. The case is bad. Soft touch and rubber parts almost dead.So I'm very interested in full restoration of "my treasure".I'm looking any possible opportunity to change case parts with original ones.Maybe I can get some with support team or buy somewhere?I'm ready to spend some $$$.I was looking for Amazon, eBay and Ali. But there's nothing i can find for couple of hours. Keep trying.Please tell me where to look?

Hello everyone, I’m a proud owner of several razor mice ranging from the deathadder lineup, to the naga hyperspeed, trinity and pro. As a DOOM Eternal player (if you know, you know), I have been obsessed with looking for the best setup when it comes to programmable buttons, and in that sense Razer’s products have always been a must have.In particular, I have come to the conclusion that the 7 buttons circular grid that comes with the naga trinity is absolutely goated. The buttons are large enough, easy to reach and they don’t hurt my thumb as much as the naga pro 6-buttons plate even when I’m frantically sliding my finger across the grid. In fact, they don’t hurt at all.I learned recently (correct me if I’m wrong) that the naga trinity won’t be produced anymore. If that’s the case, do we know if future mice will come equipped with this wonderful 7-button grid? Seriously Razer, don’t let this keypad fall into oblivion, please. It’s top gear.

I’m looking for a mouse with 12 side buttons like a keypad, and three large click buttons on top, like the Logitech G600 has, but without buying anything from Logitech. Most of the Razer ones I’ve seen only has 2 large ones on top like a traditional mouse, and I really like that third button for my ring finger. The Naga Trinity has that little spot on the side, but I don’t know if that’s a button or not.  

I have a Deathadder Essential muse. When I Connect it the cursor goes to the top left corner of the screen and doesn’t move. But the right and left click are working.I have updated the Synapse Software, updated drivers for mouse but nothing works. Need help to restore my mouse to working condition.

The mouse disconnects when I lift it from the surface which makes any game unplayable, and the wheel does not work correctly. It hasn't even been used for 8 months, I have seen several similar issues without a specific solution, does anyone know what can be done?

I had this mouse for almost 4 years now and i love it! It's minimalist design and almost no weight makes it perfect for gaming sessions.

We we on vacation and i brought my mouse with me i don’t have a case so i stored it in a bag. It was fine when we got there but when we got back home my scroll wheel started to malfunction im wondering what is causing the issue (everything else with my mouse is fine btw.)

Hi,I have just bought Viper V3 Pro with Hyperpolling.I have set it up to work at 8Khz, but when testing on sites (razer tool does not work), I can only achieve near 4Khz. I have done the firmware update, Win11 is up to date, USB port is the ones directly from motherboard… I don’t know what else to check to make it work at 8Khz… any help is welcomed. Thanks,PS: Is smart polling rate switcher working? I dont have it enabled, but I would like to know.

As per title Hypershift doesn’t work on my Deathadder Pro wireless mouse. Works fine in Synapse 3. Anyone else having this issue? I reported it 6 months ago the tech support but the issue hasn’t been addressed.

Unlike the previous DPI button, this button only works if you hold it down for at least one second, which is inconvenient. When I was using the Cobra, this button enabled push-to-talk, but with the Cobra Hyperspeed, I have to hold it down for at least one second. Is there a solution?

Hello everyone, if you guys have cs2 no recoil macro for synapse 4 can you please share it? I tried to create a macro by recording the mouse movements from (https://github.com/McDaived/NoRecoil-CS2) but I couldnt do a good job. If you can, please share it :) my mouse sensivity is 1.44 at dpi 800.

Hello,Since yesterday, my Razer Viper Ultimate dongle keeps constantly connecting and disconnecting, and I can no longer use my mouse wirelessly. My question is whether there is a place where I can purchase a new dongle, because I saw that Razer has released a program that allows you to pair the new dongle with the mouse. I see that there are no longer any available in the official store, and I don’t know where to look.

Yeah, mouse is dead wireless, works fine when plugged in.says I’m charging but the battery percentage doesn’t budgeHere’s what I tried,check for synapse 4 updates (there wasn’t any) checked for mouse firmware update (nothing here too) reinstalled synapse charged it with another computer that literally had nothing installed to crash with anythingis this a battery problem? or a circuit problem?   

Hello.The specifications of the "Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed" say that the mouse has 1 built-in profile.I don't understand how to set it up.What do I mean by that:Is there a way to configure "Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed" so that you can configure at least 1 profile in the mouse in the software on one computer   and   then connect the mouse and use the configured keys on any other computer without installing software? Добрый день.В характеристиках "Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed" написано, что у мыши имеется 1 встроенный профиль.Я не понимаю как его настроить.Что я имею ввиду:Есть ли возможность настроить "Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed" так, чтобы можно было настроить хотя бы 1 профиль в мышке в програмном обеспечении на одном компьютере и потом подключать мышку и использовать настроенные клавиши на любом другом компьютере без установки програмного обеспечения?

my new aa batteries are not enough to stand for 5 minutes , I charged it so many times to full charged and put it but still working for really short time before die , please advice me how to solve this problem, I update the firmware many times as I made many resets.note : I bought the mouse 2 years ago but did not use it at all cause I have another one and it is wired.

I have been using the Logitech G600 for years and it has been discontinued.  I am very interested in the Naga V2 pro since I am an MMO gamer.  The only issue is I really want a mouse with that ring finger click.  Logitech calls it the G-Shift.  If Razer brought this to the Naga Pro it could bring over a ton of games who are still clutching onto their old G600’s just on account of this button which I got to say is the bees nees.  I have it mapped to control and ca. easily do all my control binds with it. any plans for something like this?  I would buy a V2 pro in a NY minute if you did Razer.

I lost my dongle. Also off topic i’m probably gonna buy a razer tron mouse since I like tron. Is that worth it?

As I mentioned in the title, I want to use the BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed, which I haven't purchased yet but would like to buy, together with the Viper V2 Pro. For example, can I connect the BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed dongle to the Viper V2 at the same time? (I know that the Viper V3 Pro can be connected.)

razer viper v3 pro need a firmware update please do it. I have issues while spraying in valorant it skips bullet or notmoving when control spray ihave other mouse logitech adn death adder it looks fine its not only my problem my friend also had this problem
