ok I didn't know this brand, I need a muntifunctional mice, and the box said is compatible with Mac and ok, haha, it didn't even connect via blueetooth , whaaaaaat a garbage, returning this asap

Is it normal for the Naga pro wireless mouse wheel to break in a year? I stuck with it as it wasn't so bad but now it's been 2 years and it's completely unusable. Ready to change mice at this point whole scrolling down it always jumps up randomly so annoying.Is this common with all Razer mice to have such a poor scroll wheel? Need a new mouse don't know if I will consider Razer again if this Is very common 

Hey,I got this around 2022. Pretty nice overall but the scroll start to having backward issue around 1 year later and now the dongle just stop working?The dongle replacement is event out of stock now.Could you please advice what should I do now? I don’t really need an additional wired mouse tbh.Thanks in advance! 

Title. I got the firmware update and afterwards, my wireless dongle is completely bricked (windows won’t even recognize it anymore). I purchased a new dongle and my mouse won’t connect to it. There are no support articles that can help me.  The mouse is only two years old, this kind of stuff should not be happening. If it can’t be resolved, I will no longer be purchasing Razer products.

Hello, I've used my mouse (Razer Viper 8KHz) on several PC's since i bought it, using different motherboards and chipsets. I also looked into USB root hub power saving states to no avail. So the issue im about to explain has nothing to do with my environment, and is likely a platform/product issue with this model of mice. But no matter on which PC or configuration i use it, this always happens: i can't use the mouse until reconnecting it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time i 'cold' startup my computer, i need to re-attach the mouse before i can get going, which is very annoying, let alone impractical or even impossible for others that may face this issue, in case their PC is under a desk or encapsulated in a desk with their wires running out from the top of their desk. So that immediate access to the rear USB ports is blocked. In my case, the PC is standing on my desk next to monitor, so it's easy to perform the procedure to make the mouse work. But i sho

Hello, Recently i had a virus on my pc, and i restarted it on 0. I have the question if it is possible that the virus is infected on my mouse, because the last time i connected it on my pc after a restart it doesn’t download the Razer Synapse automatically, and the first time i connected the mouse on my pc it automatically download it. If there is a reason of it can be the mouse infected or other devices, i want to know how i can detect it and how i can solve it.Thank you a lot,Sergio

Hi everyone.Does anyone have the same issue with the DeathAdder V2 X? It lags everywhere when I use it. Sometimes, when I use it with the dongle (2.4 GHz), the mouse doesn’t correctly register my actions — it can click, scroll, or even press the wheel button on its own when I move it.When I connect it via Bluetooth, everything works fine.I’ve already changed the batteries and reinstalled all the drivers. Hello,I'm using the Razer DeathAdder V3 with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. I’ve noticed that sometimes my Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable or starts lagging, and at the same time, I feel like my mouse also starts to lag or stutter.Could this be caused by interference between the HyperPolling dongle and my Wi-Fi (especially since both use the 2.4 GHz band)?Is there a recommended solution to avoid this kind of interference? While trying to play a game, my Razer Naga X mouse kept disconnecting repeatedly. I’ve tested every USB port on my PC, but the issue persists. I find it unacceptable that a product like this is experiencing such problems.

Hey guys, my deathadder v2 was working super cleary untill today. Suddenly scroll wheel stopped working. The scroll function and the click thing doesnt work anymore.

For some reason my mouse cant track well on most mouse pads, It literally tracks better on my bedsheet. My cursor stutters really badly on most parts of my mousepads its unbearable. My Deathadder v3 wired version works fine,but once i reboot my pc,the polling rate dropped to 1/8.(At the same time, a garbled device is detected )8000hz ——> 1000hz   4000hz ——> 500hz1000hz ——> 125hz     125hz——> 15or16hz…..I need to reconnect it,then the problem temporarily solved before next reboot. USB Powersave mode offBios USB PowerShare off  

i was planning on getting a seccondary mouse to my razer viper 8khz for travel purpouses and was looking for a cheap mouse (around 10-20 bucks) that still preformed good. I am eyeing up the deathadder essential, but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas that would be great. By the way i am right handed.

I was considering this mouse but I see that a lot of users has the problems, like so: At the end, I figured out that the root of the problem is the wheel button. But, more importantly, I saw that most of users reported problems AFTER updating Synapse and the firmware.So, my question is: maybe problems will not happen if I do NOT install Synapse at all? Or maybe I can install it but not update firmware?Really the only thing I want to change is to enable “smart-reel” and that is it. I would save changes on-board and delete Synapse.Would this “solution” work?

If I make a macro on my computer  can I use that macro on my Xbox with the Razer Basilisk V3 or any other mouses

When my mouse is in sleep mode it will not wake up unless i remove the batt. . I have tried everything (within intelligent reason) to wake the mouse up but the batt. trick is the only thing that works. And Yes, i did a firmware update.

The Razer Deathsdder V2 PRO mouse sensor is not working. I've already plugged the wires into different USB cells and rebooted the computer and drivers, but nothing. Although when I plug the wire into the adapter so that it is seamless, it works, but not directly through the wire, what should I do?

Hi!  We purchased a Basilisk v3 mouse from GameStop the other day.  When using it, the mouse disconnects from Windows each time the mouse is lifted from the mat.  It reconnects when the mouse is placed back down.  This was tested on two different computers (one Win10, the other Win11) with the same result.  We tried multiple USB ports and the issue continued.  Has anyone else encountered this, and what do you recommend?  Thanks!
