Hey guys, my deathadder v2 was working super cleary untill today. Suddenly scroll wheel stopped working. The scroll function and the click thing doesnt work anymore.

For some reason my mouse cant track well on most mouse pads, It literally tracks better on my bedsheet. My cursor stutters really badly on most parts of my mousepads its unbearable. My Deathadder v3 wired version works fine,but once i reboot my pc,the polling rate dropped to 1/8.(At the same time, a garbled device is detected )8000hz ——> 1000hz   4000hz ——> 500hz1000hz ——> 125hz     125hz——> 15or16hz…..I need to reconnect it,then the problem temporarily solved before next reboot. USB Powersave mode offBios USB PowerShare off  

i was planning on getting a seccondary mouse to my razer viper 8khz for travel purpouses and was looking for a cheap mouse (around 10-20 bucks) that still preformed good. I am eyeing up the deathadder essential, but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas that would be great. By the way i am right handed.

I was considering this mouse but I see that a lot of users has the problems, like so: At the end, I figured out that the root of the problem is the wheel button. But, more importantly, I saw that most of users reported problems AFTER updating Synapse and the firmware.So, my question is: maybe problems will not happen if I do NOT install Synapse at all? Or maybe I can install it but not update firmware?Really the only thing I want to change is to enable “smart-reel” and that is it. I would save changes on-board and delete Synapse.Would this “solution” work?

If I make a macro on my computer  can I use that macro on my Xbox with the Razer Basilisk V3 or any other mouses

When my mouse is in sleep mode it will not wake up unless i remove the batt. . I have tried everything (within intelligent reason) to wake the mouse up but the batt. trick is the only thing that works. And Yes, i did a firmware update.

The Razer Deathsdder V2 PRO mouse sensor is not working. I've already plugged the wires into different USB cells and rebooted the computer and drivers, but nothing. Although when I plug the wire into the adapter so that it is seamless, it works, but not directly through the wire, what should I do?

Hi!  We purchased a Basilisk v3 mouse from GameStop the other day.  When using it, the mouse disconnects from Windows each time the mouse is lifted from the mat.  It reconnects when the mouse is placed back down.  This was tested on two different computers (one Win10, the other Win11) with the same result.  We tried multiple USB ports and the issue continued.  Has anyone else encountered this, and what do you recommend?  Thanks!

Hello, TL;DRWhy is there a limit to setting ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ and ‘Repeat Scroll Right’ on certain mouse actions?Will there be an update on razer synapse 4 that would allow this behavior in the future? If not, why? If so, when? I used to use a razer basilisk v3 pro for everything, and set custom settings on the scroll up and scroll down when using hypershift.The hyper shift button was mapped to the sensitivity clutch button on the basilisk, and the custom settings done on scroll up was  ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ and on scroll down it was set as ‘Repeat Scroll Right’. I liked setting the mouse this way because I didn’t prefer using the til left and right of the scroll wheel, and liked actually scrolling and seeing the scroll on screen.Also, the reason I did not use the ‘Scroll Left’ and ‘Scroll Right’ functions were because they need synapse to be running in the background in order for them to work.(‘Scroll Left’ and ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ are two different functions on the software)Later,

I bought Razer Basilisk Ultimate two days ago and everything works fine except logo and scroll lights. So the problem is if i want to change leds to purple the side lights are purple but logo and scroll are white/orange. Problem is even with blue side light and scroll with logo are turquoise.Thanks for any advice

I just bought a Razer Viper V3 Pro todayfrom a local store in Vietnamand I'm planning to replace the mouse feet to improve my gaming experience. However, I'm concerned about the warranty implications.Will replacing the stock mouse feet with aftermarket ones void the Razer warranty?

I think that it would be of substantial benefit for everyone to add adjustable debounce time to Razer mice. I recently bought an Viper v3 Pro and am disappointed when I found out that I can’t adjust debounce time. Adjustable debounce time may not affect many people. However, to Minecraft players who enjoy minigames like bedwars and 1.8 PvP reducing debounce time can be of major benefit. Especially considering the fact that the v3 Pro (white edition) has a really nice texture for drag clicking. I tried it out as soon as I got it and found it to be a better texture than my Glorious Model O, Roccat Kone Pro, and Bloody a70x. 

My mouse is RZ01-03850 model and the driver does not appear when the device is connected.

Hey, recently in my deathadder v3 wired, i started facing this issue where the side buttons are really wobbly and sometimes they even go inside the mouse and you cant press them till you do some weird clicking then it comes out. is there any fix for this? both of my side buttons are affected by this

I am having a problem with my Razer Basilisk v3 pro. The click scroll is not responsive, so when I use applications that require me to use the click scroll, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Can anyone help me find a solution?

I prefer wired mice because they are just more convenient as you don’t have to charge them, and I rarely have enough batteries and I can’t be bothered to pay for the dock. Is it possible to use the basisilsk V3 Pro as a wired mouse? Are there any downsides? As far as I’m aware, the V3 Pro has some superior hardware/software to the V3, and is not just a wireless version. Any advice please? Thanks in advance.

Hello Razer Support,My Razer Viper Ultimate is currently only detected when I hold the left click + right click + scroll wheel buttons during USB connection. This puts the device into firmware update (bootloader) mode.I attempted to update the firmware using your official tool. It reaches 100% and then the mouse disconnects. After this, it no longer functions normally and only works in bootloader mode.Steps I've tried:- Multiple USB ports and cables- Running updater as administrator- Disabling antivirus/firewall- Using different PCsIt seems like the update doesn’t complete properly. Is there a way to force a firmware reset or restore it manually?Details:- Mouse: Razer Viper Ultimate- Firmware updater version: [version, if known]- OS: [Your OS, e.g. Windows 10]- Serial Number: [your serial number]I’d appreciate any guidance to recover the mouse. Hi! I have the Naga Trinity RZ01-02410100 and have installed the newest synapse 3 Software. I want to personalize the lightning by Win 11 Pro, because i want configure the lightning by Aura Crate (and NOT by Synapse 3), , but the Mice dont show up in my Personalize/lightning in Win 11 Pro. Uninstall Synapse 3, same Problem. Win 11 Pro 23H2 with latest Updates, Aura Crate with latest updates also. Mice is shown in System but not for lightning in Win 11 Pro. Is there a Solution for the Problem? (sorry for my bad english) Thanks for the answers

On a laptop without Razer Synapse installed (and I can’t install it), the macros often don’t work or function differently.I have two macros set up on my current and only profile with the mouse:Button 4 (inner side button) - left clicks at 20 cpsButton 5 (outer side button) - right clicks at 20 cpsOrdinarily on my gaming computer, the macros function as they should and click once every 0.05s. However, on my laptop or any other device, the macros function quite differently. Whenever I have multiple other input buttons held down, like keys on my keyboard, the macro stutters and will only function for about half of every second.Additionally, if I hold both buttons down at the same time, on my gaming computer with synapse installed, neither of them function, with 0 cps for both left and right click (I’d like to specify, this is not a problem I’m perfectly fine with this), however, if I hold down both buttons on any other device I instead click both left and right click at 40 cps. Pretty sure my mouse isn’t fake, as that seems to be the answer to almost every deathadder problem. I just want to reassign the two side buttons but synapse 4 isn’t detecting the mouse. Any ideas?

Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeedI feel there is a delay when it is enabled by default. I hope to add an option in the driver for players to choose whether to enable it or not, I hope razer to develop an XM mold mouse for players with small hands of 18.5cm to use. 

Hi, I have a DeathAdder v2 HypedSpeed and Ive been usse it for more than 2 years and recently the side buttons become a little bit loose and wobbly. Is there anyway to repair it or making more stiff? (preferably without opening it) Its really a good mouse and I want to maintain it.here is a video

My teenage kids use my computer quite often to game. I loaded up my own game tonight and now my middle mouse button isn’t functioning like it did yesterday. Is there some setting I’m missing? I reinstalled razer synapse and unlinked the mouse and relinked the mouse from the computer and restarted it. Nothing is letting my use the middle mouse click anymore.
