Scroll and right mouse work fine can click desktop or else but my left mouse not working when i click on it no sound and not working 

Anybody have directions for disassembly of Razer Atheris? My MMB click is resistant and I think it needs to be removed and given a clean.

video showing the mouse going crazyI've had this mouse for more than 3 years and it's been working fine. It's been in the box for about 2 years because I was using a wireless mouse. Started using it again yesterday and it was working fine. Tried using the mouse again and this happens, I've already cleaned the sensor to the best of my ability.

The LEDs on my Razer Basilisk V3 (wired) are consistently out of sync with the rest of my razer peripherals. When I set my whole setup to white on Chroma, the mouse’s lights are red. With other colors, the lights are some darker, hue shifted variant of the actual chose color. I thought this might be a dead LED, but it’s every light in the mouse at once, and I doubt that they all died at the same time.

Hi, i have a problem with viper v2 pro, around 2 days ago it randomly started to disconect and my dpi was changing evry time i moved my mouse idk what is the problem so i hope someone can tell me what to do in this situation

I am unable to remap the Mouse Button 4 + 5 keys on the Naga Pro V2 using Synapse 3 Beta. The keys continue to map to their original functions of attempting to change the scroll wheel settings and DPI respectively. However, I was successful in remapping all of the side mouse button functions. Weird thing - If I close Synapse 3 and open Synapse 2 the newly bound functions for Mouse Button 4 + 5 work. They don’t however work with Synapse 3 Beta open. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on possible fixes?

I have an issue with my cursor randomly freezing. After some research, I have concluded that I need to update my firmware. There is no firmware listed on the Razer site for my mouse. Am I just S.O.L.?

Hi there, I purchased this mouse on April 3 and now it looks dead - no RGB, no light on the bottom, no visibility in Razer Synapse. I tried to enable pairing mode, but it doesn’t work as well. I bought this specific mouse to replace my other Deathadder v2 pro purchased like 25 months ago (very thoughtful of the mouse to wait for 24 month until the warranty is gone) got dead one of the side buttons.Serial number: PM2115H15902418 Is there anything I can do to bright it to the world of living? Generally, it’s definitely my last Razer device, because I already have a drawer full of Razer Dead Adders™.

Just recently got a new laptop and would like to just use my old mamba, however cant seem to find dongle. Any alternatives?  thanks

I have 2 Razer mice, Orochi V2 and Basilisk X Hyperspeed. I have been using the basilisk for almost 4 years with my macbook and it seems to be working fine. I bought the Orochi V2 and I am not able to use middle mouse button to open or close tabs while using Safari or Chrome but I can do so using the basilisk. I tried checking the mouse click detector website to check which clicks are being registered. Apparently, Orochi MMB click registers as scroll up (1 click up). How do I get my mouse to register proper inputs on Mac OS Sonoma? 

As a Razer fan, and regular user of the Viper Ultimate (I have two, and have had several Razer ambidextrous mice over the years),  I have been patiently waiting for the perfect business / travel / gaming mouse, and the new Cobra Pro looks almost perfect. Except, it’s buttoned for right-handed users only.  :-(    I’m not necessarily after the absolute, lightest-weight mouse on the market….but buttons on both sides (Viper Ultimate - check, Cobra Pro - Nope), Bluetooth support (VU - Nope, Cobra Pro - Check), Chroma RGB (VU, sort of, Cobra Pro - Check). Now, one could argue that Bluetooth is unnecessary on a gaming mouse, and yeah, you’d be right.  But I travel extensively for work, and I use my Blade 15 as both my work laptop, and as my hotel room entertainment.  Weirdly, I tend to use my mouse right-handed for work, and left-handed for gaming (naturally I’m left-handed).   This is also why I like Bluetooth, as I don’t have to keep the dongle in my laptop wh

Hi, i got my mamba elite mouse about 2 years ago but the plastic underneath has gotten peeled off.Now there is glue under my mouse which makes it awkward to use when playing shooter games. I can’t seem to get the glue off, any help is appreciated!

I bought this mouse very recently because I thought I was getting a high quality mouse which justified the price.Currently, this mouse is not turning on at all, no matter what I do. Im charging it and it doesnt seem to react at all to the cable being connected or to me moving the switches on/off/Bluetooth. This mouse has no damage whatsoever just suddenly stopped working.What do I do to fix this problem? I had the Razer Viper Ultimate mouse before and this would sometimes as well but would start working after some time, which is not happening in this case.  Is this an issue with all Razer mice?? I have never had this issue with any other brand.Asking for help on how to resolve this issue.Thanks! 

Was playing for a few minutes when the mouse decided to disconnect and a few seconds later connect again. Now, it has been going on like this and I tried every tips everyone had said but to no availcan anyone help me with this issue?
