Mouse Model: Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed (purchased in February 2024)Issue: The connection is unstable. Can I still use 8K even if I connect to a viper v2 pro regular dongle?

I live in the Philippines with almost zero proper warranty support. I ordered a Razer Viper Ultimate for my wife, through Amazon last March 15. 3 months later, the dock decides to crap out. I mean, it lights up, synapse recognizes it, but it doesnt do the one thing I need it to do, which is charge the mouse. I know for sure its the dock because connectung the mouse directly charges it. Using my own razer dock charges my wife's mouse. So the charging mechanism on my wife's dock is broken.  How can I go about getting the dock replaced as I assume it should still be within warranty? I've tried through the Razer help pages and I'm stuck at verifying the s/n.  The dock s/n is 63244U09602155. Thanks for any help.

So I was just playing with my friends on a MacBook just then, and a few minutes later,the mice just fully stopped. I tried to switch it off, but it kept glowing pink. It didn’t connect to Bluetooth nor the 2.4. So I left it on my desk for about 8 hours and it was as still glowing pink. Is there anything I could do to reset the mouse? I also I don’t have razer synapse installed and I’ve tried the profile button. Now the pink light turned off and I can’t manage to turn it back on no matter what button(s) I press, please help.

I tried everything, reset and reinstalled programs, installed different panels. Nothing helped. 

The 7 Ring button plate,(From Naga trinity) is the best thing I've ever experienced on any mice.The way your thumb can grip it without touching any buttons, but u still having easy access to 7 other buttons that's very easy to map in your head due to the clear difference in direction, compared to other layouts where buttons just feels mushed together, is just fantastic.Not just that, but the way I have access to two of them very fast by just pressing in my thumb to a direction adds 2 buttons that's even more natural then common right and left click for me.I’ve owned 4.5 of these mouse in total.The first two mice broke on me, then I frankesteined them together(hence the half), now I own a third and have a backup since it’s being replaced by newer mice.I bought a Naga pro, because I thought I would get used to it, and I can. Hi everyone,I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse, and after running the official firmware update using the updater tool, my mouse not detect. after click on left right and scroll botton enters bootloader mode and update but after update i hear the unplug sound and app says connect mouse with cable. The device version field in the updater remains blank during the update process.Details: The mouse works neither wirelessly nor wired after the update. The red LED under the mouse is solidly on. I've tested the mouse on multiple computers and with different cables; the issue persists. Windows is fully updated, and drivers have been reinstalled. ok I didn't know this brand, I need a muntifunctional mice, and the box said is compatible with Mac and ok, haha, it didn't even connect via blueetooth , whaaaaaat a garbage, returning this asap

Is it normal for the Naga pro wireless mouse wheel to break in a year? I stuck with it as it wasn't so bad but now it's been 2 years and it's completely unusable. Ready to change mice at this point whole scrolling down it always jumps up randomly so annoying.Is this common with all Razer mice to have such a poor scroll wheel? Need a new mouse don't know if I will consider Razer again if this Is very common 

Hey,I got this around 2022. Pretty nice overall but the scroll start to having backward issue around 1 year later and now the dongle just stop working?The dongle replacement is event out of stock now.Could you please advice what should I do now? I don’t really need an additional wired mouse tbh.Thanks in advance! 

Title. I got the firmware update and afterwards, my wireless dongle is completely bricked (windows won’t even recognize it anymore). I purchased a new dongle and my mouse won’t connect to it. There are no support articles that can help me.  The mouse is only two years old, this kind of stuff should not be happening. If it can’t be resolved, I will no longer be purchasing Razer products.

Hello, I've used my mouse (Razer Viper 8KHz) on several PC's since i bought it, using different motherboards and chipsets. I also looked into USB root hub power saving states to no avail. So the issue im about to explain has nothing to do with my environment, and is likely a platform/product issue with this model of mice. But no matter on which PC or configuration i use it, this always happens: i can't use the mouse until reconnecting it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time i 'cold' startup my computer, i need to re-attach the mouse before i can get going, which is very annoying, let alone impractical or even impossible for others that may face this issue, in case their PC is under a desk or encapsulated in a desk with their wires running out from the top of their desk. So that immediate access to the rear USB ports is blocked. In my case, the PC is standing on my desk next to monitor, so it's easy to perform the procedure to make the mouse work. But i sho

Sometimes, when I use it with the dongle (2.4 GHz), the mouse doesn’t correctly register my actions — it can click, scroll, or even press the wheel button on its own when I move it.When I connect it via Bluetooth, everything works fine.I’ve already changed the batteries and reinstalled all the drivers. Hello,I'm using the Razer DeathAdder V3 with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. I’ve noticed that sometimes my Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable or starts lagging, and at the same time, I feel like my mouse also starts to lag or stutter.Could this be caused by interference between the HyperPolling dongle and my Wi-Fi (especially since both use the 2.4 GHz band)?Is there a recommended solution to avoid this kind of interference? I have a Razer Naga Trinity and I've been using it for a long time now. I've been thinking of upgrading but the side panel that I like which is the 7 buttons in a circle isn't in the V2 pro. they side panels look the same shape and size so I was wondering if it was possible to use the side panels from the trinity on the V2 pro

is the razer basilik v3 going to be a supported device on razer synapse 4 (the mac version of synapse)

Hello. This is a topic that’s been touched on earlier  as well, but with the Razer synapse for mac out, I’ve been trying to connect my basilisk v3 mouse, but the software seems to not recognize it at all. Have tried the typical debugging, restarting the PC/software, reinstalling the software, reconnecting the mouse I need to be able to remap my mouse buttons to use this mouse for my work, which is only avaiable via synapse. Anyone have any suggestions? Or should I consider returning this mouse since it seems like I’m not the target audience for this :/

While trying to play a game, my Razer Naga X mouse kept disconnecting repeatedly. I’ve tested every USB port on my PC, but the issue persists. I find it unacceptable that a product like this is experiencing such problems.
