Hello, Recently i had a virus on my pc, and i restarted it on 0. I have the question if it is possible that the virus is infected on my mouse, because the last time i connected it on my pc after a restart it doesn’t download the Razer Synapse automatically, and the first time i connected the mouse on my pc it automatically download it. If there is a reason of it can be the mouse infected or other devices, i want to know how i can detect it and how i can solve it.Thank you a lot,Sergio

The quality is outstanding, it fits my hand perfectly, and the convenience of the 7-button layout has kept me from switching to any other mouse for a long time.However, two weeks ago, after updating the firmware to the latest version, I've started experiencing random disconnection issues between the mouse and my computer. Specifically, when using it in 2.4GHz mode, the cursor freezes unexpectedly, and clicks do not respond.I've tried several troubleshooting steps:Used the tools provided by Razer to uninstall all drivers. Reinstalled the firmware. Resynced the mouse with the dongle using the syncing tool. Reinstalled Razer Synapse. Hi everyone.Does anyone have the same issue with the DeathAdder V2 X? It lags everywhere when I use it. Sometimes, when I use it with the dongle (2.4 GHz), the mouse doesn’t correctly register my actions — it can click, scroll, or even press the wheel button on its own when I move it.When I connect it via Bluetooth, everything works fine.I’ve already changed the batteries and reinstalled all the drivers. I think the problem started after the last firmware update. Hello,I'm using the Razer DeathAdder V3 with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. I’ve noticed that sometimes my Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable or starts lagging, and at the same time, I feel like my mouse also starts to lag or stutter.Could this be caused by interference between the HyperPolling dongle and my Wi-Fi (especially since both use the 2.4 GHz band)?Is there a recommended solution to avoid this kind of interference? I have a Razer Naga Trinity and I've been using it for a long time now. I've been thinking of upgrading but the side panel that I like which is the 7 buttons in a circle isn't in the V2 pro. they side panels look the same shape and size so I was wondering if it was possible to use the side panels from the trinity on the V2 pro

is the razer basilik v3 going to be a supported device on razer synapse 4 (the mac version of synapse)

Hello. This is a topic that’s been touched on earlier  as well, but with the Razer synapse for mac out, I’ve been trying to connect my basilisk v3 mouse, but the software seems to not recognize it at all. Have tried the typical debugging, restarting the PC/software, reinstalling the software, reconnecting the mouse I need to be able to remap my mouse buttons to use this mouse for my work, which is only avaiable via synapse. Anyone have any suggestions? Or should I consider returning this mouse since it seems like I’m not the target audience for this :/

While trying to play a game, my Razer Naga X mouse kept disconnecting repeatedly. I’ve tested every USB port on my PC, but the issue persists. I find it unacceptable that a product like this is experiencing such problems.

I am having trouble with my Naga Trinity scrolling down constantly in menus and browsers. The issue has repeated itself on the other computers in the house. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hello, I have a problem with the mouse Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, I can not update the firmware v2.00.03_r1, the dongle is updated, but the mouse is not updated, gives an error, what to do?  

If you do a quick search you will find nearly a hundred different posts and comments detailing issues with this mouse! (even more including reddit). How has Razer gotten away with not doing anything about this, especially when it is apparent the issue is with their firmware and software updates. If you buy a product from a company, and they push an update that breaks your device, are they not required to fix it? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?!?!?!?!?I’ve linked some threads below so you can see what I’m talking about, they must know about this right!? RMA won’t fix a thing if it’s their fault these mice are breaking! I feel like I’m losing my mind, is there any way to make Razer give us an answer!!! Hey guys, my deathadder v2 was working super cleary untill today. Suddenly scroll wheel stopped working. The scroll function and the click thing doesnt work anymore.

For some reason my mouse cant track well on most mouse pads, It literally tracks better on my bedsheet. My cursor stutters really badly on most parts of my mousepads its unbearable. My Deathadder v3 wired version works fine,but once i reboot my pc,the polling rate dropped to 1/8.(At the same time, a garbled device is detected )8000hz ——> 1000hz   4000hz ——> 500hz1000hz ——> 125hz     125hz——> 15or16hz…..I need to reconnect it,then the problem temporarily solved before next reboot. USB Powersave mode offBios USB PowerShare off  

i was planning on getting a seccondary mouse to my razer viper 8khz for travel purpouses and was looking for a cheap mouse (around 10-20 bucks) that still preformed good. I am eyeing up the deathadder essential, but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas that would be great. By the way i am right handed.

I was considering this mouse but I see that a lot of users has the problems, like so: At the end, I figured out that the root of the problem is the wheel button. But, more importantly, I saw that most of users reported problems AFTER updating Synapse and the firmware.So, my question is: maybe problems will not happen if I do NOT install Synapse at all? Or maybe I can install it but not update firmware?Really the only thing I want to change is to enable “smart-reel” and that is it. I would save changes on-board and delete Synapse.Would this “solution” work?

If I make a macro on my computer  can I use that macro on my Xbox with the Razer Basilisk V3 or any other mouses

When my mouse is in sleep mode it will not wake up unless i remove the batt. . I have tried everything (within intelligent reason) to wake the mouse up but the batt. trick is the only thing that works. And Yes, i did a firmware update.

The Razer Deathsdder V2 PRO mouse sensor is not working. I've already plugged the wires into different USB cells and rebooted the computer and drivers, but nothing. Although when I plug the wire into the adapter so that it is seamless, it works, but not directly through the wire, what should I do?

Hi!  We purchased a Basilisk v3 mouse from GameStop the other day.  When using it, the mouse disconnects from Windows each time the mouse is lifted from the mat.  It reconnects when the mouse is placed back down.  This was tested on two different computers (one Win10, the other Win11) with the same result.  We tried multiple USB ports and the issue continued.  Has anyone else encountered this, and what do you recommend?  Thanks!

I want the RAZER NAGA HEX V2 back. The layout was perfect for me and it was build to last. I've had 3 Naga Trinity since, but the build quality isn't on par with the Hex v2. I now use the Naga pro v2 but i't's 6 number faceplate layout isn't what I want, so I slapped the trinity hex panel on the pro although it doesn't give me access to the “7” button.  The Naga Pro v2 built quality is on par with the Naga Hex V2, but the trinity isn't.PLEASE!! Either give us the Hex V2 back, or make a side panel for the Naga V2 PRO that resembles the one on the trinity. 

Hello, TL;DRWhy is there a limit to setting ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ and ‘Repeat Scroll Right’ on certain mouse actions?Will there be an update on razer synapse 4 that would allow this behavior in the future? If not, why? If so, when? I used to use a razer basilisk v3 pro for everything, and set custom settings on the scroll up and scroll down when using hypershift.The hyper shift button was mapped to the sensitivity clutch button on the basilisk, and the custom settings done on scroll up was  ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ and on scroll down it was set as ‘Repeat Scroll Right’. I liked setting the mouse this way because I didn’t prefer using the til left and right of the scroll wheel, and liked actually scrolling and seeing the scroll on screen.Also, the reason I did not use the ‘Scroll Left’ and ‘Scroll Right’ functions were because they need synapse to be running in the background in order for them to work.(‘Scroll Left’ and ‘Repeat Scr

I bought Razer Basilisk Ultimate two days ago and everything works fine except logo and scroll lights. So the problem is if i want to change leds to purple the side lights are purple but logo and scroll are white/orange. Problem is even with blue side light and scroll with logo are turquoise.Thanks for any advice
