Is there any way to rebind some of the sensitivity buttons to be mouse buttons? (ex. Sensitivity Clutch → Mouse 6, creating a new mouse button that can be bound) I’ve looked pretty much everywhere on Synapse and I can’t find anything that would let me do that. Is there something that I’m missing or is this just not possible?
In the bustling streets of Finland, amid the vibrant cityscape, I embarked on a quest to enhance my gaming experience. With enthusiasm, I invested in the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, a pinnacle of precision and power in the gaming world. Two months ago, I eagerly acquired this marvel, investing 190 euros, eager to delve into immersive gaming adventures. However, fate took an unexpected turn upon my relocation to the captivating landscapes of Thailand. In the heart of my gaming haven, a tragic twist befell my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro – its essential lifeline, the mouse dongle, met an untimely demise. Rendered completely non-functional, it left my gaming arsenal incomplete, thwarting my quest for gaming glory. Despite bearing the shield of warranty, a bitter realization loomed over me. The vast distance from the Finnish retailer, where I procured this prized possession, now stood as an insurmountable obstacle. I found myself trapped in a quandary – the warranty, a beacon of hope, was beyond reach
I have a Mamba Tournament Edition, but will be needing a new mouse for my Gaming PC. Which mouse has the same feel? Maybe a little larger but I enjoy the feeling in my hand when using.
Hi, RazerFirst, I want to apologize if my English is not that good. I'm using this platform to ask if u guys are selling mouse feet stock. I'm currently using the Razer Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed, and I'm really enjoying it, but for a long time, using stock feet, it's worn so badly. I tried many kinds of feet I can find on shopping online websites, but I feel uncomfortable using them. So, if there's any chance you guys are selling your feet stock?P/s: I’m living in Vietnam, and the most famous website for shopping online is Shopee. They have almost everything on it, but sadly, it doesn't have stock feet for DAv3 hyperspeed.
My Orochi V2 suddenly stopped working. At first, I thought it is the battery issue, but after replacing it, the mouse still shows no battery indicator LED when powered on. I also tried a firmware update, but when it reached the step of connecting the mouse to BT, the process failed because the pairing indicator on the mouse was not blinking. Is there anything else I can try to fix it, or is it completely dead? Thank you.
I have a Cobra from about 1.5 years ago, though it has a problem with the scrollwheel (it goes up and down randomly when trying to scroll). If I blow really hard it fixes the issue temporarily.I used to use from another brand that starts with L that had frequent issues with double clicking from main and side buttons, so I switched to Razer because of optical switches (I live in a humid place with a decent amount of dust, so I’m prone to getting this kind of issues a few months after I start using a mouse). But I got this problem with the scrollwheel.Does Razer have any Mice without the scrollwheel issue? Or am I destined to blow into the scrollwheel every now and then.
I have a Razer Naga Epic model number Rc30-005101 which sadly there is no firmware available on Razer website for mice older than 2018. My mouse has major drift and I would like to see if getting the latest firmware would make a difference. I recently upgraded to windows 11 so all my drivers are gone from my original machine. Thanks!
Good day. I have been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse for about 1 month, and during operation I noticed that the backlight corner, next to the button where the additional Hyperspeed button is located, sometimes strangely blinks a barely noticeable red color.Does anyone know what is going on? Is the problem hardware or software?I tried reinstalling Synapse 4 and Chroma, but the problem persists. The mouse itself works fine, so the problem is not critical, but I would still like to know what is going on. Sharp unexpected blinks, especially in the dark, are sometimes strange. A video with an example of blinking is attachedApproximately 20 to 23 seconds and 32 to 38.
The scroll wheel on this mouse is extremely loud and distracting. I know this isn’t normal because I own two of the same model, and the other has a relatively silent scroll wheel. I’ve already tried cleaning it with compressed air, but that didn’t help.Has anyone run into this before or have tips on how to fix it?
Hey so im kinda in a bit of a pickle. i was working on the razer deathadder v4 and i might have ounctured the battery and i need a replacement. i contacted the support just today but are there any ways i can find a replacement battery. i was looking into other used mouses where i can snatch the battery from and was thinking about the razer viper ultimate but the just didnt match according to my research.
I have been having a problem where my mouse isn’t entering pairing mode even if I hold the side button and dpi-up to
So I have the Razer Gigantus V2 and I accidentally spilled a drink on it. How do I clean it?
So, on the app it says that you can customize youre own thirdparty mouse pad but than there aint that option, does someone know why? or is it just a developer error?
Hey there, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate RC30-030501 that has served me well for the last couple of years. Yesterday night, out of absolutely nowhere, the USB Dongle started malfunctioning tremendously and constantly acting as though it was being plugged in and removed repeatedly. The same issue occurred on another port, after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and now is happening on another device entirely. Is it possible to source a replacement USB Dongle? The mouse seems to be just fine as it still works adequately if it’s plugged in; having said that, this does defeat the point of having a wireless mouse. There was no trauma/damage to the Dongle, it was plugged in and working fine just prior and wasn’t subject to any stress or force whatsoever. Would love to hear if anyone has any solutions - thanks!
Hey EveryoneIv tried out multiple MMO Mouses recently trying to find the best one for me and unfortunately I cant just seem to get it feeling just right and I wanted to discuss the only thing that caused me to return a Naga Pro… Twice because I even went back for round 2 to try again. Its the the ring finger rest o.O - I work construction and nothing is better than sometimes just degenning hard after work sometimes but that damn finger rest causes my last 2 fingers to ache as i usually claw them around the mouse side. Spoken to a few others Ive played with who have tried mmo mice in the past and they had similar annoyances leading them away to other options or having 20 shift/ctrl/alt modifiers and delving out of the MMO realm im finding alot of games dont even allow shift modifier keybinds so an MMO mouse would really fill that void.I’m not sure if this will ever get to the right people but the nagas pro buttons felt the best and the changeable sides were great for customisation for th
My previous Logitech mouse (G604) allowed continual scrolling by ‘whizzing’ the wheel and scrolling would continue until the wheel rotational speed spun down. I don’t see a way to do that with the Naga Pro. Best I can find is using the Custom setting with steps set to 96.Is there an option I’m not seeing to enable this ability?
About 10 months ago, I purchased a razer viper v2 pro and a month later I started noticing problems with scrolling the mouse wheel. Before that, I had a razer cobra and I changed it because of the same problem in the hope that this would not happen again, but it did not happen. is it possible to fix it yourself, or is it better to contact repair specialists?P.S. As I understand it, the problem is that my mouse's encoder is dirty, and various cleaning methods have not helped (such as blowing compressed air or quickly scrolling the wheel).
My Razer Viper V3 pro isn’t charging. I just purchased it 2 days ago. Razer is firmware is up to date. I’m using the wire. It’s been charging for over an hour now and it hasn’t moved from 0%.
Greetings, there is a problem. I use the Razer DeathAdder v3 HyperSpeed mouse and have installed Razer Synapse to it. I adjusted the mouse to my game, reassigned the side buttons to the numbers on the keyboard so that it would be convenient to jump through the cells in the inventory. Today I log into the game and nothing works. I tried reinstalling the application, updating the drivers, restarting the computer, restarting the application itself and running it as an administrator. Nothing helps. But as soon as I connected the mouse directly to the PC via a wire, everything immediately worked. All the reassigned buttons are working. And when connected via a dongle, it works like a regular mouse. At the same time, I can switch sensitivity levels, but not to reassign any key. Help please
Model no. RZ01-0233I purchased a Basilisk (V1) sometime around late 2019 and used it (loved it) up until about 4 months ago when the right click started having trouble registering clicks. Sometimes it would double click and sometimes it wouldn't click. I tried replacing it but I just can't get used to another mouse and want to attempt to revive my old Basilisk. I'm a little attached to the mouse and I really don't see myself (happily) using a different one in the future. I can't find any Basilisk V1's to buy online and I can't find what switches I should buy to repair it with (assuming the issue is bad switches). In addition, some may suggest resetting firmware using the firmware posted on Razer's website as a solution to problems such as this; razer does not have the firmware reinstall for the Basilisk V1 posted on their website so I have no way of doing this. I may try reinstalling drivers and taking it apart for deep cleaning. These are iffy solutions that may not yield any result,
Hey I just found my old Razer Mamba mouse. I loved it back in the day and I’m wanting to use it again but I don’t have the cord. It’s next to impossible to find one online so I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction on using this mouse again
I have a Razer Viper 2 Pro.It was a gift from a friend and is still in good condition, no scratches, and still sealed. But why won't it connect to the receiver/dongle?I tried connecting it directly to the mouse with the cable, and it worked fine, but the dongle didn't respond. Is there a way to fix this?
I need options
I’M LOOKING FOR THE NAGA V2 HYPERSPEED SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED SOME SOFTWARE BUT IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK. THE SOFTWARE WON’T EVEN RECOGNIZE MY MOUSE. I NEED IT TO PROGRAM ALL THE BUTTONS. I’M USING A MAC BOOK PRO. RAZER REALLY NEEDS TO MAKE SUPPORT FOR APPLE MAC.
I stepped away from my PC for a few minutes to use the bathroom, and when I came back, I noticed that the wireless dongle had completely stopped working. The mouse still works normally when connected directly to the PC via cable, but when I try to use it wirelessly, the dongle shows no signs of life at all — no LEDs turn on and it is not recognized by the system. When the mouse is switched on in wireless mode, it simply does not connect to the dongle. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle to different USB ports Testing the dongle on another PC (same issue occurs) Restarting the system multiple times Reinstalling USB and mouse drivers Uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse software Using the mouse pairing utility (the mouse works only when connected by cable) The mouse itself appears to be functioning properly, since it works perfectly over a wired connection. However, the dongle seems to be completely dead, with no LEDs lighting up under any
