Greetings, there is a problem. I use the Razer DeathAdder v3 HyperSpeed mouse and have installed Razer Synapse to it. I adjusted the mouse to my game, reassigned the side buttons to the numbers on the keyboard so that it would be convenient to jump through the cells in the inventory. Today I log into the game and nothing works. I tried reinstalling the application, updating the drivers, restarting the computer, restarting the application itself and running it as an administrator. Nothing helps. But as soon as I connected the mouse directly to the PC via a wire, everything immediately worked. All the reassigned buttons are working. And when connected via a dongle, it works like a regular mouse. At the same time, I can switch sensitivity levels, but not to reassign any key. Help please
Model no. RZ01-0233I purchased a Basilisk (V1) sometime around late 2019 and used it (loved it) up until about 4 months ago when the right click started having trouble registering clicks. Sometimes it would double click and sometimes it wouldn't click. I tried replacing it but I just can't get used to another mouse and want to attempt to revive my old Basilisk. I'm a little attached to the mouse and I really don't see myself (happily) using a different one in the future. I can't find any Basilisk V1's to buy online and I can't find what switches I should buy to repair it with (assuming the issue is bad switches). In addition, some may suggest resetting firmware using the firmware posted on Razer's website as a solution to problems such as this; razer does not have the firmware reinstall for the Basilisk V1 posted on their website so I have no way of doing this. I may try reinstalling drivers and taking it apart for deep cleaning. These are iffy solutions that may not yield any result,
Hey I just found my old Razer Mamba mouse. I loved it back in the day and I’m wanting to use it again but I don’t have the cord. It’s next to impossible to find one online so I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction on using this mouse again
I have a Razer Viper 2 Pro.It was a gift from a friend and is still in good condition, no scratches, and still sealed. But why won't it connect to the receiver/dongle?I tried connecting it directly to the mouse with the cable, and it worked fine, but the dongle didn't respond. Is there a way to fix this?
I need options
I’M LOOKING FOR THE NAGA V2 HYPERSPEED SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED SOME SOFTWARE BUT IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK. THE SOFTWARE WON’T EVEN RECOGNIZE MY MOUSE. I NEED IT TO PROGRAM ALL THE BUTTONS. I’M USING A MAC BOOK PRO. RAZER REALLY NEEDS TO MAKE SUPPORT FOR APPLE MAC.
I stepped away from my PC for a few minutes to use the bathroom, and when I came back, I noticed that the wireless dongle had completely stopped working. The mouse still works normally when connected directly to the PC via cable, but when I try to use it wirelessly, the dongle shows no signs of life at all — no LEDs turn on and it is not recognized by the system. When the mouse is switched on in wireless mode, it simply does not connect to the dongle. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle to different USB ports Testing the dongle on another PC (same issue occurs) Restarting the system multiple times Reinstalling USB and mouse drivers Uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse software Using the mouse pairing utility (the mouse works only when connected by cable) The mouse itself appears to be functioning properly, since it works perfectly over a wired connection. However, the dongle seems to be completely dead, with no LEDs lighting up under any
Hello,I have a razer viper mini on which the cursor pointer was not working, except this all buttons & scroll is working.I opened it up & checked the IR LED, there was no power & light on it(checked on it via camera), figured it’s broken & replaced it with one of the IR LED’s I had.Post this also, there is no power to the LED & does not turn on at all. Powering it externally while connected to the board, LED turns on but cursor does not work at all.My next go to is that probably the track is broken on the board, but nothing visibly is broken!!Last option is to check is any other component is broken or shorted out, due to which there is power cut off to the LED.Any suggestions as to how I can proceed with this situation at hand ?!Appreciate any response in advance!Thank you!
I’m currently using an Orochi v2 and someone is offering to give me their Viper V3 Pro. I can tell through the compare tool that the Viper V3 Pro has a higher DPI. Does anyone have any experience with switching to the Viper mice and is it much better than mid-priced Razer mice or is it about the same?
I’ve been using Deathadders for a long time, I can’t really see myself switching to another mouse. I love the shape and the Razer software is nice. Sadly though, the v3 has dropped the 2 extra buttons near the mouse wheel, and I’m not sure why. I’ve come to love having these buttons, i remap them to something for every game i play and I don’t think I could go without them now. With the V3 dropping these buttons, it removes it from my possible choices for mice, and on top of that the V2 isn’t sold by Razer any more. Are there any plans to restock v2? or will v4 re-add those buttons? I really don’t know what I’m going to do now, I’m debating just stocking up on a bunch of V2’s from other vendors to hopefully last me until a future version of the deathadder that adds the buttons back.
Hello, I have recently run into an issue with my Razer Deathadder V2 Pro. There are a couple of problems with the device:The device is not recognized under device manager while using a wired connection with the original cable. The device is not recognized under razer synapse 3 or razer synapse 4 while using a wired connection with the original cable. The device does not function with the 2.4 dongle.Originally, the 2.4 dongle for my device did work. Once I updated the firmware for the dongle, the device stopped working as well. Here is a list of what does work:The device lights up with a wired connection with the original cable to multiple usb ports The device lights up with the 2.4 dongle option on (with or without the dongle plugged in) The device works properly and connects with bluetoothI have taken many steps to test the device as outlined in the support articles which I will link here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4135/https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers
I’ve looked on the product page but they don’t list the DPI button as reprogrammable. Thanks.
would be very helpfull if the sentitivity clutch was added to the macro inputs.I’m playing a lots of fps games and I would like to do the following : when ‘hold breath’ in ADS also apply ‘sensitivity cluch’. which is basically ‘sensitibity cluch + a button’.I believe that it should be quite a common request and not too hard to add to synapse as all the ingredients are already in.Well, thans for your attention (and the eventual synapse update ?) cheers
Hello! I’ve had this mouse since 2023 and the battery life has pretty much gone to a couple hours before needing recharging, I’d like to order a replacement so I can swap it out. Is there a process I can go through for this?
Pretty much the title, mouse worked normally all day but then at night decided that didnt want to work properly. Any fix?
My Basilisk X hyper speed will not connect via Bluetooth nor hyper speed have even found the old utility is no longer on the website but still live through razor and still nothing. It seems like there’s a problem with the handshake. My computer recognizes the dongle and even shows up my mouse in Bluetooth devices.
I’m finding the surface of the scroll wheel too rough like sandpaper. I do massive amounts of scrolling so you can imagine the state of the skin on my fingers after using this mouse for a few hours. Did they have to add prickly spikes? Is there a replacement wheel that is more forgiving?
I'm a long-time Basilisk user with large hands who loves the shape and thumb rest, but the V3 Pro is way too heavy for competitive FPS. I’d love to see a Basilisk V4 Pro that keeps the ergonomic design but uses the new tech from the DeathAdder V4 Pro—like the 45K sensor, Gen-4 optical switches, and lighter build. Strip the RGB, drop the weight under 80g, and it could be a serious esports contender.
Hi, one of the corners on the slider has detached itself slightly which is super annoying to use since its rubbing the mat.I’ve tried googling for replacement sliders for my Razer Naga Left Handed but haven’t found any official sources. All I found is one seller on ebay and aliexpress, which doesn’t feel good.Is razer not providing replacement sliders for this mouse? Do I have to buy a new mice?!
Hey guys, I need your help. See i am going to buy the deathadder essential for my poco pad 5g mostly to play Minecraft. But the mouse doesn't have a dedicated dpi switch button and i can't run the synapse software on my android tab. So I am worried bcz i won't be able to change the light, side button functions and mostly importantly what if the default dpi is too low or high for me, how I am supposed to change it when it doesn't even have onboard memory? What's the default dpi for this mouse out of box btw?
My Razer V2 X Hyperspeed is lagging, like screen stuttering how can i repair it i used to play valorant and while moving my mouse it is like lagging idk what is happening i need a solution for it
When i activate the dynamic sensitivity it works good but when i turn off my pc and on again it feels different idk why
So yeah, now I am even more pissed with Razer. About 2 months ago, my Blackwidow V3 started doing the double tapping randomly. Over the course of a week, it got progressively worse. Long story short, my $180 “high quality” keyboard died after about 3 ½ years. Razer basically told me to go pound sand and buy a new one. And now, as of last night, my Goliathus mat’s LEDs are going out. Only the top left corner where the cable is is glowing. The rest of it is dark. My mat is only 2 ½ years old. WTF RAZER!!!!! I had been using 3 Razer products. 2 have died in arguably a very short time. Shall I expect my Deathadder to keel over soon? Razer is a joke now.
My very first gaming mouse was the original Viper—the wired version with four side buttons. I can’t express how amazing it was, and those four side buttons were a very smart choice.I wanted to ask if there's any chance you might create a newer and wireless version of it, featuring the 3950 sensor and four side buttons. I would love if community could support me be liking this post and commenting it!
