Razer Cortex

I only own a razer basilisk v3 mouse but I use other razer feature like razer cortex to boost my laptop to play some demanding games. However after running cortex once my laptop refuses to accept the windows + shift + s shortcut for taking a screenshot. If I want to use the shortcut for the screenshot I would either have to restart my laptop again just to take screenshot or use the snipping tool which isn't convenient either. Is there an option in cortex where I can enable the shortcut keys to work?

I recently encountered an issue with my Razer Cortex app. After updating it, I noticed that whenever I press "alt + r," it brings up an unwanted performance overlay. While this wouldn't typically be a problem, I often use these keys to quickly cast abilities on myself while playing League of Legends. Unfortunately, the overlay now pops up every time I use these keys, causing a significant drop in my FPS. I have searched extensively for a solution to this problem, including attempting to change the key bindings, but to no avail. Hello, as the title says, I am unable to open/start Razer Cortex. I can boost the games but when I click on Razer Cortex, in the tab for a second the icon appears and then dissapears.I tried restarting my computer, deleting all the files and downloading Razer as new, opening it as administrator, I tried turning of all razer apps through Task Manager and tried repairing it. Nothing worked. I know others had this issue aswell because I saw a lot of tutorials on how to fix this but none worked.If you can, please help me! Razer Cortex has had a significant impact on my computer's performance. I have observed that when I am not using Razer Cortex, my frames per second (FPS) is consistently at 60. However, when Razer Cortex is running in the background, my FPS drops to 20-30. I am curious if anyone has any insights as to why this is happening.

so ive had razer cortex for a while and its been working fine but all of a sudden its not opening, it doesnt give any notification or error it just doesnt open at all

I attempted to install a performance enhancer to enhance my Skyrim gameplay with mods. However, I encountered an issue when I tried to connect it to the SKSE version of the launcher. Now, when I start the SKSE through razer, it notifies me that all my DLC, CC content, and the DLL for the SKSE plugin library are outdated. Can you provide any assistance with this?

In an attempt to enhance the visual appeal of my games using the booster prime feature, I downloaded Razer Cortex. However, when I attempted to adjust the brightness or contrast settings, the software notified me that my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 does not support these options. Nevertheless, I hold the belief that my graphics card is competent enough to handle such tweaks in the game's graphics.

While the app supports Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and counts game time, it does not count hours for playing Warzone 2.

I have a problem with my new Razer Blackwidow 3 keyboard. Since installing Razer Cortex, I am unable to use the ALT + B shortcut to type the '{' symbol. Is there a way to modify the shortcuts on Razer Cortex? I know it works because if I exit Cortex, the shortcut works normally. However, when Cortex is running, it only boosts my PC performance and doesn't allow me to use the shortcut.

Cortex seems to be not counting my time today, I’ve tried restarting the game and playing another game neither of which worked, is there some problem today maybe because of Daylight Savings Time?

When I enable HDR, I experience a black screen after 2 seconds. During the first 2 seconds, the UI is normal. However, when I disable HDR, Cortex works correctly. I have not found any posts related to this issue, and I am unsure if I am the only one experiencing this behavior.

I've just ran into an issue with my razer cortex app. Ever since I updated it every time I press "alt + r" it ends up bring up a stupid performance overlay. Now that wouldn't be a problem normally but when I'm playing league I end up using those buttons to quick cast an ability on myself. However now every time I do it the stupid overlay comes up and my FPS drops like mad. Is there any way to change the key binds for this? I've searched high and low for a way to change it but I couldn't seem to find one.

In essence, I had been running my PC for 8 hours without any issues until a friend recommended that I try Razer Cortex. After running it, I launched the MW2 beta, but the game was running at a very low FPS. I turned off the Razer boost feature and tried to close the game or Battle.net launcher, but it wouldn't close. I then attempted to close all Razer software through Task Manager, but my PC froze within two seconds. I held down the power button for 5 seconds, restarted the PC, and uninstalled Razer Cortex.My first question is: What caused this issue?Secondly, could this have caused any permanent damage? Additionally, could holding down the power button for 5 seconds have caused any damage?

Unfortunately, RAZER is getting worse, too bad for words.

I download razer cortex because someone suggested that It may help to boost the performance of my laptop and I downloaded it when I installed it I immediately tried it. I turned On the boost for valorant but it made it worst. Before it was stable around 60-80 fps but now It's very unstable and fps drop every single game. Is there a way to revert the settings the way they are before? I also tried removing the boost chatrandom but It's still the same.
