Last month I reported a problem that only 1 SILVER coin for playing was paid in the app https://insider.razer.com/razer-cortex-39/only-1-silver-coin-for-playing-cortex-games-mobile-app-43336 I haven't had any apps for a few days now. I can't even do the quest COMPLETE A PLAY TO EARN GAME. I see that the recent changes in the application are only for the worse. 

I was enabled in-game overlay in Razer Cortex for No Man’s Sky, but it not showing in game

I know this is short notice, but I have just looked at my squad’s time and there seems to be a problem with one of our members! We need a new person with all their time ASAP!!!

From scratch, tested using windows 11 laptop and factory new windows 10 pc.Scratch installation and new user settings on Call Of Duty.

I’m having problems with the in-game display showing up. I saw a post from 10 months ago saying you guys have disabled the FPS counter. Is this still in effect? I play Destiny 2. All software updated, and I’m using razer blade 17 thanks for the help.

I tried to add 2 games reinstalled the cortex again and it still not adding the game can anyone help?

For the 0ast few days, I am only getting 1 game to run to earn silver points in Razer Cortex Mobile! And take note, it only comes with 1 silver point. What's going on?!? Am I being banned? The app is upated. I can't even get my daily loot.

Hello guys, I have a problem. At the time of starting the section in the Razer Cortex application, everything is fine... But when I finish linking my account, Razer Cortex closes automatically and won't let me open it again. I already tried restarting my laptop and even reinstalling the program, I have not been able to solve it.

I've been attempting to use the Macro function on Razer Synapse, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly. Specifically, it's only registering the F10 and F9 buttons and not the other keys I've programmed. Can you suggest any solutions or troubleshooting steps I could try?

I can’t connect mw2 with cortex, I have mw2 in battle.net application, got the launcher in the files, when i set path it does nothing.

It is saying, “Unable to retrieve current game’s settings. Please restart the game or directly change in game settings. If you still encounter problems, update razer cortex to its latest verson, (if applicable).Any idea why? Ive also tried restarting both the app and cortex.Thank you for reading

The problem came back with a new game. There are currently 3 games in the quests, two are working properly. The problem is with Dead by Daylight. Does not add points for playing. I reinstalled the entire Epic Launcher app along with the game. I reset Task: Razer Game Manager Service 3. I deleted the directory C:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager3\Data\rzr_userid. Nothing helps, the game timer appears, but the points for playing do not count. 

I only own a razer basilisk v3 mouse but I use other razer feature like razer cortex to boost my laptop to play some demanding games. However after running cortex once my laptop refuses to accept the windows + shift + s shortcut for taking a screenshot. If I want to use the shortcut for the screenshot I would either have to restart my laptop again just to take screenshot or use the snipping tool which isn't convenient either. Is there an option in cortex where I can enable the shortcut keys to work?

I recently encountered an issue with my Razer Cortex app. After updating it, I noticed that whenever I press "alt + r," it brings up an unwanted performance overlay. While this wouldn't typically be a problem, I often use these keys to quickly cast abilities on myself while playing League of Legends. Unfortunately, the overlay now pops up every time I use these keys, causing a significant drop in my FPS. I have searched extensively for a solution to this problem, including attempting to change the key bindings, but to no avail. Hello, as the title says, I am unable to open/start Razer Cortex. I can boost the games but when I click on Razer Cortex, in the tab for a second the icon appears and then dissapears.I tried restarting my computer, deleting all the files and downloading Razer as new, opening it as administrator, I tried turning of all razer apps through Task Manager and tried repairing it. Nothing worked. I know others had this issue aswell because I saw a lot of tutorials on how to fix this but none worked.If you can, please help me! Razer Cortex has had a significant impact on my computer's performance. I have observed that when I am not using Razer Cortex, my frames per second (FPS) is consistently at 60. However, when Razer Cortex is running in the background, my FPS drops to 20-30. I am curious if anyone has any insights as to why this is happening.

so ive had razer cortex for a while and its been working fine but all of a sudden its not opening, it doesnt give any notification or error it just doesnt open at all

I attempted to install a performance enhancer to enhance my Skyrim gameplay with mods. However, I encountered an issue when I tried to connect it to the SKSE version of the launcher. Now, when I start the SKSE through razer, it notifies me that all my DLC, CC content, and the DLL for the SKSE plugin library are outdated. Can you provide any assistance with this?

In an attempt to enhance the visual appeal of my games using the booster prime feature, I downloaded Razer Cortex. However, when I attempted to adjust the brightness or contrast settings, the software notified me that my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 does not support these options. Nevertheless, I hold the belief that my graphics card is competent enough to handle such tweaks in the game's graphics.

While the app supports Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and counts game time, it does not count hours for playing Warzone 2.
