Good Evening Everyone  I can’t set Eq or use synapse setting  When I plug the usb cable there’s 2 Audio outputs Speakers “Razer Audio Controller Game” Headset Earphone “ Razer Audio Controller Chat”  Thing is the sound runs perfectly loud and clear on headset earphone output device but I can’t use synapse settings like Eq and enhancements  Using the synapse There’s a Box Say “ Default Output Device”  : Set “Razer USB audio controller” as the default output device to configure its audio settings on Razer synapes  This button makes Speakers Razer Audio is the default output but I barely hear anything from it How can I use the headset output with synapse as default out device?  Thanks

I’ve had my basilisk ultimate for nearly 2 years and I’ve never had an issue with it until today when it randomly stopped working. I had been using it fine as it was plugged in i the morning but when I tried to use it wirelessly it would flash on and work for a couple seconds before the lights faded and the mouse stopped working and this repeated every few seconds. I tried plugging the mouse in and it didn’t work at all while wired so then I tried moving the dongle to different usb ports before trying it both wirelessly and wired on my laptop but the same thing happened each time. I had been using it just fine right up until the moment it stopped working so I have no idea what the issue could be please help

I have razer kraken v3 pro with wireless usb dongle. it works fine sound is good. but some times weird sounds and poor quality sound coming with wireless using. when i playing games poor quality sound very disturbing me. is it from usb dongle? should i change my usb dongle?

iPads only have 1 USB-type-C port. What is the compatible adapter that works for connecting the BS V3 Pro wireless dongle adapter / receiver base (HyperSpeed transmitter) to an iPad Pro so that you can simultaneously connect it to the iPad while charging the iPad? I would really appreciate your suggestion. 

My Razer Deathadder V2 X is not connecting to my Mac anymore. If I remove the 2.4 GHz dongle, it shows two quick green flashes in succession, indicating a paring request with the dongle. If I insert the dongle into the USB hub attached to my Mac, the indicator changes to long (1-2 sec) flashes with short pauses in between. The mouse does not work. What does that mean?I have had intermittend connection issues with the dongle already. I needed to use a different USB hub because my mouse kept disconnecting from the one I was using. Now it does not connect at all.Bluetooth is not an option. The polling rate is too low and the mouse feel imprecise. What is more, the Bluetooth pairing also does not seem to work anymore.Is there anything I can do?

Hi, I've been the happy owner of a Razer Nommo Pro for 2 and a half years, but for a few months the left speaker has been creaking annoyingly and it's terrible. What can I do to fix this? Is there a way to just have a spare case?

What happened to my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspped mouse that it stopped working? In the Razer Synapse app it shows "Device is switched off"

My Razer Blackwidow v3 pro suddenly stops working. It won't charge and turn on. I’ve tried to use a different port on my pc, change the cable, tried to charge it in an outlet, cleaned the usb c port and  updated synapse but still doesn’t work. The led charging light won’t lit up either. It was working yesterday and  when to use it today it stop working.

I have corrupted the code to such an extent that I cannot read it and activate it 7.1 surround sound

I’ve made an order and received the order but i need this invoice for business purposes and the account shows no orders and the invoice link sent through email ends up saying error occurred. Tried to update my Anzu firmware since it keeps nagging me, and it seems to have bricked them. I have tried all the instructions for turning them off for 6 seconds and holding to re-pair. They flash the blue LED for about a second when I connect to charger but that’s it. I miss them already. :(

Does anyone from you know  why my razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed start double typing after i install Synapse 4?And how do I completely uninstall Synapse 4? - i already uninstall  Synapse 4, delete some leftover from windows registry, disconnect and connecting again the keyboard. Nothing work - now even without the software installed the keyboard does double typingThe thing is,  without software installed the keyboard worked perfectly.  - that was before i install Synapse 4 first time.Operating system is Windows 11 25H2.  

I went to visit some friends and saw that they had thrown away their keyboard (Razer Deathstalker v2) because they had spilled beer on it. I took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly, but the beer had gotten on the circuit board, one LED had rotted, and the other only worked in one color. The keyboard is completely functional. I need to find the same or a similar SMD component so I can resolder it. I took a photo of both parts and will attach it. I would be grateful for any help in resolving this issue.(I assume it's a 4pin 3528 RGB SMD) 

I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X headset on September 6, 2025, and the seller never provided me with an invoice. Today, when I tried to register the product on the Razer website, it said it was already registered. This is impossible because I bought it brand new and I have no access to the invoice.

I bought this model a few days ago and now I’m facing some issues regarding its battery. I’ve tried to charge the headphones many times, even left them charging for the whole night but the result is still the same - they won’t charge and they won’t turn on. At first, the indicator were blinking red and I thought maybe I’m not doing something right but now it too doesn’t turn on.  None of the possible suggested solutions online helped. What should I do in this situation? Can I fix this issue or is it better to just return the product?

I have BlackShark V2 Pro headset and my earpads started to rip. I want to get a replacement, but I am unable to find any sellers that are selling in or shipping to Turkey. I want to know if Razer itself can provide me with new ones or if not, where can I find replacements.Thanks in advance!

Headset I ordered came with all wires, but had no small grey bag with dongle in it as shown in other unboxings online.

I recently started having this issue with my keyboard where it will disconnect, then quickly reconnect and all the lights will flash for a second. During that time, the keyboard is unresponsive and it’s gotten me killed a few times in my games. I’m looking for a possible solution to this issue. Thanks.

Please bot don’t reply to this. Synapse detects my pro click v2 mouse but it opens a blank tab in the app when clicked on the detected device. No options to customize just a black page. I’m on windows .
