So recently, I had a warranty claim for my viper v2 pro, faulty scroll wheel. I got my new RMA mouse and was happy. Well, the RMA mouse has the EXACT same issue. I filed for the warranty claim on that, and Razer told me to go pound sand, they won’t honor their warranty even though this is clearly a design issue. I am not the only one with these issues. So, I’m not buying a new mouse. Period. I have a viper ultimate that needs a dongle. Does razer still have those in stock so I can get one?

I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 (wired) mouse. I've made my settings via Synapse. There are no issues. The firmware is up to date.  However, every time I restart my computer, the mouse operates at 125 Hz. For the mouse to function properly, I have to unplug and plug the cable back in each time. Is there a solution for this? Otherwise, I'll have to return it. And please add Turkish language support to the Synapse app. It's terrible that you haven't added a language to such a simple app when you have such a large sales market in this country.

Hi, I have a Nari Essential and I have the problem that the sound always starts with a delay. For example, when I start a video on YouTube, there is no sound for the first 1 to 2 seconds. Same with Spotify. However, the headset is already activated and is already playing other sound sources, such as in-game sound, during this time. It is only when a new audio source is activated that the start is slightly delayed. 

SInce last firmware update (2.0.9.0) the controller is always vibrating, so I have to disable the haptic feedback in Synapse to stop this annoying behavior. Controller is in PC mode. Do you know how to solve this?

Good afternoon, have recently bounght your laptop 2025 - 5070ti with AMD processor and from very begining had issues with Synapse program. Every time during the shutdown pop up the window with message that first need to be Synapse program closed, which happened after few seconds and laptop shutdown. But 3 days later suddenly the laptop start rebooting straight after shutdown so there was no way how to shut it down.Have managed to put the laptop to the factory settings, reinstalling the windows, after that I have tried to install synapse and during instalation the Microsoft Edge popped up and opened like 1000+ windows, so I have deleted the synapse completely and since then it seems to be okay but would like to ask others if I am not missing something, since the laptop is still in Warranty so would like to know what you think.Thank you for your time

Of course my notebook is out of warranty and I want to buy a new battery, do you know what the proper replacement would be?. I couldn’t find the exact replace number, which is Model RC30-0367, and:Rated Capacity: 4221mAh/65WhRated Voltage: 15.4VLimited Charge Voltage: 17.6Vare there any compatible model to buy instead? (I heard that the RC30-0248 could be a replacement model for my Razer)thanks all!!!(I’m in Chile, South America ...)  

Tough this happened last time few months ago ( 4-5) , i tried few times to migrate to 4 from 3, but it wouldnt switch profiles automatically to the games linked in the profiles, so i ended up rolling back to synapse 3. Any fixes for this recently?

yesterday on the 15th of october i updated my razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 edition, and after that everytime i open a new tab and interact with it so that it makes sound its loud to deafening levels and then after some seconds it goes down to the normal volume again. This has never happened before the update

Along with the buggy mousepad, when I press sleep laptop just takes me to lock screen, when I close the lid the laptop stays on, it was like this out of the box as well I have been defaulting to just shutting it down but as we know that’s not good for system health

Hello, I just bought a refurbished razer iskur. Everything is working fine, but the handle to tilt the chair is bent inward, pressing against the seat. As I said, it still works as intended, but it’s leaving a mark on the seat and I was wondering if there’s a way to try to fix it

I'm experiencing a very specific issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 Mini: it works perfectly in Windows and other games, but only in Valorant and Fortnite it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. Hello. I’ve never posted on here before but here goes nothing. I have had my Raptor 27 monitor for about 2 years now. My monitor decided yesterday to not power on at all. I was using my monitor just fine the day before that with 0 issues. From playing games, to using Discord, to streaming I’ve had 0 issues with this monitor. Is there a replaced power adapter that I can purchase from Razer? I’m hoping that it just needs a new one. I unplugged everything, plugged everything back into their respective ports and I even tried a different surge protector for my power adapter. Nothing. No power no nothing. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
