Razer Support

The issue seems very similar to this one: My Razer Blade 16 Mercury (2023) is the model with the 4080 and i9. I believe the model number is RZ09-0483.After a standard shutdown, on restart it can’t get past post. Please note that I was connected to a CalDigital TB4 hub but the laptop was powered by the AC adapter that came with the laptop.Hitting any of the buttons to proceed in anyway (f1/del, f12, etc…) has no response. Fans fire up and keyboard has the default color rotating pattern running. Fans seemed to fire up to max. Had to hold down power because single press doesn’t work from post.What I’ve tried so far:disconnecting TB4 dock and all peripherals and trying to boot. disconnecting from AC adapter and trying to boot. Attempted multiple times to do an EC / power reset. I did this by removing all peripherals and connect original ac adapter and holding power button to turn on machine, continuing to hold for 15 seconds until power led blinks and laptop shuts down. I won this keyboard in a university raffle, so i dont have the reciept. since day one the keys have been unresponsive, and its always random. somedays its the numpad, somedays its space, as im typing this i have to copy paste the letters “d”, “i” and “r” so that this makes sense. I have tried to update the firmware, ive reinstalled the drivers, ive tried a different computer, ive even tried different OSes(mac and linux), but no luck and it seems from looking around this isnt an issue with only my keyboard. as it stands, i basically have to slam the keys to make it type and even then it still doesnt work at times, please do help. the switches are yellow if that helps. if any support team members see this please help me, i can PM you the serial and any other details that might help

Hello! Razer Blade 15" Advanced (2019) | RZ09-0301x - I bought a Razer laptop, but I realize it doesn't have all the Razer updates. How can I update the laptop to have all the Razer settings? I tried updating the laptop from the Razer website, but it says the programs aren't supported on the laptop. What should I do? Thank you!

My previous mouse was the Razer Viper V3 Pro Faker Edition, and I never had any intermittent disconnection issues with it. But ever since I switched to the DeathAdder V4 Pro last week, it occasionally disconnects and reconnects during use. Sometimes it happens as often as once every five minutes.

Hello, My Razer Seiren X used to work perfectly, but recently it stopped being recognized properly. Windows now shows it as “USB Advanced Audio Device”, and the audio quality has decreased. Synapse 4 does not detect the mic at all. Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: Uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 4 and other Razer software (Cortex, Chroma SDK). Removed leftover Razer folders and drivers from: C:\Program Files\Razer C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer C:\ProgramData\Razer %AppData%\Razer   Checked Device Manager for hidden devices and uninstalled any old drivers. Plugged the mic directly into a USB 3.0 port (no hubs). Disabled USB selective suspend and switched Windows to High Performance power plan. Restarted multiple times with and without the mic connected.  Despite all of this, the mic still shows up only as a generic USB audio device in Windows, and Synapse 4 does not detect it. 

Hey, I bought a new razer headset (Blackshark v3 White edition)I Couldn’t find my 7.1 surround key, and I registered this product to my account, for the white edition when I check it the support tab for the 7.1 surround,  out of the list for this reason I couldnt ask a key or open support ticket.  

For a gaming computer I would think that they would have resolved the windows component Defender from preventing the graphic card switching Anyone find a solution? I have tried adding NVIDIA folder to Defender exception list.

Just got this cool keyboard two days ago and the backlit keys worked for a bit then shut off. Now, after reboot or unplugging the USB cable(s) the lights come back on for a moment then shut off again until the next time I do one of those things. Both cables are plugged into USB3 ports, I’ve run all updates from the Razer apps and I’ve made all the suggested changes to the power management profile. Not sure what to do at this point. Pretty frustrated… Even my razor mouse no longer lights up except when the keyboard does, but I do have it plugged into the keyboard...

Hello, I recently found my old Razer Mamba mouse but have not seem to find my dongle. Is this mouse compatible with normal Bluetooth or do I need a new dongle? If so can someone help me with a replacement dongle? How would I go about this?

Is there any plan to release Raiju V3 TE edition? I use Wolverine V3 TE edition and I love it. I hope there will be TE edition for Raiju V3 since I already have Dualsense Edge. Don’t wanna spend another KRW 299,990 :p

Over the last few days the scroll wheel on my Basilisk V3 has started to decline and seems to come and go. The click and side to side clicks all work but the scrolling is not working. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am in need of a new dongle for my Barracuda X Chroma headset. I have not been able to find a replacement online. 

My razor viper v3 pro is connected and I am able to move it on my screen but none of the buttons work anymore I’ve tried factory resetting it multiple times and still have the same issue if anyone knows how to fix this plz lmk

Is there any way I can get a replacement dongle for the viper ultimate. When using the dongle it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting but when wired it performs normally. Pretty upset since this has been my favorite mouse over the last 4 years.

I got The headset as a Christmas present last year and for around 3 months the dongle has been having issues staying connected with the cable, disconnecting from the slightest movement and also making it a lot harder for the cable to properly connect. What way would I be able to replace it and what would the costs be?

Hello,I recently purchased a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones and I'm trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. This is my first purchase from this product line and from Razer.I bought the headphones through Mercado Libre, a very well-known online marketplace in Latin America. I placed my order on November 15th, 2025, and received the package on Friday, November 21st, 2025.The package arrived perfectly sealed, and everything inside the box was in its original bags, with no signs of tampering. However, when I tried to register my device to obtain the activation code, I received a message saying that my device is already registered.I want to clarify that the product listing did not include any negative comments or reports about previously used activation codes, and there was no physical activation code included in the box. I have checked the contents several times, but I couldn’t find anything.I would really appreciate your assistance with this issue, as a friend recomme

Just picked up my first wireless mouse and I’m concerned there may be an issue with it. Randomly whether the mouse it stationary or moving the connection quality indicator will go from green to yellow and stay there for 2 - 30 seconds usually and then go back to green. My mouse it about a foot away from the receiver on a wood desk there is no reason to have any wireless connection issues. I’m just wondering if this is normal behavior or if something maybe be wrong with my mouse as its brand new. When actually using the mouse I haven’t noticed it becomes laggy or anything like that. 

I own a Razer BlackShark V2, but I bought it in 2023 and I can’t find the activation code. I didn’t save it either. I still have the invoice and all the necessary documents. Please help me. I also can’t find the box at home.

If you go to https://www.razer.com/latam-es/synapse-2 and try to install the windows version it will install the mac version. The link should have “pc” instead of “mac” for windows. Please fix.

Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 Saati 48 saat önce aldım ve hemen fark ettim. Çok sayıda forum ve inceleme denedim, ancak düzelttim ve güncelledim. Aynı sorunu başka cihazlarda da yaşıyorum. İlk tuşa bastığımda sorun yok ama ilk ses hemen geliyor. Bundan sonra ses kapalı, alçak ve yüksek olduğunda geri gelmeye devam eder. Ne yapayım? Çözüm bulabilecek biri var mı? Telefonuma donanım kilidi olmadan ve masaüstü bilgisayarıma bağladım. Ben de aynı şeyi yaşıyorum. Razer desteği konusunda yardımcı olur musunuz? Gerçekten hoşuma gidiyor ve iade etmek istemiyorum.
