Viper v2 Pro, not connecting to anything I've tried PS5, laptop and PC. It lights up green every now and then after plugging in but not every time - this just seems random. When it does light up the mouse doesn't work and doesn't show in synapse. Unable to do anything with it can't connect wired or wirelessly.

I lost the little USB C Dongle and i was wondering if razer had any left, i’ve seen some other dongles but im not sure if they will work beacuse the dongle didnt look like the one i got when i got it out of the box mine was a small littler one and the other ones are longer. 

Hi everyone, After being an Alienware customer for over a decade I recently decided to switch teams and bought my first Razer laptop about a week ago. I’m fairly satisfied bar a few oddities I’d like to report/discuss, hopefully for the development team to consider. Please be aware I will be making comparisons to your (nearest) competition (Dell/Alienware) as this is the only other reference point I have. The first and probably the biggest issue I have is with the RGB behaviour upon pressing either of the Fn keys. For those unaware - it seems to be the default to turn the entire backlight off and light only the F1-F12 and arrow keys in white only for the duration of the Fn key being pressed down, regardless of any personalised chroma settings. I have recently purchased the Razer Firefly V2 Pro - Black, an item eligible for the battle field 6 promotional skin, and haven’t received anything both in my package and email.  Is this an ongoing problem for everyone? Reading some of the other posts on here, it looks like it is. Has anyone found a solution?

I’ve saw that this question has been asked over many years and am wondering if this is possible yet. I have one specific macro that I am able to force stop using the key bind but no new ones I create do the same , I always use continuous playback if that helps.

My keyboard is pressing random keys right now, so I'm typing on the on-screen keyboard. When I press the n key, this comes up: n.₺½|. When I press the b key, this comes up: bfjr4 *.It's completely random, but the same thing happens when I press z. It does something in Windows.

Only the red keyboard lights up.The laptop worked 100% correctly before, after updating the bios it stopped working.The laptop does not work both plugged in and not plugged in I too have had the same problem. I had updated the BIOS from the same official page. once installed and restarted my "Razer Blade 15 2022" it stopped working. IT SIMPLY DOES NOT TURN ON AND THE SCREEN STAYS BLACK AND SOME KEYBOARDS LIGHT RED. RAZER TECHNICAL SUPPORT HAS NOT HELPED ME AND THEY JUST GOT ME A WALK. Weird issue with my Deathadder pro v3 and I have tried everything under the sun to get it back to 8000hz Polling rate. Basically my mouse works perfectly fine but only at 1000hz Poilling , Razer Synapse does not detect the HyperPolling dongle but works perfectly fine with my Deathadder at 1000hz polling only.

I can no longer use this account so I made a new one so I want to delete this one but I can't because I can't access my old email address so I'm hoping someone can delete this account for me and I will not be logging back into this account so I will not know if this one is deleted or not so please just delete it

Hey everyone,I’ve been having some issues with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate. The mouse sometimes stops charging or randomly disconnects even though it’s plugged in within 2 to 5 seconds repeatedly.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Checked and swapped USB cables and ports Conected the mouse directly with the cable. Tested it on other computers Updated drivers and firmware through Razer Synapse. Close all Razer apps and opened them again. Nothing seems to fix it. At this point, I’m guessing it might be a hardware or internal battery issue.Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea if Razer support can replace or repair it under warranty?Thanks in advance for any help

Hi there,I have the problem that, all of a sudden my RTX 2070 is running at 300Mhz Clockspeed, after it worked great for 2 years. I found out the cause in GPU-Z.It shows PerfCap Reason : Pwr, ThrmBut my Temps are cool (see screenshot), and Power should be okay too.Could it be that maybe it overheated once and the flags didnt get reset or something ?How can I reset them?Does anybody have some experience with this?  

I just got a new Razer Blade 18 and I was disappointed with how short the power adapter’s cable is. I was wondering if the power adapter found here has a longer cable than the adapter they include with the laptop but the specifications do not say how long the cable is. Hi all,  Looking for home help/advice. I have a left-handed Naga and always have two - one in use and one for a replacement as they can go out of stock. I had to use my backup from July this year as my original went. I had already bought the two at the same time (around three years ago). However, after using my new one (the backup) the mouse wheel has gone. This is only after around four months of use. ( I know the date because, when I started using it as my main mouse...I bought another backup.)I can’t contact find a way to contact Razer about this as the serial number says it’s now out of warranty. However, it’s clearly in near mint condition as it has only been used for a short space of time.  I feel that I’ve had very little use out of this mouse and am disappointed that the wheel iis faulty after so short a time. Anyone know what my options would be? Cheers in advance.

recently i noticed that i would leave my mouse charging overnight so i could use it in the morning only for it lose battery quicker than before, i realized it was because after charging it over night it went from 2% to 55%. ive had the mouse since july and it has only given me this problem now.

Hello. I’ve purchased my chair in 2022. I don’t believe it’s under warranty anymore; however, the gas cylinder needs to be replaced as the chair keeps sinking. I don’t know if the generic ones on Amazon would work or if I need a specific one that only Razer can provide.Please help! It’s so uncomfortable to game when the table is too tall for the chair.
