I just bought the hustman v3 pro keyboard a week ago, now my keyboard lights up and the sound buttons still work but the keyboard can't type. I tried turning off Demo Mode but it didn't workI have tried many ways but it still does not workwhat should i do now :((

Hi All, I can see there’s a few threads on this topic, but I’d appreciate some assistance. I tried emailing customer support, but their ‘support flow wizard’ must have an issue as I keep going in circles and it keeps restarting the ‘enter serial number’.Anyway…I bought a brand new Razer 14 2022 edition from BestBuy in San Fran 4 days ago on my way to the airport. I flew back to the UK and live here (in the UK). The Blade 14 advertises up to 10 hours of life playing games. Now, i didn’t believe that for a second - but I was hopeful it would be impressive.Well..it’s not. If I play a game such as Civ6 on the lowest graphics settings on battery, I get about 90 minutes battery life. If I play a game like Baldurs Gate 3 on medium graphics settings (on the integrated card - not the dedicated GPU) - I get about 40 minutes battery life.I have done *all* of the steps laid out in the support pages about conserving battery short of simply turning off my screen (which of course is pointless). Hey, I’m enjoying my Deathadder v3 pro a lot since I got it. Always used it wired to my Macbook Pro m3 pro but recently I’ve considered switching to wireless for more comfort!I found the orignal dongle brand new in a drawer, downloaded the latest compatible synapse mac version (and set it up correctly) and plugged the dongle via usb C to my laptop. I read that I just have to hold the power button on the mouse for 3s and the pairing would happen right away. It did not as you can guess and synapse didn’t recognise it either, but when I plug the Deathadder wired, synapse does recognise it. I’ve read on this forum that I should download the firmware and update my mouse but all the files I’ve found are .exe so I can’t open them with my Mac. Thanks in advance, I hope I’m just dumb and that’s easy to fix!I appreciate y’all Razer team. I tried to link a photo of my setup, dunno if it worked.

My USB dongle for my Kraken V3 broke and I cannot find a replacement for it in the store. It is model number RC30-0346. Is there any way I can get mine repaired or replaced?

I have made multiple attempts to add my headset to my account to get constant errors about what my serial number is, or the wrong product code.I would like customer support to reach out to me via email so i can send proof of my device and then they can register it to my account for me so i can access 7.1 surround sound.Thanks

My computer is Blade 15 Mid 2019-Base and I cannot seem to see the NVIDIA GPU. I can only see the intel(R) UHD Graphics 630. I tried reitalling windows, drivers clean up but I cannot still see the GPU. Please help!

My friend and I are experiencing a double-clicking issue with the "Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed" keyboards we recently purchased. When we bought the product, it was sold at a discounted price in limited quantities in Turkey, and many others who bought the same product are facing this issue. This product, imported from the United Nations, has a chronic double-clicking problem in almost all of them. When I sent the product to the authorized Razer service in Turkey, they said that the product cannot be repaired or replaced and returned it to me. I was only able to use the keyboard for about 2 weeks, and now I'm using another keyboard. I tried to reach out to Razer accounts in Turkey via social media, but I didn't receive any response. So far, all of my equipment has been Razer brand, and I'm only experiencing this issue with this keyboard, but it can't be resolved. I am in a disadvantaged position, and I am complaining. I demand that this issue be resolved.Thanks

Hello. When I initiate Screen Record, and manually select to record Device Audio, every every every single time, no audio is ever ever ever recorded.I attempted restart. I attempted clear cache. I attempted to add permissions to my browser. There does not seem to be any other setting or any other way to access additional features of screen record, other than what I just described above, which is manually selecting to record device audio before i begin screen record. I have tried deselecting it. I have tried microphone audio, which is horrendous. I have tried both, which is garbled. No device audio seems to be available. I have looked for a screen recording app, or tried to hold down the setting to access additional settings. There is nothing available on the internet to acknowledge or recognize this issue except that it is an issue. No solution is on this site tha tI have found.

After updating the firmware, when I connect my headset via USB Wireless Dongle, Windows sees it as a Speaker. The sound quality is really bad.When I connect via Bluetooth, Windows sees it as a headset. And the sounds are completely normal, but this time with equalizer etc. via Synapse. I cannot adjust the settings. And I want to use it wirelessly. I didn't have such a problem before updating the firmware. After doing this, it always acts as a speaker and I really can't hear any footsteps in any FPS games, everything is too loud. It's like I'm playing through a speaker. It's like the stereo is disabled. I think the problem is related to the dongle firmware. Thunderbolt Laptop Does Not Connect with Intel Thunderbolt(TM) Controller – JHL9545 . Instead it connects as a generic USB4 (lower speed). Do I need drivers?

My Razer Naga Trinity is starting to cut in and out. No matter the side attachment I use my Right Click will cut in and out which can be very annoying when playing an FPS. I have also had my thumb attachments not recognize the configuration that is being used. For instance, I had the 2-thumb button attachment on, and my mouse was recognizing that I was pressing G, which isn’t even a key-bound button on my mouse. It is not out of warranty, and it seems this style is not even available anymore. I have tried cleaning contacts, blowing the mouse with compressed air, and swapping thumb buttons, but nothing seems to work. 

I can not get my Razer Raptor 27 to appear in Razer Synapse 4/Chroma. It works perfectly fine with Razer Synapse 3 but I haven’t found any solution to getting it working in 4.Has anyone found a solution? I know it’s been reported but my to my knowledge Razer hasn’t addressed it.I’ve tried uninstalling all files, deleting all settings in Synapse 4 but nothing brings it up. The Razer Raptor USB-C cable is connected to my PC as that was made it work with Synapse 3. I believe the issue is directly tied to Synapse 4 software.

So I bought the Wolverine V3 4K controller yesterday and have yet to received an invoice even though I have been charge. I was silly and paid as a guest and did not sign in as I could not remember my account info at the time. The Support channel is completely useless as it asks me for details that I should have got from the invoice/ confirmation email. This is ridiculous service. Why would I have to jump though hoops to try and find this informations out when I’m the one that GAVE YOU MONEY FOR AN ITEM. Razer make it very hard to even contact a real person or even be able to email them. So what can I do? Any help would be appreciated.

I got a blackshark v2 headset from a friend since he got a new headset and I needed one. I have the serial number still. I need the activation code to enable 7.1 surround sound, if razer can help me it’d be greatly appreciated. I look forward to experiencing good audio.

I just used this last three days and it was functioning well. I’ve only kept it in my bag and as I was about to use it. It won't turn on. I assumed it was just drained, so I charged it and still, it won't turn on. I tried pressing the volume up and down buttons, but it has no response. Help? I just borrowed this.

Hi all,My older Razer blade 15 RZ09-0409x stopped working. The laptop is turning on but the display is not turning on. I checked by replacing the panel, but same results. I am looking for the flatcable inbetween the panel and motherboard. Found out that these cables go bad pretty fast and that they are sensitive too. Is there a way I can order this part? Kind regards

Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support

I’ve been using Orbweaver for years but the thumbstick started to chatter (repeat keystrokes) so I figured it was time to replace it. I bought a Razer Tartarus Pro instead.I am a World of Warcraft player. My problem now is figuring out how to strafe forward (i.e. move diagonally forward). I’ve mapped W, Q, E, S to the front, left, right and backwards buttons of the thumbstick respectively and that works fine. But how do I bind the front-left and front-right directions on the stick?I tried different approaches, such as making macros that send say, W+Q keypresses while the thumb direction is held down but it’s very… jerky (it makes my character look like he’s having seizures :) ).How should this be configured to work properly? I’d appreciate ideas. Surely there are WoW players out there using Tartarus Pro who needed the same movement in their thumbstick.Thanks!
