Problem Statement: The Qualcomm wifi card in the Razer Blade 14” 2022 Laptop, the QCNFA765, has what appears to be driver or hardware-related issues that began surfacing for folks across the internet within the last 12-18 months.Upload speed, and acknowledgements for high speed downloads are atrocious. With upload speeds (speedtest.net) coming in at < 1Mbps. This performance issue occurs whether connected to my Wifi 5 Ubiquiti AC AP Pro at home, or whether tethered to my phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max).Attempted Resolution:Firstly, I tried updating the drivers. However, neither Razer nor Qualcomm have drivers available and we’re stuck to using what’s on Windows Update. The last couple of drivers, including the latest ones released to WU in the past couple of weeks, do not resolve this issue.I attempted enforcing various Wifi modes in Device Manager, but to no avail.Actual Fix:I went ahead and purchased an Intel AX210 Wifi ca

I just got a Razor Kraken v3 X and I cannot stop hearing myself when I talk.This is on by default and there is no obvious way to turn this off, which is absolutely crazy to me.How do I turn this feature off? I have installed synapses and there is no Audio tab nor any settings for sidetone or any microphone settings for that matter. I have not got he ‘listen’ option on in windows either. This has been happening since I plugged it in.   

So, after last week wind update my V2 mini started randomly disconnecting, only in CS2, in other games or windows it´s okay.  lights on the mouse reset as if i would really unplug usb and plug it back.  i´ve contacted steam, redirected me to Razer. I used all USB ports, normally using the one on motherboard. plugged keyboard in the same usb after the mouse, keyboard (also razer) works fine, mouse don´t. help, dunno what to do. (it happens randomly, in one match it won´t happen at all, in other it happens twice and in next, more than dozen times. 

The red LED at the bottom of my Deathadder V2 Mini is on but yet the mouse itself isnt working. No RGB and its not showing up on my PC.

Hello, I have a very similar issue to this person; /mouse-deathadder-v2-mini-does-not-work-on-any-computer.85843/#post-812057 Other functions seem to be ok like the buttons and chroma but it has stopped working for the pointer/cursor. It just stays still on screen. Right click still brings up menu, dpi still changes when clicked, RGB lights light up and rotate, etc, I've tried all basic troubleshooting and nothing works. Razer would not help as it was bought from Amazon but I have the mouse registered fine to my Razer profile. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Huntsman V3 Pro volume wheel light completely turns off while adjusting volume or while muted, after the 26-Mar-2025 Synapse update - it’s supposed to glow white during adjustment, and red while muted. I downgraded to Synapse 3 from 4, and it works perfectly fine again so it seems to be a Synapse issue. Are there any fixes, and how do I get this to the attention of Razer?

I’ve had this issue for 3 days and I haven’t found fixes but people saying that they returned their keyboards,i just want a fix i dont want to change my keyboard if not I’d like to return it or have razer send me a new one if they can’t help

this is my first proper mouse and I had no clue how to work anything but I looked at the manual and managed to plug the charging cable into my pc and into the mouse. the issue is the mouse wont even turn on. it says it’s on but I don’t see a crosshair and I can’t move on. someone help 

My Trinity mouse only stays on a few seconds but works otherwise. I know this from going from one port to another. everything else is great after many years.

Hey everyone,Got a weird issue with my Razer Blade 18 (RTX 4090, RZ09-0484) — even when I’m doing literally nothing (just Chrome open, no heavy apps), the GPU is drawing 40–44W constantly. Temps are around 70°C, fans running, and battery life is getting destroyed (~40min on battery).What’s weirder: GPU usage is at 0% (checked via nvidia-smi, HWInfo, Task Manager) But a bunch of UI stuff shows up in nvidia-smi as C+G processes (Chrome, Slack, Spotify, Razer, PowerToys, EA Desktop, etc.) No external monitors No gaming, no rendering, no dGPU apps — and yet, GPU never goes idle Anyone else dealing with this? Is there a fix?Should I try older drivers or tweak BIOS stuff?Thanks 🙏

Hello everyone!I bought an used razer laptop half a year ago and it came with a I think german keyboard layout. Since this affects my performance in programming when I dont see specific keys ({ };[ ]) and in general writing its hard sometimes for me to memorize where some letters located. Because I’m hungarian, I’m asking if there is any way I can purchase a hungarian keycap collection from Razer, or do I have to go buy knockoff ones?

Hi everyone,As some other users here, I have difficulties connecting my Razer Core X to my laptop, at least it seems that it’s not properly detected. When I plug in the cable, the fans of both the Core and the graphic cards rotate. The device appears as a base system device in “Devices and printers”, but nothing appears in the control panel, nothing more than the two graphic cards already in my laptop (dGpu and iGpu).I run on Windows 10, updated Thunderbolt and Nvidia studio drivers. There is a RTX 2060 Super in the Razer Core.The Razer Core X was previously used with a Mac. I did not have an original Razer cable, so guessed this could be the issue. I tried one unbranded Amazon one, and then a more serious (I hope) Apple Thunderbolt 4 1m long cable. The issue is still there.Any idea of what I can do ?Thanks a lot !

Hi i have the razer kraken kitty edition usb. The audio quality is good but the mic is shit. People can barely hear me when im in dc and ive done everything checked the synapse options and all of the discord options. wtf do i do at this point im giving up on razer tbh ive owned 3 razer headsets and everytime there is something thats wrong with them. please help me

My boyfriend got me the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 headset for my birthday but for some reason the microphone on it sounds like a robot. I don’t know why this is happening and i don’t know how to fix the issue. No matter what setting i try to toggle it doesn’t seem to fix the issue. My old normal razer kraken headset even sounds better. If anyone knows how to solve this please tell me. 

I know there have been many posts on this topic but none of the posts have helped me. I just bought a V3 Por mouse and it is not charging even though the mouse LED indicator blinks as if it were charging and Razor Synapse indicates it is charging. I have followed all available trouble shooting steps, updated firmware, reset device, tried device on another computer, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, used multiple USB cables and nothing works. My mouse is indicating 3% battery and stays at that state. This seems like it is a very common fault with this device. Can anyone please provide assistance, thank you. 

Hello Team,I contact you due to the microphone of my Razer Kraken X Black is not working. As my wife has the same model, I tested and I can confirm issue is in the headset as When I connect her headset to my 3.5mm audio + mic jack, I can record with her headset.It is not being working for some time, around mid of December, without any reason as my headset are hanged and in good shape after these years, as it was purchased in 2021You can find the Serial and Product number in my Razer ID products, and I know it is out of support now, but I wanted to know if it could have been introduced to change of driver, but with my last test, with my wife’s headset, Driver is not an issue. I just updated to Win11.Could you please check and share your comments about what I can check to ensure my mic can be used? Maybe it is a silly topic (I double checked the mic mute toggle is not activated).Best Regards and Thanks in advance,Eduard
