I logged into my game and noticed that my D-pad was unresponsive. Synapse showed everything should be normal. I performed a factory reset of the Tartarus Pro and noticed the following for the D-Pad. Using Notepad, I tested the binding ability of the D-Pad and Synapse. To “UP” I bind “Space” using Navigation and Key Recording and it works. To “Down” I bound another Alphanumeric value “A”. Same for “Left” and “Right”. They all worked.Then to “Key 20” I bind “ESC” and “Key 20” works BUT the D-Pad returns to “Default” values and Synapse does not show any change. After Binding any other Key besides the D-Pad, the D-Pad will only perform default functions.I repeated a half a dozen times and received the same result. All using Notepad. I need help with an issue that just started recently: I have the Tartarus Pro.I map my dpad/joystick button, usually to numbers on my keyboard (1 through 4 in this example)I also change a few of the keys on the keyboard portion. (Caps gets changed to CTRL, C gets changed to ALT, and the keybind switch button gets changed to M).For some reason, I’ll map the dpad to those numbers listed above and as soon as I map one of the other keyboard keys its like the profile forgets. It shows up in Synapse 4 as remaped correctly but it doesn't work. The keyboard remaps (CTRL, ALT, M) work correctly but the dpad just defaults even though they show remapped in Synapse 4. Any suggestions? I have reinstalled Synapse 4, factory reset etc. I posted this in Synapse 4 as well so it can be deleted if needed.

Hey, I have an Razer Raiju Ultimate Controller. The left Stick has Stick Drift. Is there any Chance i can buy New sticks from you or even better than that, maybe Hall Effect sticks? Is there any Software to recaliber the sticks? Jonny

Has it been any comment made by razor with this ongoing problem with the razor Tartarus Pro d-pad button not working after the update to the software

My basilisk ultimate suddenly had connectivity issues in wireless and then stopped working all together. While trying to use it wireless it will connect for a second and then disconnect immediately.  When trying to use it wireless it simply does not work. It’s not detected in Synapse but is detected in my PC devices. Whatever is going on with it I cannot use the driver updater or pairing software as the programs do not detect the mouse as being plugged in. The dock and dongle seem to be fine so I think it’s the mouse itself. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix?

HiI wanted to know how I could get a new base for my broken base of my Razer Enki X

I was using both the Right and Left earbud the previous night and when i woke up the next day. The left earbud no longer it can’t power on so it can’t pair. Anything tips or suggestions to get it working would be greatly appreciated. 

My viper mini functions normally when my pc boots up and after about 2-3 minutes it begins to stutter when I flick my mouse around until it completely freezes, I tried cleaning the sensor, updating the drivers and reinstalling synapse but nothing works.

My Deathstalker v2 started having lighting issues. First, the X key is either dim or shows the wrong color as I cycle through using fn-ctrl-2. When the other keys are white, X is blue. Yellow and green completely dim X. The other issue is if I dim all of the keys, the / and right ctrl keys do not dim. Instead they show white -- even if the keyboard is on a static setting of another color like green.I’ve tried factory resetting using Synapse. I tried using the little button next to the usb c. I tried directly connecting via usb and connecting using the dongle.

Hello, my Razer Deathadder v3 wired is not working even though i can see the sensor's light on. is it broken or is there a way to fix it?

Does anyone have the same problem? When entering the game there is no notification that the profile has switched, it is the same everywhere. It is very inconvenient to turn off and see if the profile has switched. If there is a solution, please give it?

Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023: I am currently using synapse 4 but no settings can be made on the headset, even if I open synapse the sound is the same. thx stereo, thx spatial audio, eq, audio enhancement, mic eq none of them work but they can be changed.(My old headset razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed dongle broke so I bought this headset but the sound settings of v2 pro do not work. hyperspeed works)I downloaded synapse 3, 4 versions everything is up to date on the computer, the headset is the default device, I repaired synapse, deleted it, installed it, made settings in device manager, installed razer applications and tried but there is no solution.

I received my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset today, and when I tried to enter the serial number to register it, it says that it is invalid or has already been used. Could you please help me? Depending on the situation, I may return the product.

I bought a Razer DeathAdder Essential from Vinted. The device is new. When I tried to register the device, I got the message “This device is already registered.” despite not being opened which means its impossible to register not knowing S/N code.

I have a new wolverine v2 ps5 version that will not connect to the dongle. It will work wired to pc and ps5. Just not wireless via the dongle. Does anyone Know how to fix this?

Hello,I purchased a Ring light approx. a year ago, and it stopped working. It just doesn’t turn on. Ive tried plugging it into different power blocks, different USB ports and different computers, but it simply will not turn on.Help appreciated

Hi. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Razer Ring Light, which stopped working after a few months of use. A year later, I finally had the chance to investigate the problem. After removing the light diffuser, the lamp magically started working again, but a week later, it stopped turning on once more.I’ve tried connecting it to different power sources, but the result is always the same. Using a multimeter, I confirmed that all wires are conducting properly and that the controller board with the buttons is receiving a stable voltage of 10V. However, the LED indicator next to the power button does not light up. Also there are no visible damaged spots on the board. When I short the black wire at the board's input with the black wire at the output, the light ring turns on, so the ring with LEDs itself seems to be in working state.Maybe there will be some recommendations on what could be done to resolve this problem? Alternatively, is it possible to replace the control board (PM-HRS
