My Email address that my Razer account is attached to is. I no longer have access to that Email address because I no longer have Suddenlink internet and they froze my Email. My new Email address is. I need to be able to change my Email address in my Razer profile in order to manage my Razer information

Not receiving Surround sound 7.1 Code after registration, Tried requesting a new activation code. Still not showing in email. Already checked spam and junk. Please help me! I registrate  Razer Barracuda X Chroma

I have thoroughly checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash folder, but unfortunately, I have not received any email containing the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.I have also visited the 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Online Service page (https://www.razer.com/7.1-surround-sound) and entered my headset's serial number, but I still wasn’t able to obtain the activation code through the system.My headset model is Razer BlackShark V2 X (3.5mm version), and there was no scratch card included in the product packaging. Hi,I recently bought a Blackshark V2 X. I did receive the code via mail. But it says invalid when I use it on 7.1 app.Could you help me please?

Good day!I bought Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Sn: headphones and registered them in my account. I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound Code, THX Spatial Audio software packages, but I can't launch the applications, they require an activation code. Tell me where I can get an activation code for these products.

Anyone has the same issue? This laptop is beautiful, but it does not make me happy because I paid $3700+

I scratched off my Razer Gold card code when I bought it, now it's only 5 digits on it, I have contacted Razer support, I want to ask, will they help me redeem my code? It's a $200 Razer Gold card. 

Try it many times, always error 121, also if im delete SYN3 and solo instal SYN4, same problem, SYN3 work well

Hello,I recently purchase a laptop as a guest on the website but infortunately I can’t access the invoice, when I use the link in the email confirming the purchase, it asks me to login, but this address is not linked to any account.  I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and have successfully registered it on my Razer ID account. However, I did not receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.There was no scratch card or activation code included in the box, and I did not receive any email with the code after registration either. 

Got excited and bought Razer Basilisk V3 | RZ01-04000. Synapse on mac doesn’t support this mouse but all other Basilisk mice. Should I send the mouse or you will be adding support for this model later on? 

I’ve been using my mic since nearly a year and now suddenly the noise gate feature doesn’t work at all anymore and picks up every bit of sound and allthough i’m sitting 10cm from it i’m still not loud enough. Does somebody know a solution i couldn’t find one myself.

I got a new headset and it didn’t come with a scratcher but when I registered it I never got an activation email and I can’t even submit a request for support because it just tells me to register it even though it already is so i’m just stuck in a loop.

I am looking for way to buy a new wheel base and wheels for the iskur gaming chair. I am out of warranty and can not seem to find anything online.

I just received a brand new keyboard- but when i plug it in via USB the keyboard sends random keys and then enters an endless reset cycle.  I cannot update the firmware because the keyboard resets before the firmware updater can detect it.  Is there a way to hard reset the keyboard, or flash the firmware some other way?  Or is it a known defect and do I have to send it back?

Hey everyone i was experiencing some issues finding my activation code via email, and reading through the support chat i realized everyone else was having this issue as well. If you can’t apply for another activation code due to it “not being registered” (even if you’ve registered said device previously) make a completely new razer ID and register your device on that account there (razer devices can be registered to more than 1 account and i was not aware of this). Obviously this can be an inconvenience for some and it’s very time consuming, but it was a way quicker and easier fix than waiting for the VERY busy support team to find time to respond to my help ticket.

There’s a couple problems I’m facing, but the one posing the biggest obstacle is in the title.  My headset’s microphone only works when I connect to Synapse, but Synapse only detects my headset when it’s plugged in.  I believe this is due to it having not been activated, and I’ve read its serial number is beneath the left ear pad.  However, I can not get the ear pad off - it doesn’t matter how hard or where I pry, it is just stuck on. I also can’t contact support about this because my device’s serial number is required to contact them, and as I’ve said, I can’t get the serial number.Is there any way to fix this, or a way to not need to activate it, or do I just return the headset?  Having a fully wireless headset is my primary concern when buying a headset, so if this can’t be fixed the headset is useless to me.

my razer huntsman mini occasionally double or triple types the word a. ive already taken the keycaps off and for some reason it does it more frequently when i press harder down, wondering how to fix this and if i should just get a new keyboard a example of how frequent the double typing is showed belowaa_aa_a_aaa_a_aa_aaa_a_a_aa_a_a_a

I have a razer kraken headset. I use the 7.1 surround sound software and i am 100 percent sure that is what causes this issue. If i just use my normal headset as the output device, the system sound is there. whenever i use 7.1 surround sound as output device, it is completely quiet in system audio. also, my headset mic used to always play any audio from my pc into the mic so my friends would here every single thing. it broke recently though so i started using my webcam mic but theres still no system audio. by the way, to test my system audio i used  geforce experience with separate audio tracks, created a replay, opened using vlc media player, and tested each audio track. how do i fix this? i gaurantee its a problem with 7.1 surround sound. i cant live without it though because my audio sounds terrible without it. i tried everything like disabling and enabling input and output devices, audio mixers, all of it. nothing as seemed to work ever. only option where everything works as normal

I've tried all of the things I've seen and for the firmware updates it doesn't even detect the dongle so I'm not sure what to do.

I lost my USB dongle when i moved out and dont know where to buy another one 

My razer viper v3 pro has a problem where it keeps rabdomly dissconneting for a second then reconnecting and ive already reached out about it, but i have a question about the warranty. Will i be able to get a refund even though im past the two week period for refunds since the mouse had a manufacturing problem?

Razer Barracuda X 2021 USB-C dongle suddenly disappeared_____________________________________________________________________________Hey. I own a Razer Barracuda X 2021-headset and couple of weeks ago it just suddenly vanished. The headset isn’t visible on the audio output menu (on Windows 10 & also Windows 11), not in Device Manager and also my phone doesn’t recognize it either. I have tried unplugging and plugging the dongle, using different USB-C ports and different devices, but nothing seems to work. I don’t recall doing anything that might have caused it to stop working. I just normally started up my PC, logged in and remember the confusion that I couldn’t hear anything from the headset. It was quite weird since everything had worked as they should have before. The headset still turns on and blinks with a blue light, trying to connect, and just the RC30-0380 has become faulty. Hence, if possible, I would like to know a way to buy a new USB-C dongle. I have seen some from Amazo
