My cat bit through my cable on my Razor Black Shark V2. I can't get through to support to try and find out a way to return these to replace the cable.

While using Synapse 4 and the Chroma app for my razer devices (Blackwidow v4 pro, Firefly v2, Kraken v4 pro, and Razer Naga v2 pro (along with with the perhipherals, such as the mouse dock chroma for the mouse, and the control center with the oled display for the headser)) after a while, moreso if I leave my PC on overnight, I’ve noticed my games having trouble starting, and sometimes crashing with a memory error.I then did a bit of digging around, and, for some reason, after leaving my PC on overnight, I’ve noticed the Razer app engine process using 18.3 GB (yes, gigabytes) of RAM.  After closing out, and restarting the razer apps, everything runs fine…. for a while, until the memory usage by that razer process ballons to around the same amount of usage, at which time, whichever game I’m playing, at that time, starts stuttering, till it eventually crashes.My specs are:32 GB of RAMIntel core ultra 7 265KF CPUTwo 2TB SSDs (one for OS, drivers, productivity software, and I run the razer

Hi, my Blackshark v2 pro 2023 keeps randomly beeping twice while also turning off all sounds so it interrupts any sound that is supposed to be playingIt’s not low battery, drivers are up to date and it’s not a physical defect cause I had the same problem with my earlier headphones since these are my 2nd of the same 2023 versionAnyone else having the same problems and has anyone managed to fix it? It’s really annoying to die in game cause my headphones keeps fcking with me and it happen atleast 5 times per day

My Tartarus V2 worked fine until 3 days ago.  On reboot it works fine until I see the device load in Synapse 4.  Once I see the device loads the keymaps just fail.  This seems to correlate to when Synapse was updated. Initially Windows 11 refused to load rzpnk.sys.  I disabled the driver checking and no longer get that error.  But the issue remained.  I have tried to reinstall multiple times.  I tried to get version 3, however that seems to be impossible now.  (I tried an old version of synapse installer that was in my downloads folder from a year ago, and it still installed the latest version.)I used device cleanup to remove all of the device references.  At this point I am left with the most likely cause being Synapse 4 is not compatible with the tartarus V2.  PROVE ME WRONG!

I'm posting this to see if anyone else with a Huntsman V3 Pro Mini is experiencing the same issue. My Huntsman V3 Pro Mini is detected correctly by Synapse and Chroma Studio. The keyboard functions normally, and Quick Effects work without any issues.However, when I switch to Advanced Effects / Chroma Studio, I am unable to edit per-key RGB lighting. The color selection controls are greyed out and display the prohibited symbol (circle with a slash). As a result, I cannot assign custom colors to individual keys.

It looks like Razer Joro Ultra Low-Profile Gaming Keyboard fit what I want. But I am a game player, I want to know if Joro is a Mechanical Keyboard or it support N-Key Rollover？Or is there any razor product would be NKRO but ultra low profile?

Hi, I lost my dongle razer viper v3 pro how can I get a new one ??

I've had a Basilisk V3 for two years, and it's been well cared for. It hasn't given me any trouble until about two Razer Synapse updates ago. Since then, the mouse wheel hasn't worked on any website or application. I have to go into Synapse and enable and disable "scroll acceleration," modify the "scrolling mode," and enable and disable "smart-reel." Making these small changes would get the wheel working again, but recently Synapse updated again (Synapse 4), and now the wheel doesn't work, even with the workarounds I had. I've tried disconnecting the mouse and doing a clean install of Synapse, but nothing works. The model is "RZ01-400." Do you have any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thank you very much.

i can log in in the razer cortex but can in the other apps i log in then says refreshing and puts me back at the log in window

My console isn't working. Since the recent Synapse 4 update, it no longer recognizes the console properly and won't play anything. It loses saved settings, and I can't get the audio to work. The volume controls don't do anything, and it only works after I open Synapse and configure it again. But this wasn't the case before the last update.

Hello, Simple question.Where can i find the audio drivers to get my speaker working again? i reset windows and now my speaker dont work.I’ve googled endlessly and havent found an answer. thanks

I have a blackwidow v4 hyperspeed wireless. Today it started to enter in sleepd mode between typing, for example if I stop for more than 2 secs it enters in sleep mode.  I try to reste the bluetooth connection, but  it didn’t work. tried to reset to reset to default settings form synapse, it didn’t work. Try hard reseting (esc+caps+ space bar) it didn’t work. uninstall/install synpase and the latest firmware, it didn’t work. No matter what I do, the only way the keyboard works is wired (it recognices bluetooth profiles but only while wired). I need an honest suggestion, whta should I do? is there an update that I have to try or will you reimburse muy money or should I ask for a refund?

I have lost my mic for the barracuda x chroma headphone. Is there a way to get a replacement? Please help me as soon as possible.

I cannot select any of my macros except the 2026 ones in this picture. The rest seem to be “squashed” above those two, however if I click on that little gap above those 2026 ones it just becomes a blank line, and choosing delete macro gives a yes/no prompt but choosing yes doesnt change anything. I uninstalled synapse 4, deleted leftover files in programdata, appdata, and program files, reinstalled, re-logged in and its still occuring. Please help I dont know how to fix.  

Hello, I have lost my wireless dongle for the barracuda x chroma headphones (which is the object circled in green). Is there any way to replace/buy a dongle for barracuda x chroma headphones? I have also lost the object circled in red which converts the dongle’s usb-c to usb-a. Please help me replace/buy both of the lost objects.

Hi, I own a Viper Ultimate  RC30-030501, and the USB dongle stopped for working for a while now, it’s a hardware problem and I wanted to know if it was possible to get a substitute dongle. I can’t see to find an official channel to get a new one

After the latest update my basilisk v3 24k (wired) scroll wheel is broken. As with previous issues everything works on the wheel except the  scrolling up and down ( click in scroll works fine). I know this a problem caused by synapses because if you take a-look at the photo i provided  the update is full of fixing scroll related issues on multiple razer devices. I keep it very clean and haven't touched it since using it before update was installed. also the mouse is about 3 months old. I have tried the following to resolve the issue:uninstalled synapses & cortex, resetting pc and reinstalling. Resetting the mouse by holding left, right & scroll click for 7 seconds while unplugged and plugging in while holding.   Uninstalling mouse from device manager resetting and reinstalling. cleaned the scroll wheel and double checked any debris or dust was cleared with compressed air. repairing all razer apps.    Used different usb ports double checked if windows was fully updated.   this i
