Does anyone know how to fix an issue where for example if i load any game it suddenly makes my headset become like 70% louder or quieter every time i boot up another game. i look for fixes but internet so far is only telling me to change stuff in my sound properties and it hasn’t worked yet.

Records show that the card is invalid since it hasn’t been activated yet. You’ll need to check with official support to get it activated. 

I can barely have the cable bend as it will instantly disconnect. Even the slightest of flicks also disconnects the mouse even though the USB is still firmly plugged in. There have been times where is keeps connecting and disconnecting after it initially disconnects which requires me to entirely unplug and plug in the mouse again. Is there any way to help with this? It seems to be the actual cable's issue. 

Hello, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate model RC30-030501 and was wondering if theres ways I can get a replacement dongle as I lost it and the cable at a trip. The mouse works fine I just don’t have the dongle or the wired cable only the dock. TIA

Dear Razer Support Team,I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my Razer Viper V3 Pro. Unfortunately, I have lost the original wireless dongle of my mouse.I am aware that due to the firmware architecture and hardware lock on the Viper V3 Pro, I cannot simply purchase a generic third-party 8K HyperPolling dongle, as it will not pair with my specific mouse. I absolutely love using my Viper V3 Pro for competitive gaming, and I am currently forced to use it wired.Could you please help me obtain a replacement dongle that can be paired with my mouse's specific serial number?

In Windows Device Manager, it is permanently recognized only as a generic "Conexant USB Audio" device. I am stuck physically in free spin, in synapse it shows the mouse toggling between tactile and free spin, but this does nothing physically.

Hello,I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse. The button that switches the scroll wheel between free-spin mode and tactile (notched) mode has stopped working.At the moment, the scroll wheel stays in free-spin mode and does not return to the normal notched mode when I press the button. I have already checked Synapse and restarted my PC, but the issue remains.Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is there a way to fix it, or could this be a hardware issue?Thank you.

Hi! I am currently having problem with my headphones, they keep disconnecting for no reason, mostly after some louder sound, it also freezes my PC and I cant even call with my friends because of that. I have searched for answers on Reddit, YouTube, tried official guide from Razer and still nothing. I dont want to spend another money on headphones, because I am saving up for new pc, but it looks like I have no choice, because I have enough of this connecting and disconnecting thingy.

Welds on the base of the chair are completely broke making the chair super wobbly and unusable. I was wondering if I could get the replacement parts that i need although the chair is past the warranty.

Hi, I’m having an issue with my Razer Viper V3 Pro.When I plug the wireless dongle into my PC, Windows immediately detects it (I get the USB connection sound and it shows up in Device Manager), but the dongle doesn’t light up, there’s no LED or any sign of activity.The mouse doesn’t work wirelessly at all, no cursor movement, no connection. I also tried connecting the mouse via the USB-C cable, and in that case, it works perfectly fine. The PC recognizes it, and I can use it normally.I’ve already tried updating the firmware and using Razer Synapse, but the issue remains. I’m not sure where the problem is, whether it’s the dongle, the mouse, or a pairing issue between them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Has anyone else experienced this? 

Hi, I am hoping for some help in ordering a Replacement Microphone for my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense as It’s crackling when there is the slightest movement.Is there a way to get these directly from Razer (UK) as knock off brands wouldn’t be useful as I am using this headset for work purposes on the phone.Many thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,I'm having a problem with my Razer Blade, as described below:- I replaced the original SSD with a different one- I put the original drive aside- The new drive is running like a charm- I need to retrieve some data from the old drive, though- When I insert the original drive, the system won’t boot- In the BIOS, its status is “Frozen,” as shown in the attached imageWhat should I do? I don’t want to format it because of the data. 

I bought a Razer DeathAdder V3 about 2–3 months ago, and it had been working perfectly. However, for the past day it has been disconnecting and reconnecting every minute. I have all the firmware up to date.

Just my luck. few years ago got a razor deathadder elite mouse that came with my old pc but now the essential right click seems to no longer work and bugs out by not registering holding properly in some games and even when I’m using unreal engine to work on something. I’m certain it’s not a bug in the software since I tried plugging it in a laptop and still got the same problem but now I’m just stuck with a mouse that just annoying to use.
