Does 7.1 surround sound work on xbox if u have blackshark v2 X headset ? Because it works on a pc for me but as i plug it into a controler i doesnt work 

I shouldn’t need to use third party software to increase my microphone volume, is Razer planning to add this as an option? Because so far the only setting via synapes that can be adjusted is headphone volumes.

Hello Razer Support,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X.My serial number is: SN (removed serial number for security purposes)I tried to register my product and activate the Free 7.1 Surround Sound on your website, but the serial number is not recognized.Could you please provide me with an activation code for my headset?I can provide a photo of the headset or the box showing the serial number if needed.Thank you for your help!

I purchased a Razer headset compatible with Razer Surround 7.1. Inside the box there is the Razer Surround 7.1 leaflet, however no activation code is printed on it.When I try to activate Razer Surround 7.1 through Razer Synapse, the software asks me to enter an activation key or reports that the code is already in use / already registered.I would like to ask for your assistance to:- verify the license status linked to my headset, or- receive a new activation code or have the license activated directly on my Razer account.I can provide the product serial number, photos of the leaflet/box, or any other information you may need.Thank you for your support.Kind regards, 

i just bought that mouse and random time cursor freeze for 1 or 2 sec, and is moving. i don t know if it s because i don t use mousepad or the sensor has some problems. in past i had basislisk v3 and it worked very good without mousepad. 

Just bought this controller and plugged it in with the cable I was provided and my Xbox can’t seem to recognise it, neither in accessories or the razor controller setup all for Xbox. I’ve tried plugging in it in the front and in the rear, a different usb-C cable and power cycle my Xbox but nothing works

Hi, I have a new Razer Blackwidow V4 TKL Hyperspeed (spanish layout) and as a keyboard works perfect on Linux Fedora 43. The only thing I cannot control is RGB, I installed openrazer drivers, give myself permissions, installed PolyChromatic and OpenRGB but my device (1532:02D7) is unregognized I can use and control my mouse Razer Cobra Pro and my headset Razer Barracuda X Chroma without any issue, it is only my new keyboard, I can’t control RGB, I have all my RGB in red color except my keyboard and it is annoying :p Is it something I can do to help and give this keyboard some love and support?Thanks in advice. Hi all,  Recently got my Razer Joro keyboard. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience, but there are a couple of issues I want to highlight.  1 > When using the keyboard with the Hyperspeed dongle, the keyboard has input cancellation, meaning that when I keep pressing down a certain key, at some point the input is cancelled. This is quite an annoying issue, especially in FPS games. This issue does NOT happen when I use the keyboard wired or with Bluetooth. So I think this is probably a firmware issue, not a hardware issue.
