HELLOi bought a razer black shark v2 head set a while before from a shop and when it arrived there wasn’t any kind of code in the package for me to activate the 7.1 surround audio with.just recenty i found out i can get my code but the serial number of my product at razor websiteso i did and when i put the code it tells me to register first and when i go to register the product it says that it was already registered in razor i already contacted the seller they say they cant do anythingi dont know what to do anymore can anyone help?

So as the title says, the problem after the newest update is that when ever i now Mute my mic it sets the mic volume to 0 (as it supposed to do) but when i Unmute, it should restore the mic volume as it was set to, but now it just keeps hte volume set to 0% every time i Mute / unmute my mic… and i NEED to manually go to the Synapse and restore the mic volume. i have tryed: Reinstalling the synapse app.tryed to fix it from the windows settings. none of these worked..  Only solution that i got it to work was, when i CLOSE the synapse totally. then there is no problem with the mic volume settings when ever i mute / unmute, the mic volume set’s up to normal after unmuting as it should be doing! so the PROBLEM is in the Synapse!  and the problem when i close synapse is that i lose all my RGB lights and macro’s etc.. and that pisses me off -.-  hope this gets fixed asap

Hi! I’ve had my Deathadder V3 Pro for a bit over 3 years. Last night I was using it to game and the mouse worked completely fine, left my macbook on overnight because i was watching some youtube videos and when I woke up the mouse stopped working. After a lot of troubleshooting I discovered that the dongle is likely just dead since it doesn’t even show up as a USB device on System Information.Other details:-Used mostly on Windows but for the past 8 months I started studying abroad so I started using it on a Macbook (Would go back to using it on my old PC whenever home)-Recently downloaded razer synapse (currently June 3rd I downloaded synapse night of June 1st), prior to that worked completely fine for over 8 months or so.-Deleted razer synapse, did not seem to do anything work.-Works completely fine as a mouse in wired mode.-Unable to do other alternatives like the pairing utility as those are .exe files and incompatible with MacOS and no device/driver management either.-Concluded tha

I need a new mic for my V3 Blackshark Pro, I’ve got the white edition but any will do. It just won’t seem to connect anymore after wear and tear. I’ve tried another aftermarket mic but there’s static since it doesn’t fit the housing correctly. 

Dear Razer Support Team,I am writing to report an issue regarding Razer Chroma effects in Apex Legends. Since the game/system transitioned to DirectX 12, the lighting integration has stopped working completely.Currently, the game is not even recognized by the Chroma Apps tab in Synapse as a compatible application anymore. It seems like the DX12 mode breaks the link between the game and the Chroma Connect module.Could anyone from the support team clarify why this is happening and when we can expect a fix or an update to support DX12? I would really like to have my lighting effects back.Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am having an issue with my Razer Barracuda X (Model: RZ04-04430100). When I unplug the detachable 3.5mm boom microphone, I cannot use any alternative microphone. I want to unplug the boom mic when I am outdoors or streaming and use the headset's built-in/internal microphone instead.However, the moment I unplug the external mic, my voice completely disappears. Windows and my phone still recognize the headset as having a microphone, but it captures absolutely no sound.I need an urgent solution or guidance on how to fix this issue. Thank you.

Tried to switch profiles in Synapse, the mouse disconnected and since then, when I plug it, it shows this.

Hi all,I have Synapse 4 installted and I’m noticing a strong delay between the time I press the thumb button and the time the keymap 1 switch to the second keymap 2.I set the button to switch keymap and switch back to previous keymap when released.I didn’t have this problem before.I have the same problem if I set up the same function on every other button. This issue make the function useless. Am I the only one? Thank you.

It’s brand new.  It works.  It says firmware update is required.  I download the software, select the headset, plug in the wireless dongle, plug the headset directly into the PC via USB.  The update button never becomes enabled to be clickable.  I’ve tried multiple cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable.  The one in the box charges the headset just fine and should work.  Any ideas?  It keeps harassing me to update firmware but I can’t!  Any ideas or do I need to do some formal support?

I’ve just got the BlackShark V3 X Hyperspeed today, I’ve set up the headphones by gaining the 7.1 surround sound and checked if everything was connected. Then I played a video and everything just sound muffled with low quality sound plus it shows up in the settings as speakers and not headphones. I have done a disk clean and reinstalled razer synapse and nothing has worked. 

I am experiencing a "Secure Boot Violation" error on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2021). I would like to resolve this while keeping Secure Boot enabled, but I am stuck with the following issues:1. The Issue: I get a red warning screen saying "Secure Boot Violation" upon startup. In the Event Viewer, the following error is logged: "Updated Secure Boot state is available for this device, but the firmware has not yet applied it." (Device: RZ09-0367, BIOS Version: 1.03)2. BIOS Limitations: I have set a Supervisor Password to access advanced settings, but I still cannot find any option to "Restore Factory Keys" or "Reset to Setup Mode" under the Secure Boot menu. There is no option to change the Secure Boot Mode from [Standard] to [Custom] either.3. Firmware Availability: I checked the Razer support site, but the recent Secure Boot vulnerability patch (SB 2023-001) only seems to support 2022 models and later (RZ09-0421/0423/0427). Hello,Sorry first for my English (I’m french!).I use Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.I began remapping razer tatarus V2 with imput remapper., a GUI for device specific key mappings .This package contains the UI to configure the mappings.I succed  mapping some keys, but it doesn’t last long. Keys are no longer correct on a new session, or even after having map another touch.Is there somebody using razer tatarus V2 with Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS ?How did you remap?Thanks for any help.

All of sudden my dongle wont connect or be found on my pc. I tried things like re install apps, hard reset my mouse etc. I know its the dongle because my mouse works when i plug it with a usb c cable to my pc. As far as i see, there is no fix for this and the dongle is broken, or is there a fix?its a shame. Paid a lot for this mouse, and the main feature is broken…. 

I have been using this mouse for about 5 months, but recently the scroll wheel has developed several issues. Sometimes it does not respond properly, and there is noticeable resistance or a catching sensation when scrolling. In addition, the mouse’s LED lighting is also malfunctioning and occasionally keeps flashing continuously. I have already reinstalled the drivers and checked all related settings, but the issues still persist. I would like to request warranty service for this product.

I have a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro model # RZ04-0453 that I cannot locate the USB receiver for.  Is it possible to order a replacement USB dongle?  The USB receiver model # is RC30-0453.
