registered my headphones, they show up, but I didn't receive an activation code to my email and I can't do 7.1, what should I do?

Hello,My Razer BlackShark V2 Pro White Edition is still under warranty.The detachable flexible microphone has gradually become too loose and no longer stays in the desired position during normal use. The headset has always been handled carefully and has never been dropped or damaged.Since the microphone is removable and replaceable, I would like to know if it is possible to obtain a replacement microphone or if another warranty solution is available.Thank you for your assistance.

About two months ago, my Razer Blade 15 (2020) laptop shut down completely.While rendering, it overheated and the battery drained suddenly. After plugging in the charger, the green charging light came on, but the display did not work. At first, the screen showed abnormal output (photo attached), then the laptop stopped turning on at all.I decided to repair it to a local repair shop in Bangkok since there is no official Razer service center in Thailand. Hi, i was gone for like a week and come back and the dongle keeps disconnecting and connecting. I tried different ports and another pc, same issue on that pc too. It works fine wired but not with the dongle, i cant update the firmware either bc the dongle has to be connected but as i already mentioned it doesnt connect. Idk if there is a fix. If not does anyone know if there are replacement dongles for this mouse?

Roughly 2 nights ago I unplugged my dongle so I could charge my mouse, as it was on low battery. I allowed it to get to 100% then when I plugged the dongle back in it showed no signs of life at all. The mouse works perfectly fine when It is connected via cable and is registered on synapse. But as soon as the dongle is connected it comes up as device is in sleep mode, turned off, or needs to be connected via 2.4 GHz. I have tried every fix to the issue I could find online and nothing has worked. Here is what I have tried: Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle to different USB ports Holding the power button for 10+ seconds and nothing Testing the dongle on another PC (Nothing) Restarting the system multiple times Reinstalling USB and mouse drivers Uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse software Using the mouse pairing utility Any and all help would be appreciated with this as I will continue to use it wired for now but Wireless is much more preferred. So a few days ago, while I was just using my setup like normal my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro just gave up. Now I didn’t suspect it was my keyboard since the backlight still worked, so I restarted my laptop. After I found out it’s my keyboard that’s not working, I’ve tried all sorts of methods, but none of them have worked so far. Here’s what I’ve tried:Pressing Esc+Caps Lock+Space bar Unpluggin the keyboard, pressing Esc+Caps Lock+Space bar and then plugging it back in. Using the firmware updater from Razer’s support page (it says I have the latest firmware) Closing all Razer related applicationsWhen I open Razer Synapse, it detects my keyboard and shows up. Whenever I try any lighting based adjustment that shows up on the keyboard too. it’s just that the keys are not sending any input or something. Note that the volume dial and multimedia buttons do work. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

I recently downloaded and updated the new bios for the razer blade 14 - RZ09- 0370C because i couldn’t play the new call of duty without doing so and now it seems that secure just won’t turn on without causing issues. I try turn it on and it doesn’t letting me, giving me an error, followed by putting me back into the bios. I found online that the bios update has caused everything as it doesn’t allow you to reset the secure bios keys. Is there any way around this? 

I have Razer blackshark v2 x headphones that I recently bought, and I wanted to add them, but it says that the product is already registered, so I can't connect 7.1:(

Every time I attempt to launch Synaps 4, it force closes within moments of trying to launch.  I have tried every troubleshooting step, I have done a clean install 3 separate times with reboots between each, I have allowed the engine through my firewall and nothing has worked.  This is the second time this has happened and is very frustrating.  All of my equipment is razer and I need these in order to do  anything on my PC.

My Razer Enki has suffered an internal failure on the passive side of the backrest frame opposite the locking mechanism. The external bolts are fully secured, but the left side backrest skeleton is free-floating. Hello. I recently purchased the new basilisk v3 pro 35k wireless charging mouse (phantom white) and the wireless charging puck / dock.  I have created a lighting profile in chroma studio for both the dock and mouse. When I charge my mouse it changes the lighting to the yellow / green blinking charging lighting which is fine. But when it gets to 100% both the mouse and dock stay bright green and my lighting profile won’t start, even after I manually change it back and forth between static / my chroma profile. It’s just stuck on an ugly green light no matter what I do. Please help.

I bought the Razer Pro Type Ergo and Deathadder v4 Pro, which are supported by Synapse for Mac...The issue is on the Mac; there is no way to update the firmware, especially for the keyword, for which the battery is draining so fast like 2 days. Is there a way to update the driver on macOS? The only thing I can think of is to use a VM with Windows and install the driver, but I’m not sure the driver will be recognized by the VM like Razer Identifier.

Completely remove Synapse and install version 3 from the website.2. Connect your headphones to the synapse, then configure all the settings as you need.3. Open synapse as administrator, check your settings, Next, hold down the mode switch button on the right earcup for 7-8 seconds until a sound alert (First beep, then speech)5. Connect your headphones via Bluetooth to your phone without disconnecting them from your PC. Then go to any application and check the operation of the equalizer, to do this, press the mode switch button once, you should immediately notice the difference.6. Well, I received a Razer basilisk V3 pro 35K mouse as a birthday present. When I connect the mouse to "Razer Synapse" to configure it, the LED mode changes, and the top left light flashes red for milliseconds, or turns off. I've tried many things, but it just doesn't work. Is this a manufacturing defect? Or am I missing something? I tried resetting the firmware, but the app doesn't even detect the mouse when I connect it. 

I selected the auto-launch option in Synapse at system startup. But Synapse doesn't start when I turn on the PC. How can I fix this?

My basilisk v3's scroll click has stopped registering clicks completely. I just got this mouse a couple of weeks ago, ordered online. I think it is a hardware issue. the scroll clicks had always been inconsistent but today it stopped functioning entirely.

I have a lightly used Razer Basilisk V3 which I’ve been using for less than a year, and have never had a problem with until today. I’ve tested it on 3 different windows computers, and all of them will have the mouse continuously connect and disconnect, making the mouse unusable. Sometimes when being plugged in, the device will flash red, and make the clicking sound it makes when turning the tactile scroll on and off. Only uninstalling Razer Synapse (should’ve gotten rid of that malware a long time ago) helped the mouse connect, and only briefly. Uninstalling the drivers got the mouse to function, and I updated the firmware on the mouse. The only thing wrong with it after that was trying to use the smart scroll, when the tactile scroll switch would trigger the mouse would power off and on again, and the tactility of the scroll wheel was noticeably softer. I got my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro; I've been using it for 2 days, and it worked fine without any issues. But recently I was playing Forza Horizon 6, and suddenly all of the keys went dark, and the keyboard only flashed white lights from F9 to F10, the Insert, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, END, Delete, and FN keys; and the onboard LED panel also lit up, but when I tried pressing any key, it didn’t work. I don’t know what I pressed, but then all the RGB came back on, and then all the keys went unresponsive. The media keys, volume dial and RGB are working only. Now the onboard panel is only showing me “1” and “P” lit up. Even the FN key is not working anymoreI checked through Synapse 4 and tried to change the profile there. Nothing worked. I tried resetting profiles from the “?” icon in the upper right corner of the Synapse 4 window, but it also didn’t work. I have tried the “ESC + CAPSLOCK + SPACE BAR” combination while plugging the keyboard back in, but it didn’t work. Hi all,  Recently got my Razer Joro keyboard. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience, but there are a couple of issues I want to highlight.  1 > When using the keyboard with the Hyperspeed dongle, the keyboard has input cancellation, meaning that when I keep pressing down a certain key, at some point the input is cancelled. This is quite an annoying issue, especially in FPS games. This issue does NOT happen when I use the keyboard wired or with Bluetooth. So I think this is probably a firmware issue, not a hardware issue.
