Asunto: Se requiere asistencia urgente: recuperación de autenticación de dos factores (2FA)Estimado Equipo De Soporte De Razer,Actualmente no puedo acceder a mi cuenta de Razer debido a problemas con la autenticación de dos factores (2FA). Desafortunadamente, no puedo recordar qué método de autenticación (aplicación, dispositivo o servicio) había configurado originalmente, y ya no tengo acceso a los códigos OTP.Le pido amablemente su ayuda para restablecer o deshabilitar el 2FA en mi cuenta para que pueda recuperar el acceso. bought from razer.com.hkthey ask me to spend a week 1 day per email respondwhich can be doneor an hour with face to face chat. after cutting the cord for a wireless mouse viper v4 pro. they ask me to send back the  defective unit . and they will send backstill not give me the details for the address or whatever . i am out of patience without a mouse to use for a week.i need to wait the mouse send to them and then they send back. this probably cause me another week .is that true they need the  defective unit back after cutting the cord?

For the past month I have had to charge my headset every night as if I forget to the next day it will be completely out of battery even when I left it on over half the night before and turn it off over night. It used to last around a week before I had to charge it and slowly over time it got a bit worse but I was still okay with it as I only had to charge it maybe every 2-3 days but recently it has gotten out of hand and it is infuriating the next day when I realise I didn't charge it and now have to wait over an hour for it to charge before I can use it. I have updated my firmware to the latest version and no fix so its obviously an issue with the battery but the annoying thing is that it started getting really bad just after my warranty has ended. I just don't understand how the battery is draining even if I turn it off so I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had any issue like this with their headset

I have had this problem for the past 2 months, where when i open a razer app (any) it stays asking me for permission. I have reinstalled all modules over and over to try fix the issue but nothing worked. I also have did run as administrator on all .exe to see if that fixes the issue but nothing worked. My account on windows is administrator and it still says the same thing. I am frustrated since everytime i log on the apps dont evn open upo by themselves and my macros and razer cortex wont optimise my pc when playing games (they are enabled to open on startup). I have tried everything i found on the internet but nothing works. This problem just started happening randomly because it used to work for the past 3 years. What can i do to fix the issue cause i dont want to switch to other compettitor options like logitech dvices to reduce problems like these

Razer Cortex crashes Steam after closing games. It happens when I end all of my games. I have done clean installs on Steam, all games, and all Razer software. It happens even if Game Boost is on or off. Turn off and on overlays. I think I’ve tried everything to think of to fix the issue. I know it’s a minor inconvenience but it is a inconvenience nonetheless. If anyone had the same and has found a solution for it I would greatly appreciate the help.  

My down arrow, numpad 1 2 3, 7 8 9, + enter stopped working. I tried compressed air, reinstalling drivers, resetting by pressing escape caps lock space when plugging it back in, but nothing works. Is there any way to fix this? I bought this keyboard in 2022. The lights behind the keys still work.

So I booted my laptop up today and found out my Razer Kraken V4 Pro wasn’t being picked up my Razer Synapse. It showed it as powered off or wasn't even popping up. On further inspection I also found out the HUB for the headset was getting stuck in a continues boot loop where it would show the startup, then only show the volume + & - icons. Razer synapse also isn’t picking up the hub either. I did a power cycle on it and a clean install of Razer synapse after uninstalling it and removing any folders under the name. None of these helped or fixed the issue at hand.

Hello, after updating my Viper V3 Pro in wireless mode, the left and right buttons start to fire falsely when lightly hitting the mat (Razer Strider). There is no such problem in wired mode. This started exactly after updating to ViperV3Pro_00C100C0_FirmwareUpdater_v1.13.01_r1. The sensitivity of the falsely fired events changes a little (but does not disappear) when changing the LOD. Please help me to return the normal functionality of the mouse.

It seems that my Razor Trinity is no longer supported? I wanted to make sure my drivers were updated and I can not find them at all. Some assistance would be apricated. I have synapse installed, it recognizes my mouse. The drivers however are from 2025. 

I've had my razer black shark v3 since Christmas and now i cant get it to turn on> its says its fully charged razer synapse picks up the dongle but the head set just wont power on. I dont know if its just my on button that wont work or a firmware issue, but when i try to update the firm ware my pc doesn't detect that my head set is plugged in even though its charging. I've had this issue in the  earlier but it would sometimes turn on but now it just wont and i dont know any fixes for it.

As the title says the mic doesn’t pick up audio when connected via dongle. When I use it with the cable the mic works. Does anyone have a solution for this ?

 Hello,I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register the product on my Razer account, I receive the message saying that the product is already registered.Because of this, I am also unable to activate THX Spatial Audio / 7.1 Surround Sound.I have the proof of purchase and the serial number of the headset.Serial Number: (removes serial number)Could you please help me transfer or validate the registration and provide access to the audio activation?Thank you.

Basilisk V2 Stuck in "CRP DISABLD"  i need fimware file for basilisk v2

Title. I have missing keystrokes (usually the letter E), and also double tapping on this Razer Blackwidow V4 X.

Title says it all. if you have Synapse open and you press the mute on the headset then rather than just muting it sets the gain to 0. pressing the button unmutes the headset but now the gain it set to 0, so the mic doesn’t work unless you set it MANUALLY back to whatever number you hat it set to before. Please fix this Razer, otherwise I’m just done with your hardware from now on.

Since i bought viper v4pro in guest , i could not check my logistics, on gmail every time i click the link shows logistics, it redirects me to log in, even after logging in, i cant see any orders. is there a way to check my shipping status?

A week prior to the new 18 launching I bought an 18 to take advantage of a credit card sign up bonus. At the time of sale I noticed the highest model was not available, and I started spreading rumors at Level1Techs, which Wendell confirmed the day I received my laptop and all the reviews started launching.  On the return page, I do not see an option for in store credit. I pretty much want to return this for the new model. Is it possible to get in store credit or a gift card, instead, which I just apply to the new version? If I get in store credit I keep the credit card sign up bonus. If I receive a direct refund I lose them. 

My V3s were working fine in wired mode, I plugged in an PS5 controller to my pc and my mic got switched to the controller. I tried switching mic but it wouldnt show up, so I plugged out and in my headset again and now it doesnt show up anymore. I also tried plugging it in to another pc but same thing. Note I lost my USB dongle when traveling between places. Anyone with same issues?
