Razer Support

I bought my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeeds a year ago, and has worked mostly fine until recently, when the USB dongle is no longer recognized by windows, and is marked as a broken USB device (code 43). I have been going in circles inside this website for days with no way to contact a person that could solve this problem. I have recently turned to warranty support but, wouldn’t you know, it is impossible to reach as well! every page just redirects you to the same tutorial about reinstalling synapse again and again. Frankly, I don’t even know if I even want this product anymore, even if I somehow got to reach someone @ razer, I feel this is done on purpose to block me from actually filing a claim, and any further issues with any razer product will just be another headache. I really hope someone from the support team will read this, though I doubt it based on my recent experience.

As the topic says, when i start my computer or after a reboot, Synapse will auto-change my output and input devices to my Nari Ultimate headset (which is mostly turned OFF). This has also started happening after waking the computer from sleep.Why they make this default behavior (yet again, the same happened about 1 year ago) is beyond me.I am connected to an AVR 7.1 sound system and i only use the headset at night. the AVR is my default and desired output device, and my webcam mic is my desired input device, and that is how it should be. I can change output/input to the headset on my own,However, changing input to a headset that is TURNED OFF randomly after waking the computer or every time after a restart/boot is really getting on my nerves.I guess i have to run some PowerShell script to override this unwanted behavior instead of waiting for Razer to “fix” what is clearly intended behaviorJust repeating the failure a year ago by overriding users’ default settings is horrible and will

Hi so I made a purchase today, I was looking at the billing details after I was done paying . I made a spelling mistake on my email. I know that Razer sends confirmation emails and if I don’t confirm the shipment they won’t send it to me. My original email was (Removed email) the mistake was this (Removed email) Is there any way I can fix this asap? The product that I purchased was a “Razer Raiju v3”

my frejya was working perfectly both in games and audio before,but now it has stopped working.i hve synapse 4 ver 4.0.86 installed on my laptop.it updated automatically,and i think the problem started  after this update.it doesen't work properly anymore and i can't fix it at all.i have barracuda pro and nommo v2 pro connected to my laptop.frejta is detected,i can adjust the settings,and it even vibrates in the settings test,but it does  not synchronize at all.There is no response in games or audio.will it be fixed or should i return it?????? 

I can not connect to my new aether light strip to the Synapse. I already done the connect to app but when i tried to find my device in add gamer room device part it couldnt find it

Hello,Since somewhat recently (unsure when exactly it started happening) my Synapse 4 on each startup of my PC switches from THX Spatial to Stereo (Headset is the Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense) and I have to go open Synape, go into the settings and switch it back. Once it is switched it stays on THX Spatial until the PC gets shut down and on the next startup it switched back to Stereo again.I have tried the usual stuff like uninstalling Synapse, fresh/clean install, deleting Profiles and creating new Profiles but the issue persists.Any ideas for fixes would be appreciated.

I just received these headphones as a gift, and I'm wondering if I'm missing something in the settings. The headset has been fully charged, but it occasionally says "powering down." I have to manually turn it back on each time. Does anyone know how to fix this or why it's happening? Thanks!

Hello. I am interested in a couple of Razer products. However, i found out that there is no shipping to Lithuania option while trying to checkout. I was wondering if it is a mistake? i dont know if its my hard ware issue or not, but the keyboard was working fine the other night. the next day, my keyboards lights arent working. the mouse and the mouse pad are working fine. i have updated razer synapse and also tried installing updating the firmware you get in the website. i have even tried changing the dynamic lighting but nothing seems to be working. is there anyone who is facing such issues. and are there any other solutions for it if the problem isnt in the hardware. also how do we know if the lighting problem is from the hardware or the driver problem. 

Hiya all.I have some problems with my Barracuda audio volume wheel. I think it needs some maintainance, a simple cleanup or its replacement, i don’t know. Sometimes it happens I have no volume on the left or on both or it suddenly rises up... symply touching it makes the problem arise, whilsst touching it again finally solves it.Can u suggest me where can I find support for this problem?The headsets are very old, certainly out of maintainance, but they are still very good and comfortable, I use then during working hours, almost six hours per day, since 2019…thank u,Giuseppe.

I have two options for my new headset, the one i use right now works fine but I am curious about the other setting. When i select it currently I don’t get any audio. What is it for?

Back to play a game from my laptop after a long break and this problem appears 

When I go into the overlay with ctrl ,shift and o. i still move like in game so if I'm in a fps i cant move the mouse and when I'm not the button clicks are registered in the game and not the overlay. Is there a fix? The game i tested in is Apex Legends.

The connector ripped off and got lost when I was repairing the side buttons when it got loose inside.I already bought an entire side button PCB with switches and all but didn't realize it didn't come with the connector I specifically needed. Also bought a 4-pin FPC head/connector online and it's not the compatible one, with zero knowledge on electronics, my last resort is to ask here for specifics
