Anyone having the same issue like me ? i just update to my viper to newest firmware and i charging my mouse its just stuck at 57% 

I recently noticed that my battery has slightly risen and I was wondering if there was a website where I could buy the original battery from again in the UK. I can’t find an original anywhere in the UK. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Since Synapse 4 wasn’t working properly on my device, I’d like to switch back to Synapse 3. I had a great profile set up in Synapse 3 along with tons of macros. I had everything configured exactly the way I liked it and was very satisfied with it. I switched to Synapse 4 based on someone’s recommendation, but unfortunately it didn’t work properly on my computer.Because of this, I reinstalled Synapse 3, but now I’m having trouble getting it to detect my mouse. I would really appreciate your support regarding this issue. I’ve already tried all of the methods and solutions I could find online, but none of them worked.Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone,I am living in Vietnam and trying to purchase the THX Spatial Audio software upgrade for my BlackShark V2 X. However, at checkout, the store page blocks me with an error message: "You have an Open RMA, please click here to edit your order."When I click on that link, it redirects me to my Support History page (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/account/support_history), but both "Pending Payments" and "All RMAs" show "No records found".Because of this ghost RMA bug, the checkout page is stuck on the US region and completely locks my Billing Address to the United States (+1), so I cannot switch it back to Vietnam to use my local card.Is there any way to reset my cart session or update my Billing Address to Vietnam on the system so I can complete the payment?Thank you!

Hi All, I am experiencing trouble with my new razer blade 14 2025. I tried everything, updated bios updated windows, set the cpu boost mode to disabled. I turn the fans to 5500 to run constant and turn on Arc raiders. Laptop sometimes plays fine and after some time restarts. I limit the fps to 75 so it runs cool temps are stable at 76c cpu and 63 c for gpu i have the 5070 rtx setup.all of the sudden laptop restarts and i dont know why. 

Why is my 2019 Razor Stealth a legacy product  when it was purchased in 2019? I need a recovery image. I did a reset, and I can’t sign in to Synapse and deal with the NVIDIA app. I want to keep bios and NVIDIA card up to date

My question revolves around if there is anyway to pull synapse 3 off of my old laptop to use on my pc with all of the functions still usable. Synapse 4 is a complete mess and from the looks of it Razer has no desire to fix the bugs/improve the program. When I’ve installed synapse 3 back onto my computer I am unable to use any of the functions from the program (lighting, macros, etc). At this point it seems like easiest solution is to just change brands but since I have close to 7-8 different Razer products that would be unfortunate. Is there any workaround to continue to use Synapse 3 with all the functions or has Razer made that impossible in an attempt to force users to upgrade to Synapse 4?

I just bought a brand new razer blackshark V2 x but i can't register it to my account to get the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound feature. Can someone help me? 

Hello, I have recently buy the Razer naga V2 PRO (1week ago), and almost all is fine that a great mice, but my side buttons 1 2 3 doesn’t work. on 6 an 12 buttons panel.Do somebody have the same issue?it’s connected via dongle (try bluetooth and wire), i have all up to date (windows raze synapse and frimeware) tested on multiple softwares, clean it as recommended by razer etc. try remapping the butons and nothing work.i have contact razer support and open a ticket and waiting there answer but i wish to know if somebody also have this issue or it’s just bad luck and will it be cover by warranty? thanks for reading and your responseshave a great day

I bought this a little over a month ago, been working amazingly except tonight, context: The headset is connected to my pc via the dongle and was charging through the usb-c cable connected to my pc for over a day. I accidentally turned it off while using it (holding down the power button, while still charging through my pc) and i heard the “power off” audio, then it happened, nothing, the headset wont turn on, wont charge, wont connect on Bluetooth or anything. There is no light on the led. When i try to turn it on (holding down the power button) nothing happens, no light or any audio.

Hi everyone,I bought a Razer Barracuda X headset yesterday. As soon as it arrived, I tested it with all the connection options (dongle, bluetooth, 3.5 cable) on my Windows PC, all fine, super happy with the device. I connected it with the USB-A to USB-C cable to my laptop, and went to bed to let it fully charge. I saw the blinking red light, so I assumed everything was fine.This morning, not even 12hs later, I attempted to turn on the headset to connect it to my iPhone and, surprise, it won’t turn on. I tried connecting it to my laptop with the USB cable again, no lights. I tried using the 3.5 cable and, for some reason I still cannot comprehend, the audio it’s extremely distorted both output and input. Before someone tells me to update the firmware: I can’t, because the tool requires the headset to turn on and, as I previously mentioned, I cannot do that.I know my computer is not the problem because I have a Corsair headset that is working perfectly both with USB and 3.5.Anyone else e

Hi Razer Support team,Recently my Viper Ultimate mouse (RC30-030501) has started disconnecting every second whilst using the dongle. I have tried to change usb ports on my main PC as well as using it with multiple other devices and the behaviour persists.When the mouse is connected directly via USB, the issue is gone, which leads me to believe something has happened with the wireless dongle itself, although it has not been removed since I’ve got it (it lived untouched in the docking station that came with the mouse).Is there any posibility to aquire a new dongle and pair it to my mouse? Looking forward to your response.

Hello, I have had my nari ultimate for a while now, all of sudden today it started to reset itself and i cannot connect it anymore via the dongle, i have reset both devices and nothing seems to work, reinstalled synapse also and it appears the hardware is faulty, looking on here there appears multiple people with this issue so surely this considered a proddcut defect? Really shocking it stops working for no reason, is there any fix or way i can get a replacement?

Hello My name is Elmis, I am from Brazil. First I would like  to say I am a  very loyal  razer costumer, which  makes me even sadder. I ve bought razer mamba, razer fifrefly, razer blackwidow v2 pro ,  razer ManO'War, Razer Deathadder v3 pro,  razer Kraken v3 pro, and razer blackwidow v3 mini.  When I first bought a  razer  keyboard (razer blackwidow v2 pro) I had a problem within a year, so They gave me a new  one, that within a year stopped working (just would not turn it on at all).  Now I have a razer blackwidow v3 mini that is spamming  and double clicking that is annoying me so much, I tried everything and  never fixed it. I also had problems with other razer products But I guess they were “worn out” within 2 years, which is funny cause my friends that use logitech and other brands have their stuff forever… Anyway, I can't help myself, I am a razer Fan since I was little and I love the brand, but it makes me sad that I can't have a decent buy, I need a fix on my keyboard asap. Li

Dear all,  My laptop has gradually starter to have a issue with the screen and now rarely work. All points out the problem is on the 40pins eDP cable that looks to be easily damaged around the hinges. Any way of getting a part to be able to extend the life of my laptop of it is game over for my laptop? It would be a pity the laptop is still performing great as you would expect for what you pay, but a weak point on the design and this becomes useless.  Kind regards, Manuel. 

Hello, I’ve had an issue since I created a macro. From that moment my “-” bind on keyboard and also  on mouse (wich is button 6) arent’ working when Synapse is on. I deleted all macros since then, reset all profiles on K&M but nothing is working, I can’t use my keyboard note “-” and my button “6” on my razer chroma.What can I do other then shutting down Synapse?

I was using my device normally no gaming or under stress all of sudden the screen froze I waited for like 20 mints thinking it might unfroze itself but that didn’t happened then I tried forceful shutdown by pressing the power button it turned off and now it won’t turn back on no sign of charging nothing is happening holding the power button for 10 seconds then I’m seeing a white flash blinks once and nothung I tried removing battery tried the charge reset combinations but to no avail

I just freshly formatted my PC and installed THX Spatial Audio. The login/register screen opens completely fine. But the exact second I log in, the app minimizes itself to the taskbar and just sits there. The main window never comes up on the screen.I had this exact bug before on my old Windows, and I fixed it by moving/copying a specific folder/file to another location inside the system directories (like AppData, ProgramData, or Program Files). It was a known local conflict fix on some forum, but since I just formatted the PC, I don't have my old files and I can't find that forum post anywhere.It's definitely a local system/permission issue that triggers right at the login phase. Can anyone who knows the fix help me with this?

I have a Razer Wolverine V2 Pro PS5 controller.   The rubber on the indented thumb sticks has worn away on the sides.  Apart from this the controller is still working fine, being using it on average daily since end of 2023.  So can I purchase some new thumb sticks from somewhere or some new rubber covers?  I looked on the website and I couldn’t find them listed anywhere.  After the ones with the indent, not the dome.
