I have a Seiren Elite microphone that stopped working a few years ago. At that time, I opened a support case, but the issue was not resolved.Recently, using AI tools, I was able to better understand what might have happened to my microphone. It seems that the firmware is corrupted or damaged, which is why Windows does not recognize it properly or initialize it as a microphone.I would like to know if it is possible to obtain the firmware to try to restore the device. I understand that I could buy a new one, but I would really like to try to fix this one if possible.I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.

Hi.My Razor Viper ultimate just stopped working over dongle. And I can not find drivers for my model (RC30-030501).All the links lead to model RZ01-03050 and when updating dongle, it just stops at 40% and go back to main screen.Does anybody have any solutions?

Hello there. I need to turn off the obnoxious startup and shutdown sounds made by my Leviathan soundbar because they’re becoming an accessibilty issue. How do I do that, please? There’s no setting to be found in the software, though I can change all kinds of settings related to the lights. I’ve just confirmed drivers are up to date.Explanation: the power-up and power-down sounds, in addition to being loud compared to my device audio levels through the same soundbar, are just all-around bad for my noise sensitivity. For example, I want to use the power-saving feature that will let the speaker turn off when unused, but the sound of the device powering down after X minutes is too loud and startling to make this viable.Even an option to change the default sound effect would be helpful. Really, how is this not an option… on an audio device?

Hi , Mine is the RB18 with 13950HX and the when I use Pure Battery Analysis app to check the charge rate, it is only showing ~50w despite using thick cable and high watt charger. Tried multiple chargers and cable combo.  Is this due to bios or firmware limitation? Thanks,

why i cannot see my mouse on dashboard ,

I am from Brazil, and I purchased my Razer Iskur X chair in January 2023. Recentlu, the gas lift cylinder has lost pressure, and the chair no longer stays at the desired height. I would like to replace the cylinder, but I am not sure which model or specifications are compatible with this chair.Additionally, I was unable to locate the serial number on my chair, as the label appears to be missing.Could you please advise me on the correct replacement part or provide guidance on what I should purchase?

I’m having a very specific charging issue with my Viper V3 Pro. My mouse does not charge while the PC is turned on and in use. When plugged in, the LED indicator flashes green briefly. It only charges when the PC is in Sleep Mode or completely Shut Down.

Hello, The issue is that the mic is not working anymore I have been running it on my ps5 for about 2 weeks than the mic stops working when I went to go play one day. No it’s not on mute or anything like that. I have tried to use the usb cable and nothing. The audio is just fine but the mic doesn’t get anything.

The Problem:In wireless mode, Windows and Razer Synapse correctly display two separate audio streams: Razer Kraken V4 Pro - Game and Razer Kraken V4 Pro - Chat.However, any external volume adjustment (via the wheel on my Razer Huntsman V4 Pro keyboard, the Windows volume slider, or media keys) is not applied to the selected stream. Instead, it affects the main audio device as a whole. This results in the volume of both the Game audio and the Chat audio being changed simultaneously and equally.2. Expected Behavior & Proof of Regression:The volume should be adjusted in isolation for the stream set as the "Default Device." If Razer Kraken V4 Pro - Game is set as the default device, any external volume control should change only its volume, without affecting Razer Kraken V4 Pro - Chat.Crucial proof that this is technically feasible and previously worked:I previously own

Hey team, I just got the new Razer Thunderbolt 5 Mercury dock so I could have 3 monitors. However, the 3rd monitor isn’t working.Tested: 1. When I unplug 1 monitor the one not working starts, then re-plugging the monitor that monitor doesn’t start.2. Lowered the resolution size down3. Changed the refresh rate4. I went through multiple repairs when I initially bought my Razer back in 2022.  The Razer team eventually replaced the SSD because of boot failures and blue screens of death.  Now, years later, I finally wanted to add an additional SSD in the secondary slot.  When I opened the laptop, I noticed that the SSD had no cover and/or bracket so there is no way to secure the additional SSD.  It fits no problem, but only having the casing holding it “in place” is not safe and/or efficient.  Does anyone know where to find that black bracket part?  Tried looking everywhere...seems to not exist.  Picture included.
