I’ve had the razer blade 15 (base) with 256nvme for 3ish months with no major issues. Yesterday it got a blue screen then booted to bios. It rebooted just fine so I thought nothing of it. Today it keeps getting the blue screen randomly. Sometimes before I can even sign in. I’ve tried the GPU drivers and disk check but still crashes. I noticed that right before it crashes it shows the SSD as 0mb R and 0 mb W in task manager. Then it crashes and boots to bios, in bios the nvme doesn’t show up. It’s also gotten into a bios loop but after unplugging it started again. I noticed it also crashes when I close the lid or it goes to sleep. If someone could help it would be much appreciated, thanks. -Jun K. Edit: I should add that it has a similar problem with the ssd not responding on Ubuntu(which is also installed on the ssd) Edit 2: The bios time is also jumping ahead a few hours.
So when I open a project up with about 8 tracks and hover over the samples my CPU spikes to 20% without even playing. Then when I play the project the CPU goes over 40% I've tried multiple things but can't seem to figure out a solution at this point. I did undervolt my laptop before to deal with thermal issues I thought maybe this was the issue so I undid everything and the problem is still there. I wanted to see if anybody else with this laptop has had this particular issue and how they fixed it. Thank you!!
Hello, I just recently trashed my Razer Kraken and just newly bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. The problem I have is that the headset itself is not being detected or shown up in devices while the USB audio controller is. When I go to sound options and play a video, I see the master volume detecting sound but I can't hear anything coming through the headset. Thanks for the help
Hello, since some days, when I start TESO, Synapse2 refuses to change Orbweaver Chroma's color. Starting TESO lights go out, after a while they come back in "red", configured is "yellow". Opening Syn2 configuration and modifying colour has no effect. Keys are mapped correctly. (deinstalled Syn2, deleted files from AppData and entries from registry, installed new) Does someone has similar or a solution ? Greetings Lusabit
Hi, I recently bought razer theresher for xbox one and i am using it mainly on my pc using the xbox one adapter i also bought the dollby access app on the windows store. i setup dollby atmos for headphones, and inside the dollby access app the videos work, and the sound is great. but when i go inside a game the sound cut of every 1 second, making the headphones unusable in games. i tested it with 3 games, division 2, gears 5 and now with ghost recon breakpoint. If I go to control panel > sound settings and in the Spatial sound select off, then the sound is working as it should in division 2 and ghost recon but not in gears 5 Also, in the spatial sound there is an option for windows sonic for headphones, selecting this option has the same result, sound cut off every 1 second. From what I understand the headphone should support dollby atmos and the games I tried it on, also support dollby atmos, what could be my issue, is there an issue in the headphones? The xbox one adapter loca
Hello, I've just purchased a Naga Trinity (using the 12 button plate), and installed Synapse 3, however certain buttons just won't hold a save. Buttons 1 and 2 won't hold a saved key. I've reinstalled Synapse 3, drivers, and reset my computer multiple times. Changing the type of keystroke from Keyboard to Alphanumeric doesn't work either. It's not a keyboard issue, as my keyboard still types all keystrokes in a normal manner. My old Naga Epic still keeps the keystrokes on Synapse, so I think it's either some kind of software issue, or physically defective hardware on the Trinity No keystroke I input in anyway for those 2 buttons works. They won't even recognise their default keystrokes of 1 or 2. Pressing all other buttons on the side plate while typing this, shows them to work just fine in the keystrokes that appear in this window. Update: Button 7 is also not responding in the same way as 1 and 2.
I had no issues at all until the latest update!!!... Now the Mic sounds horrible!... The voice starts ok then quickly it goes from robotic, crackling with static... I don't understand what the update did to the Mic!?... Now I have to use a separate Mic set up in order to use in-game viop or on TS3... What's the point of having a wireless gaming headset, when you have to attach a separate Mic. I would like to know if I can reload the previous version before this latest update disaster! I want to go back to the previous update and see if that puts the Mic back working again or return this expensive headset.
I've had my Naga Trinity for almost a year now but about a month ago somethings been going on. My mouse when on desktop/menu of games the sensitivity is normal, but when in game the sensitivity is so high it's uncontrollable. I have checked game settings and they are at normal settings/the ones I usually play at.
I bought the mentioned headset today, at first when I plugged the headset into my PS4 there was audio. I thought it was quiet so I plugged it into my PC to max out the volume there and then plug it back in. However when I plugged it back into my PS4 there is no sound coming from the headset anymore. Contacted Razer support and they said it only works when the 3.5mm wire is plugged directly into the PS4 controller (which isn’t true because I had audio coming through before I plugged it into my PC) I can’t use the headset plugged into my controller because I use a 3rd party translation device to be able to use mouse and keyboard for personal preference, and when using this device, the 3.5mm port is disabled on controllers. Please don’t reply just to tell me that it can only be used when plugged into the controller because I know this isn’t true and I believe this is issue is related to software being automatically downloaded to my headset when it was plugged into my PC.
Hi all, I recently got this New Razer Blade 15.6 (2019 9th CPU,2080). And I replaced the M.2 from PM981 to 970PRO. And I downloaded the latest Synapse 3 that can recognise my blade rig after I installed windows 10. The question is I cannot find GAME MODE in Synapse 3 under Performance tag. There were only two options I can choose:balance or custom. Those modes are not same when I checked the master guide of New Razer Blade 15.6 (2019 9th CPU,2080) where says it has a game mode under performace. Am I missing profiles when I installed the WINDOWS 10 or New Razer Blade 15.6 (2019 9th CPU,2080) doesn't have a game mode on synapse 3?
Hello, Purchased a new Razer Blade 15 Basic and have a Viper and Tartarus v2 attached to it. In WOW Classic, I noticed several times during game play sessions that I would start to get micro-stutters in the frames on a regular basis. After having uninstalled almost everything on my system, I narrowed it down to the Synapse v3 software that is using up to 5% CPU several times a minute causing the stuttering. Shutting down Synapse 100% solves the issue. Any ideas what could be going on? I tried unistalling and reinstalling Synapse v3 to no avail. Issue is reproducible during almost every WOW Classic session.
I have tried several times to register my new Deathadder Chroma to Synapse so I can adjust DPI and Color. The mouse is not recognized on Synapse 2 or 3 and I just want to be able to adjust settings on it. I've read multiple posts with the same problem but I found no real answers. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
Well, i've been trying to fix this error. Can't access Synapse 3, i tried everything, admin rights, uninstalling, fresh install, different accounts, EVERYTHING. I'm on Win 10 1803. Any help? The products are great, but this is ridicolous. I'm just selling this if i can't fix it. Thanks!
