Razer Support

The bottom to my Razer Iskur broke and I need a replacement for the whole bottom piece of the chair. This includes the plate down to the wheels. I can not find anywhere to buy or obtain them. 

So i buy razor viper 8khz a few years back not have any problem until now when it suddenly disconnect from the PC.The light is normal but PC not detect it while other random mouse is working and when i plug razor viper 8khz in laptop it is working normal again ? So what is the problem here 

This has just basically stopped working since the forced “upgrade” to Synapse 4. It comes on like 20 seconds late and doesn’t turn off until I press the button again. This is the one and only reason I bought this mouse. Basilisk V3. Definitely won’t be getting another Razer mouse after this. You guys had an app that actually worked. And now it’s defunct. Now my mouse doesn’t work. You’ve been working on this in its released state for over a year. What the hell is going on?!

This may be a dumb question brought on by a dumb assumption, but today I received a pair of Govee Flow Bars. I have them mounted to my monitor, and connected to Chroma Connect. Ostensibly, they are working, however, I was wondering if it is even possible at all to have the right and left bars work independently of each other, synching with their respective sides of the monitor? I have all my peripheries on Ambient Awareness at all times.As of now, they are both mirroring I think the center more or less of the screen. Or kind of an average of what is going on, it's hard to tell. Either way, they are definitely not separate. Maybe it was incorrect of me to assume they would do that, and if so, that’s on me totally. But I’d like to know either way so I can stop trying to get them to do something they may not be capable of and just work with what I have!Thank.

Good morning, I'd like to know if this issue is covered by the warranty on my Razer Strider Chroma mouse pad. The mouse pad has a cut LED strip, causing the light to break in one spot. I've attached photos for your reference. 

I downloaded the latest firmware hoping that it would solve my issue of not being able to use the headset on xbox gamechat, but instead of fixing the problem it seems to have disabled my mic on xbox entirely. The mic works fine on my laptop through discord but just doesn’t work at all anymore on my xbox except in the “razer audio setup for xbox” app. Can anybody help me fix this.

My Kraken won’t connect to my pc. The headset turns on and says pairing but no matter what I try, my pc wont recognise it. It’s receiving my other Bluetooth devices just fine but not my headset for some reason. I've tried updating drivers, reinstalling the razer software, and even factory reset the headset, but nothings working.

I just upgraded to razer synapse 4. and sadly I should have kept synapse 3. The key rebind function don’t seem to work on my Razer Blackwidow. I used to bind m1 to alt+0 and m2 to alt+9. Now it doesn’t work. It seems to be widespread. Is there anything planned to fix this ? And if not, can you just give us back Synapse 3 ?

Hallo All, Could you please help if there is any cross-comaptible chart/sheet for the devices ? Earpads are not available for "Kraken Pro V2" (I tried lunzo and never arrived -not that it took 90 days waiting). I am just hoping that any other Razer headphones' pads can still fit - this is a good device I would not trash it just because there is no replacement pads available. model is rz04-0205 Thank you in advance

Hello, as in the title, mouse and dongle do not pair. I can see the mouse ‘searching’ to pair (glowing white LED on the mouse), but never seems to pair with the dongle (connected to the laptop and ‘seen’ by windows). Used the utility programs to update both mouse and dongle (updated now to latest as of today) and also tried the pairing utility program - this recognized both the dongle and mouse, and even said ‘pairing successful’, but mouse remains unpaired with dongle (reconnected the dongle and restarted the mouse a couple of times). Might be important to note: the mouse is bought used via amazon. The mouse worked ok for a couple of days, after which it only worked wired. Noticed the dongle is no longer recognized by windows. After googling about this issue, it does seem like it is widespread with the model of mouse. Someone proposed, and many confirmed, baking the dongle PCB - after doing this the dongle is again recognized by windows. This is when I did the updates via the utility

Can anyone advice whether the razor raiju tournament edition controller works on android devices and if so why doesn't it do anything in any of my games(I already connected with the app and everything but when I enter a game none of the controlls work) works perfectly on my console tho but want to use it on the phone aswell(any feedback is greatly appreciated)
