Hi all, I've had an issue with my Razer Tartarus space button (Key 20) working intermittently. Then yesterday it totally cut-out I opened the keypad and found the "Button" flex PCB was broken; continuity checks found the break was at the bend point which makes sense highlighted in the photos attached. I’ve had the keyboard for around 2 years with frequent use so not surprised this flex design broke. I could spoof a key 20 press by shorting the connector, so I knew the controller PCB was fine. I bodge fixed the keyboard by putting a tactile switch in over the connector bus ideally, I would be able to buy / be sent a replacement flex PCB by Razer. Part numbers I can see on the flex are “7141EJ”, “18333” and “65C000005330” If anyone from Razer reads this who can help it would be greatly appreciated! I really don’t want this keyboard to turn into E-Waste! Kind Regards, Jack

Hello Looking for older versionions of firmware for the Razer Lancehead prior to 1.02

Hey guys, I'm trying to use both chroma and synapse 4 but neither are working. I can use everything else on my pc but those two are the only ones not working, both will only open up for a fraction of a second but they won't stay open. I've tried many different ways to fix the issue from repairs to deleting them but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

As another thread from 3 years ago stated, I do not know how to install the standoff screws for AM4. I can attach them to my motherboard just fine, but they don't come through the cooler bracket far enough to attach the thumb screws.  I read the installation article and it doesn't say anything other than to use the AM4 standoffs 

I just bought this headset recently and i have been using it but whenever i join voice chat or something like that in any game or discord, other sounds except for voice chat become blurry, muffled, low-quality, it feels as though i’m using a 20$~ headset. Please help, I tried speaking qith supoort but they said it was normal on bluetooth, problem is I CAN ONLY USE BLUETOOTH, my laptop has 2 USB A ports and they’re both being used for my keyboard and mouse. I just sent back a pair of steelseries headphones because their mic didn’t work, i dont want to refund this and wait for a new one AGAIN please.

I have bought Razer Blackshark V2 Pro but THX Spatial Audio is not working, I tried to add the device through my profile in the website. No result. When I open advanced back and back it returns to Stereo mode and no change in sound. SN: HN2219D13007210

I need to know whether the code has already been redeemed and the date and time when the code was used.

The circuit board on the cable that controls the volume and mute has the cables detached from it, resulting in the headphones not working. Does anyone know where I can contact?

I’ve had the PlayStation version of the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for less than a month, and the wireless dongle has suddenly stopped working. I’ve already reviewed the manual, followed the FAQs, and tried all troubleshooting steps I could find online, but nothing has resolved the issue. Any help with troubleshooting or details on getting a replacement would be greatly appreciated!

The viper v3 pro's sensor out of nowhere began giving out, making my cursor skip around randomly when im flicking or moving it, no matter how much i clean the sensor with canned air or clean my mousepad, it still keeps skipping around and disconneting when im moving my mouse. When i try another mouse it works perfectly fine so i know it's something with the viper v3 pro.

I got this headset a few weeks ago and this has been an issue for the entire time.I had a barracuda before this that didn’t have this issue, but it was just an X, no chroma.The headset will disconnect as soon as I walk some distance from my computer and then beep twice, it will connect again when I approach my computer. It is advertised to have a much longer range, and the older model I used to use didn’t have this issue. It is connected to my PC via the usb connector it came with. It also sometimes disconnects randomly when I am at my computer and not moving away. It also for some reason causes my chroma profile to reset, as it visually changes color on my keyboard and mouse when it disconnects.Help is appreciated.

so when im trying to instal any software from razer im getting text file that says “access denied” and i can’t do anything can someone pls help im trying to install surround sound.

Hello everyone,I’m looking for some help regarding an issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset.Initially, the problem started with the USB dongle repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting. I tested it on several different computers and the behavior was always the same: it would connect normally, audio would work for a short time, and then it would enter a constant reconnect loop.Now, the situation has gotten worse and the dongle no longer works at all. It is not recognized properly and the headset cannot connect anymore.The headset itself seems to be functioning normally, so the issue is clearly related to the dongle.Has anyone experienced a similar problem?Is there any way to replace the dongle, and if so were can I find a new one?Thank you in advance for your time and help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have only had my blackshark v3 pro for xbox/ pc for four months and the dongle has failed already for such a high price i would expect it to last for quite a while. can I get a replacement please. 

My side buttons stopped working, and only my mouse 4 and 5, while playing an fps game, where i have a low ish dpi and i move my mouse side to side a lot. i bought this mouse over 3-4 years ago but have only really used it more recently, since mid 2025 until about 2 months ago. since i already had a viper ultimate ive switched to that, but found my experience on the da v2 to be way better for my hands and feel, and i dont want to spend anything on a replacement if im able to fix it on my own.

Hi all, I am trying to access my Synapse 4 logs to retrieve the product s/n of my Razer Naga Pro mouse. I believe I should get a link via email from support but I can’t find a way to request it. Any idea? Thanks in advance for any help 

I bought myself the "Razer Blackshark V2 x" headphones, but when I connected them the sound became just awful (like from a barrel), I decided to download the drivers but for some reason the program does not see the headphones 

Is there still a possibility to adjust Razer Baracuda PRO ANC level in Razer Synapse 4? As fas as I know there was an option to do it in Razer Synapse 3 but I don’t see this option in Razer Synapse4? I can only switch between ANC and ambient mode.

Hi ,I accidentally spilled some water on my Razer Huntsman V2 TKL last night.The keyboard power is on ,but I noticed a specific issue: some keys are now displaying the wrong RGB colors (discoloration).Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a potential fix for this, or does this mean there is permanent damage to the PCB? Any advice would be much appreciated.Thanks!

I am writing this in case anyone else has the same issue.  I was able to resolve it. Just updated my OS. (Mac Tahoe 26.2) and Synapse no longer could find my wireless mouse.  I am using the Mouse Dock.  I was able to plug the mouse into the same cable that is used for the Mouse Dock and it recognized the mouse just fine, so I had to choose between using the mouse wired or not using the mouse at all.How I resolved this: Connected the mouse to the cable.  Went to my computer’s Bluetooth settings and set it to look for devices. As the computer was looking for devices, I unplugged the mouse from the cable and switched it to Bluetooth.   Synapse no longer recognized the mouse but the computer recognized the mouse. Connected the Mouse Dock to the cable.   Synapse recognized the Mouse Dock. In Synapse, opened the Mouse Dock settings and told it to pair with a device.   Once it started looking for a device to pair to I switched the Mouse to the 2.4MHz setting, and the Mouse Dock recognized the

Bought the headset and went to play Arc Raiders. Outside of party chat i can hear my friends and it looks like I'm talking but they cant hear me at all. Party chat works fine and its just this game i have issues with.
