i have a razor huntsman mini and a razor basilisk v3 and whilst i have razor synapse open my devices profiles wont open so i am unable to use the remapping function for my mouse however when i close the app the on board profiles load which is frustrating as i need to have it open as some features are unable without it has anyone run into this and have you found a solution.

Bluetooth paring doesn’t seem to work.  I tried to pressboth left + right + wheel scroll button for 10 secs, no luck Both side buttons and wheel scroll button for 10 seconds, no luckBoth side buttons and first DPl button for 10 seconds, no luck Can anyone suggest what I should do next?  Thanks in advance. 

ive had my razer viper ultimate for a couple years, haven’t had any issues with it until the past week. now its skipping and its near impossible to play fps games with. ive tried deleting my drivers like a forum here said, clean reinstalling synapse, updating the firmware, cleaning the sensor, etc. it works perfectly fine when wired, i only have issues when trying to use it wirelessly via the dongle. ive also tried using other ports on my pc, nothing has worked

I've had my headphones for two months, the cable keeps fraying on its own, rendering it unusable, and today, for no reason, my microphone stopped working. I want a refund. 

One of the welds connecting a wheel to the base of my Enki X chair failed, and now the wheel has come off and cannot be re-attached. Is there any way to order a replacement base since it doesn’t seem like this can be fixed myself as it was welded piece. Thanks!

I wonder why this headset mic processing is so bad, even if I turn off all effects there is a still an underline processing that kills the mic performance sounding terrible like I am with the flu all the time and this is very bad because I cant use the mic is is terrible and it is a very expensive headset with a good hardware and the software is just killing it.

Hello I have a Blade 15 RTX 2070Part number:RZ09-03017W01-R3W1When trying to turn on it fails multiple times, eventually it will turn on. It has lost the time in the bios and I assume it cmos battery will be causing the issues.Apparently Razer uses rechargeable cmos batteries so I assume it’s failed. Any ideas where I can buy a replacement as I don’t wanna order it and have to wait to reassemble in between.

In addition to that, the headband is already peeling, even though the headset has been used less than five times.I bought this microphone very recently, around Christmas, so it’s practically new. It’s honestly impossible for it to already have these kinds of issues.The reason we chose this brand is precisely because of its reputation for quality. Hello, I just bought the product, i connected the led strip to my phone on gamer room app. The problem is its not detected from my pc. I use ethernet cable, is this a problem? I tried everything that i think of but i couldnt find a solution. Im using synapse 4, i redownloaded it but still didnt work. Any ideas please?Thanks.

I have had my rgb controller for a good few months now and it worked perfectly fine with synapse 3 but now with synapse 4 when starting up it turns off all fans rgb and I have to adjust the brightness in order to get them to turn back on, could someone please assist.

I have this issue a lot of times, when my light on the right bottom is green but the screen and buttons won’t work. The reset works most of the times but now not when I am on vacation and need my laptop. I need really quick a Fix for it 

Over the last week, my Tartarus Pro has been randomly triggering keys when my hand is nowhere near it. It’s always a random key(or several keys), not the same key every time. This has caused multiple failures in games, and I now have to unplug it when I’m doing work. My question is whethere this might be a software issue or if I need to replace the unit? This is my third Tartarus and I bought it in 2022, so it’s got some miles on it. I don’t want to drop the funds on a new unit if it’s a software issue though. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Also, please develop a Tartarus Pro V2 or something. The thumbstick is the most important part of the device for me, and none of the competition have one.

I have owned a Razerblade 15 now for a few years, the original one I brought had an issue where the screen just went black. The laptop itself worked when connected to an external monitor but the screen wouldn’t come back on.  After months of back and forth this was replaced under warranty, now with the replacement laptop I have, the exact same issue has happened. I’ve reached out to Razer Support and because this isn’t under warranty because it’s a Replacement Laptop they won’t help me with this issue. I think it’s ridiculous that a nearly £4000 laptop can have issues this consecutively and the Company aren’t trying to solve it going forward. Has anyone had this issue before? I’m going to start looking at contacting an Ombudsman as it’s crazy to me that a laptop that expensive doesn’t even last over 2 years.

Hello! I bought the Razer Baracuda headphones. I'm having the following problem: when charging the headphones, the sound cuts out and I can't turn it back on and CANT PAIR OR UPDATE THE FIRMWARE because the headset is recognized.

I need to know what power adapter I need for the Leviathan V2 RC30-039201. After searching online the outputs on all of the adapters are different, so I just need to know what the correct output is for the power adapter so I can order another.

Hi, I know this topic has been raised quite a bit but there does not seem to be any definitive solutions to actually resolve it. Two of my keys ‘h’ and ‘v’ would be intermittently on and off last year (sometimes when I press the keys it will work sometimes it doesnt) but now it has stopped working completely and I am needing an external keyboard to be even typing this. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and cleaning the keyboard but it is just these two keys that are not working and it is increasingly frustrating as the laptop is my main driver for work.Has anyone encountered the same problem, and were you able to resolve it?

My laptop is set to go to sleep after 20mins - when this happens, it won’t switch back on, I can see it has power and the keyboard would light up but the screen stays black, so I have to switch the laptop off using the power button and switch back on. I need urgent help as this caused me to lose work twice already. Customer support is currently down.Thanks
