Streamer Companion App Not responding, Whenever I run the app, nothing comes up at all. Same thing when I run it as an admin.  I've uninstalled / reinstalled it (quite a few times).

I own a RZ09-0409BEC3 (Razer Blade 15 2021 Model) and I was looking to expand my storage through the use of the second M.2 NVMe slot - my understanding (which is limited) based on research is the the slots are backwards compatible but would just limit a SSD to the slots gen speeds. So Gen 4 will work in a Gen 3 slot but at Gen 3 speeds, etc. I recently brought a Samsung 9100 PRO PCIe 5.0 x 4 NVMe M.2 SSD since I might be upgrading in the future and it’s not appearing in BIOs or Windows Disk Manager. Can you confirm if a 5th Gen SSD is compatible and if not what is the make Gen I can use?

Hello, I have an issue with my barracuda pro, It is not showing up on my laptop and I cannot set the product to my default speaker and mic. without it, i cannot customize the headsets EQ and everything. I tried everything, restarting, resetting,  uninstalling, repairing.

I have a Razer Kraken Ultimate (USB) on PC.  I can’t get the PC to recognize the device as anything other than speakers and with stereo as the only sound option. I’ve tried uninstalling the device, checking synapse settings etc.

The App keeps crashing when laptop connects to my Razer Laptop Stand v2 which then connects to Razer monitor stand, Deathstalker TKL  and Basilik v3.Only Synapse and Chroma app is installed in the office laptop. Good day all, My Razer blades battery was due for replacement (swollen and excessive wear). Could only find 3rd party battery in my region. Received the new battery, installed it but the blade wont turn on on battery and wont charge the new battery.What I've observed and tried so far :Turns on with official power supply. Can disconnect power supply once on and runs of new battery (flashing red power led) 0V and no capacity displayed in battery report. Windows just shows 100% but never drops. Have tried power drain (holding power button for 15 seconds with white light) Have uninstalled windows battery management driver (No change) Have tried a type C charger (Not charging) Have tried calibration, ran for 30 minutes YT loop before shutting down (still not charging)This seems to be a common problem across multiple models and years of Razer laptops, and luck of the draw with 3rd party batteries (not many options around).  Also sounds like there's no more new oem stock of these batteries (R

I purchased a Razer Blackwidow V3 TKL on December 27th. After about a week of use, I noticed that some keys sounded and felt different. Specifically, the 0, F8, and * keys sounded and felt unlike the others. I'd say they have different switch sounds and feel. It feels like they have a different switch than the green switch. What steps should I take regarding an exchange or warranty claim?

I just received my Deathadder V3 Pro that comes with the 8k Hyperpolling adapter.  The first thing I did was install Synapse and then I checked the Razer website for firmware updates.  I do see a very recent firmware update for the mouse so I downloaded it and attempted to update my mouse.  My mouse is not detected by the firmware update utility.  I have tried choosing both the left option, for updating the dongle and the mouse, and the right option, for updating just the mouse.  I have tried plugging the mouse in directly, switching USB cables, switching USB ports, plugging only the wireless dongle in (using a Logitech to control the PC), removing drivers from device manager, reinstalling Synapse, and finally another PC (Win 10).  I also tried downloading the firmware updater for just the Hyperpolling dongle but it does not detect the dongle either.  I have not had any problems with Logitech or Glorious software detecting mice and doing firmware updates.  Can someone please assist? Th

HiI just bought a Kraken v4 headset and was gonna set up the surround sound. Downloaded the app and it said that I don´t have any activated surroundsound products. I had to register my headset by giving you some sort of code. But I don´t have any code. The box only contained the headphones in a black back and nothing else. I googled what you ment with code and saw that you apperently should have gotten a card with a scratch code on it. I didn´t get that in my box. There is nothing. So, what do I do now?

The Razer Deathadder V3 Pro (Smooth Touch) does not appear to work wirelessly with the Razer Atlas glass mousepad. The Razer Deathadder V3 Pro comes with a “Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle” (which is apparently different from the “Hyperspeed Dongle” used with other mice, at least according to this page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20273/~/razer-deathadder-v3-pro-(smooth-touch)-%7C-rz01-046303-support-&-faqs). When using this mouse while plugged in directly to the PC, wired, it can track just fine on the Razer Atlas surface, so my mouse sensor does not appear to be having any issues. However, when I try to use the wireless dongle, it stops recognizing the mousepad and cannot seem to adjust to the Razer Atlas. I do not have this issue when using the mouse wirelessly with the Razer Goliathus or Gigantus or Strider, all of which are cloth mousepads. Thus, the issue appears to be with the dongle. Also, I have run the pairing utility successfully. I do not know of any

Hello, I am using the Blackshark v2. When I record something with the microphone and listen to it afterwards, there is always a slight crackling sound. This is very annoying. How can I fix this? Next, the recording itself is a bit quiet. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere to adjust the microphone gain. The search engine AI recommended this to me, but there are no settings under Sounds -> Recording -> Properties and nothing in Synapse either.What can I do?

We have the 2022 Blade 15 (SKU RZ09-0421x).  I got my son the Core X V2.0 for Christmas and it just refuses to work! The current best I can do is to get the Core to see the Blade’s internal GPU.  So many different things tried. It all leads to one question. Is Thunderbolt PCIe tunnelling disabled by firmware policy on SKU RZ09-0421x, and is there any firmware that enables it?
