Hello. I have bought a Razer Barracuda X Mercury 2022 from a technology store (Vatan Bilgisayar/ Vatan Computer) few hours ago. I faced a problem with my new headset which is; i couldn’t connect the headset to my pc. My pc case doesn’t have a type-c entry so i used the type-c to usb converter cable. I have plugged in the usb tip to the case and type-c dongle to the type-c tip. Then i turned power on of the headset (i charged the headset to full before doing all of that.). Normally when you plug in any usb or type-c device to your pc/laptop it will make a noise like ‘’hey, a thing just plugged in to me’’ but nothing happened. After a few seconds my pc made the noise and a pop-up showed up on my notifications panel it says the usb device you plugged in is broken, something like that. How it can be broken i just bought it? Some time ago my Dongle for my Razer Barracuda X 2021 broke so i went and bought a Razer Barracuda X (2022) dongle: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-audio/Razer-Barracuda-Series-USB-Wireless-Transceiver/RC30-03780100-R3M1. The mouse has been working untill a couple of days ago when the mouse buttons 4 and 5 stopped working, I’ve tried rebinding them reinstalling synapse nothing has worked so far. If you have a fix please let me know. Thanks

I recently got my razer blade unboxed it at my house and when I tried to setup windows with my home wifi it won't work. I then was forced to use my mobile Hotspot. After the windows 11 setup I tried re installing the driver, performes network resets , etc. (All precautions on google I did it all). And it did not fix my problem of connecting to my home wifi. Other devices or laptop have no problem connecting to my Home wifi. Is there a fix? Or I have to get a wifi usb card? The mediatek 7 card inside the laptop does not perform well.

I have a problem with the Razer App Engine. It has a lot of processes running on the system. It makes me turn off the processes and the software doesn't work, and consequently the mouse services don't work. The program must be modified by your developers to run one or two processes at most.

Hey so i brought a Razer Orntana v3 x today and the “FN” button doesnt work when the razer synapse app is open and running in the back, but when i force close synapse it works fine. I havent altered anything in the app for it not to work and unsure how to fix as i cant find anything about it.

Hello.I have reinstalled your software due to OS reinstall, and for some reason, my keyboard is showing no cloud profile while the mouse cloud profile is visible in the app.Additionally, cloud shows no potential import profile for the keyboard as well, meaning I need to do all the macros yet again.Please, fix this, I don’t know why you constantly poke a function that used to work well, especially when it comes to profiles that none of us gamers want to do more than once.  

Due to a client of mine sitting on my dongle and bending it my controller no longer works on my xbox so I am seeking a replacement dongle for the controller to work on my xbox. I have not been able to find one anywhere or any real answers on where to obtain one, there seems to be a replacement option for everything but the wolverine v3.any help would be appreciated as I would be gutted that a device that has such a hefty price tag can be rendered useless, due to an item that should have a replacement purchase option.

Hello everyone !In 2018 my previous Razer mouse died (a Razer DeathAdder v2). I will add that during all the lifetime of this device (around 6 years), I experienced absolutely no software or hardware issues (mouse got old, clicking started to fail, got a replacement).As a replacement I have bought the Razer Deathadder Elite. And with it came Synapse… Oh Razer Synapse… What a software…It proves to me how much a software can fail you while a simple driver can just do its job and work well.Ever since I had synapse involved I ran into MANY software issues that keep getting more and more annoying.The last issue is that my mouse keeps getting disconnected. Dear Razer,  I managed to verify an EDU discount account with email kim.lau02@xjtlu.edu.cn. Because I have also created this account earlier (kimhanglau@gmail.com), it thought to delete it. It believed that have I accidentally  deleted my EDU discount account instead. It now says, “Your account has been locked temporarily.  Please contact customer support” . I want to place an order now but I am stuck. Please help.

Hello,Recently my razer viper ultimate has been disconnecting and re-connecting every few seconds. Tried the following: -Removed device from my PC and reinstalled-Checked to see if there were any firmware updates  (there weren’t any new ones)-Tried multiple different USB slots on my PC and even tried different devices and still causing the same issue When I plug the cable from the dock directly into my mouse and PC, it works just fine with no issues, so there is something wrong the dongle itself. My product is old and out of warranty so I’m sure I would have to buy a new one, problem is it only comes in black while my mouse, dock, and dongle are all white. Is there a way to get a new white viper ultimate dongle? I would like to keep all of the items the same colour.

The dongle was working perfectly up until this morning where it started doing the connect disconnect loop on windows. I tried different ports, same issue. Used it on a mac and had the same loop issue trying to connect. I have been using this mouse for about 1 year now with no issues. Mouse works ok if I connect it with the cable

Hello everyone , i have the seiren v3 mini microphone and i want to remove the support rod form the microphone so i can move it to an arm stand. But its stuck and i dont know how to remove it . If i use tools i will rpobably damage the rod and i dont want to do that. Any help or opinion will be happily accepted thankyou!

I bought a Wolverine V3 Pro at the end of March, and I’ve loved the controller. However, this most recent firmware update seems to have disabled the ability to update the controller directly on the Xbox (You know, the device this product is marketed for) and now requires a PC to do so. Which is confusing because I successfully updated the controller through the Xbox app when I purchased it, but no longer. Anyone from Razer paying attention to this massive issue?

I uninstalled, checked settings, pulled keycap and cleaned, downloaded firmware, nothing works. Outside of warranty. If I take it somewhere to diagnose/repair what’s a normal cost? I’m just trying to determine if it’s worth repair or if I just need to go buy a different keyboard. Usually I wouldn’t care about a single key but I’m in school and having to restructure the way I write to avoid questions is awkward. 

In Xbox Mode, using the Windows Xbox Controller App for Razer, the Wolverine V3 pro is able to power off after X minutes of idle, even while charging. However, when you change it to PC mode to use Synapse 4, the controller no longer powers off when idle while charging. Is there a fix for this or will you have a future update to address this issue in Synapse 4? I would like to be able to charge my Wolverine V3 Pro using Synapse 4 and have it power off automatically when idle. Thank you

Ever since I bought this laptop a year and a half ago, I’ve been having issues. I had to return my 1st one to get a replacement b/c Razer Support didn’t know what the problem was and sent me a new one. My issue was the following:Laptop wouldn’t wake up from sleep mode despite following Razer-suggested solutions; I had to soft reboot often to use the computer. BSOD Random rebooting without me doing anything; One time this happened, WiFi was nowhere to be seen. I had to reboot the computer for the driver/WiFi to come back. Laptop wouldn’t turn on.I’m hoping folks have found a solution that they coud recommend to me. This is the most expensive computer I’ve purchased and the recurring issues is VERY disappointing. May be the factor that turns me on to Macs...smh.

I've got an issue with my Razer Kiyo RZ19-02320 webcam Firmware Ver2.3.2 (the only webcam I have for my desktop PC; it has no built-in cam) not functioning with Zoom, which I need to use for work meetings. I've done all the troubleshooting I know how to. When I open the Zoom app (using Windows 10), and even when I use Zoom within the Google Chrome browser as an extension, it only shows a black screen with all video settings set to be using the Razer Kiyo - although it only reads as USB Video Device (though it can only be the Kiyo). I feel like when Zoom opens initially, I get a .0001 second's worth of video that's being captured by the Kiyo because I get a glimpse of my face, but it typically goes directly to black, despite the Kiyo clearly functioning, its ring light being on, etc. The microphone/audio portion also works just fine. Things I've done already:Uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app. 3 times.Updated and confirmed

Hi there. I just bought a BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and i can’t make it appear in Synapse. I tried with Synapse 3, 4 and nothing. They worked on pc or phone via Bluetooth but can’t make them to appear in the app. In device manager they are detected as USBAudio1.0. I tried to reinstall the app multiple times and nothing. I tried to update the firmware of the headset but it cannot detect my doungle.  

My screen brightness upon startup seems fine initially, but then sets itself down quite low before I can even sign in. When pressing the Fn brightness keys the bar will pop up on screen but does not move, and says it’s around 45%. When viewing this in the display settings it says the brightness is at 80% (which it most definitely is not) and although I can move that bar, it pops back to 80% immediately after - the actual brightness does not change, just the bar does.  I have clean reinstalled every driver under the sun, used all of the updating tools from Razer, and attempted to find settings related to brightness in the Bios to no avail. I’m at a loss at this point and all of the other solutions from threads online for this type of thing, like scanning for corrupted windows files (which it did find and replace) came up short. My best guess is there’s probably a Bios thing that I have missed, as the startup Razer logo and Bios menu appear at full brightness, so I don’t
