I have tried to factory reset, recalibrate, firmware update but the sensor is still not working. purchased via amazon uk 22/11/2023 - invoice nr:204-7606781-4698744.Due to your website states this mouse have a 2 years warranty, could you please advise what is the right process to return the item please?thank you

Hello,Just brought Blackwidow v4 Low profile which ios only suporrted by Synpase 4, not 3. My mice and pad works with v3/ My old Blacwidow works perfect with V3 but just broken after 8 years.While isntalling Synapse4 it`s dowloading a lot of hrs some data (22GB), laptop freezed, low virtual memory error and what, nothing, It simply not wkring for expensive toys. And what now ? Can not use RGB as I wish for a lot of money. Razer support, any fix ?Dariusz.

Bought a new Laptop w Windows 11 and I cannot finalize the Razor Synapse 4 set up. Every time that I try to open the Synapse It asks me to Login and afterwards the downloading begins, but never ends.A couple days ago I tried and it was a lot more confusing because the numbers were big - 14523/235 KB.

Images of keyboard and LAYOUT not loading in synapse 4 no mater what i do. Reinstall did help !   

As stated, my blacksharks do not work at all without being plugged into an active charger. The lights that usually indicate that they have battery or are pairing do not turn on no matter how long the power button is held or how many times it is pressed. Even when I do plug them in and turn them on, they show up as off in Synapse 4. Additionally, I can’t find the serial anywhere on the underside of the left earcup. All the text there reads as follows (with the numbers X’d and letters N’d out because they might be important) X-X-XXX-XXNN-NNNNCAN ICES-003(B) / NMB-003(B) IC: NNNNX-XXNNNNNNFCC ID: XXX-XXNNNNNN

Randomly disconnected on me. Wireless features do not work. When plugged in the computer wired everything works however the second you disconnect it light goes off no power, no sound. I can plug into a usbc off wall and power on normally and connects via bluetooth however not dongle. once unplugged lights go off, no power, no sound. did factory reset via app and holding down button while plugged in. fireware and software are up to date. less than a year old. also does not indicate charging anymore, stuck at 70%. 

Was playing until it suddenly stopped working, only had this mouse for a month and it just feels like I just wasted so much for it to last that long. Pls tell me there is a way to fix it without having to get through the shell and or maybe I hit a certain key combo that just randomly disabled it.

So I’m having issues with my deathstalker v2 pro keyboard as it its refusing to charge when connected to my pc with the official cable.I went onto the site to get support and it says I am out of limited warranty, even though I have registered the keyboard with my razer id and only purchased it from a valid retailer 31 Aug 2025 (less than 3 months ago). That can’t be right can it?Pretty sure the limited warranty on keyboards is 2 years. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have a razer viper 8k, and it was working fine until today, where the right mouse button just suddenly stopped working. All the other buttons work fine. Any idea how to fix? I've tried plugging it back in, restarting my computer but somehow the right mouse button is still broken. Sometimes it seems to "come back" where the right mouse button starts clicking again but it quickly breaks again. No idea why that happens. Any fixes i should try? I think I've had it for quite a while now though.. 

Hello,  I’m wondering if I am able to just purchase a battery from razer for my 2025 14 blade because it’s faulty, and is stuck at 0%, I only got it 4 months ago and I have warranty so is that an option? I would love to enquire about a new battery because, living in Australia, It would take significantly longer to send my faulty laptop back to an authorised hub and for Razer to install a battery themselves.  Thanks

Good evening,I bought an Enki in January of 2022.  It’s been great to me all this time.  Today, I sat down and I heard a loud POP and then a screw fell out of the bottom.  I looked at it and saw that the base was broken (opened up a bit) and then the screw was broken.  Sheared at the tip.  I obviously don’t have any sort of warranty… Dunno if its even safe to sit in at this point.  If I can purchase a new base mechanism… Hope that there’s some advice here.  I look forward to hearing from you.  

I have Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed which i like but i do have one issue, the placement of the button to switch between devices. I use one for work and one for home use. The problem is I need to lift the mouse every time, couple times a day then sometimes in dark environment guess which way to push the button to have it on correct device. After some time you just wonder, shouldn't that be just much easier??? Can somebody at Razer make future upgrades to this?Allow device switch in synapse key programming to be able to do it with any of top keys- that would be awesome! Move device switch button to the top of the mouse and make it lid so you know which device it is connected to - great start would be how it works on Logitech M720 TriathlonI hope something can be done!Cheers! 

I purchased a razor black shark v3 x hyperspeed for Xbox(RZO4-054202)not so long ago and so far it’s been great. But I tried to play arc raiders and noticed none of my friends could hear me but I can hear them. When I speak the game is picking up my voice shown by an icon over my profile. Xbox parties and Discord work fine i can hear them they can hear me etc. I Haven't tried any other games to see if this problem reoccurred. Other headsets work fine with arc raiders just not this one. Iv tried to see if an update was required but there is none available for this model. Has anyone got a fix for this would be much appreciated.

Hi, just bought Basilisk V3 mouse, and I encountered an issue, in which I cant normally move my mouse from one window to another.i have 4 screens, with this setup for years (layout https://imgur.com/a/1hIuBN3) I cant cross at all normally between screen 1 ↔ 2, 3 ↔ 4, 1 ↔ 3. Other screen pairs require huge speed. I have connected the mouse to different USB computers I have restarted the computer multiple times Razer Synapse version is 4.0.86.2510220630 (newest) I have all snap windows 10 features disabled using older mouse (non razer), works just fine I can move the mouse to specific window (‘breaking the barrier’) by greatly increasing mouse move speed, but I'm not going to fight with mouse all the time screens are positioned perfectly in windows 10 settings, I can see it by dragging some window.
