I’ve noticed that the battery on my 2019 Razer Blade that I purchased brand new has started expanding and bulging. It’s started to push my mousepad up. I’m afraid that I don’t have warranty so can’t just send it back to Razer for a free replacement. I’m wondering what replacement batteries would fit my laptop and what reputable company is recommended to purchase from. Probably I have to replace the battery myself!

My Razer Basilisk V3 developed an issue and I filed a warranty claim through Razer Global Support. They directed me to Acroma (their India service partner), and it’s been nothing but frustration.On 12th Sept 2025, I sent my mouse to Acroma’s head office using Delhivery Direct (bike courier). With this service there’s no AWB slip — instead you get a CRN number + in-app delivery confirmation (date, time, rider details, etc.). I have this proof and shared it multiple times.What happened next: Waited 3–5 days → no update. Emailed them → auto-template: “Product yet not received…” Tried WhatsApp → after bot replies, a rep finally admitted:“We have received your product in head office but physically not received to our team. When we receive then will update you on mail.” Few days later, their email changed to:“Case updated as product received as per your details. However, not physically received at our end. Kindly share POD.” 🤦 The issues: I already sent Delhivery’s official delivery c
As the title states, my Viper V3 was flashing red yesterday, I turned the mouse off and when I went to charge it, I plugged in the original cable, but nothing, no LED lights etc, it does not connect via wireless anymore either, no lights come on at all, I’ve tried on another device and no luck.
A while back I purchased the Razer Limited Edition Boba Fett Wireless Controller & Quick Charging Stand Bundle for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One. My dumb dog chewed up the cord that plugs into the Charging Stand. It is NOT a USB A or USB C cable, but rather a cable with a metal prong that plugs into the back of the of the charging station and the other side plugs into a standard wall/plug outlet. I would like to purchase a replacement cable but have no idea what to buy or where to buy it as the replacement options seem QUITE limited on the Razer website. Can anyone help me out here??

I need to purchase a replacement post/baseplate for my Razer Iskur V1 gaming chair. The weld keeping the tilt function of the chair broke and now leans forward all the time.
I had this problem for 6 months, it did not charge in the base but with the USB cable it did, but 2 weeks ago it stopped charging in all ways and its charge remained at 0%, the only way to use it is through the cable USB but it is very difficult since my CPU is a little far from my monitor so I can't move the mouse almost at all because the cable does not connect it to the USB.
its annoying to come to synapse 3 from synapse 2. linking profiles to games so when i am playing two diff games the profile switches happens sometimes.. other times it just doesnt.. and its a bloody rude shock to realise while playing that some macros arnt working (example - warframe)… cos the profile switch didnt happen! fix this software nitemare. however good the product maybe (naga trinity and the keypad -tarturus or something liek that)… its not worth it if the software is shit.i been checking forums and this issue apparently has been on for 3 to 5 years based on posts.. and yet no fixs.. if u are a .. still .. a company “for gamers by gamers” how long is it ok for this crap to continue?
Hi all! I just got a razer huntsman v3 pro and a basilisk v3 mouse. First thing I did was hook it up and install synapse and fire up call of duty to see how the keyboard felt and immediately I notice my A and D keys don’t work to move side to side so I try to switch to my controller but the controller now won’t work as well. All of my firmware is up to date and it doesn’t matter if I have the older version of synapse downloaded or the new beta version. As soon as I delete synapse and all traces of it from my pc and fire up call of duty I can unplug my controller and get A and D keys back and then when I plug the controller back in not only does it work but I can auto switch between controller and mouse and key on the fly again like it’s supposed to be. If I download synapse I instantly have all of the same issues again. It’s almost like it’s seeing the keyboard as a controller and not recognizing my other one anymore.
my camera stopped working midwork. I bought my razer kiyo camera 1.5 years ago. Today while working it started flashing and i couldnt turn it off. I unglugged it, restarted my laptop, and now it flashes once and the camera doesn’t turn on. if i go into zoom video settings it flashes continuously.
There is a firmware update for my controller but every time I try to do the update I get an ‘Update Failed’ message - if problem persists then to contact support or it states that the app lost focus.

Got the vertical edition of this mouse today and I was just playing around in the settings and out of curiosity how do you use the AI prompt master, namely the AI chat option with all the features? From what I see using ChatGPT opens it without a login and if you DO press login it just takes you to your web browser to login there, so there seems to be no way to login for the popup… thus limiting functionality
I have this RAZER HUNSTMAN MINI for about two years now with no problem what so ever but today I notice that one of the Keys particularly letter “O” is not synching with the lights. It just lights up white, already tried testing other RGB colors but none seems to work and when I turned off all the lights it still shows white light. I also tried also TS recommended on Razer website from reset to update to testing to other PC but still the same issue persist. Since my product is out of warranty, any fix to this or can razer replace the lights as I am willing to pay to do so. Btw I am from Philippines so Support is quite hard to reach here ISSUE PHOTOS

Hey all, I’ve got a Blackwidow X Chroma and I’ve noticed that recently the H key seemingly works randomly, sometimes it’ll be fine while I type (like now) but other times I’ll notice it’ll miss the key completely.I’ve cleaned the keyboard and sprayed some compressed air around it.Can the actual key (not the cap) be removed so I can clean the contacts underneath? Couldn’t find an obvious way to do so.
