Hoy compré unos audifonos Blacksark V2 PRO resulta que la cuenta que el correo que tenia vinculado a Facebook lo perdí y no sabia que llegaría allí el código de activación. No reclame el codigo ya que no tengo acceso a ese correo. Sin embargo pude crearme una cuenta nueva y registrar nuevamente mis audífonos nuevos. I’m attempting to pair my DAv3 to a new hyperspeed dongle, the utility recognizes the dongle but does not recognize the mouse. Synapse and other razer software detects the mouse accurately however.

My partner got me this mic about 6 months ago. Recently it hasn't been working well and will turn of momentarily if bump or move it and occasionally I will have to unplug it and plug it back it. Yesterday it stopped working completely the light wont turn on and its not being recognised by my mac. What could be causing this issue ?

I recently purchased the Razer Kraken V4 Pro, but the haptic feedback  does not work at all on my unit.I previously owned the Kraken V3, and the haptics worked flawlessly, so I am familiar with how the feature should behave.On the V4 Pro I feel no vibration or haptic feedback whatsoever, regardless of the content being played.Troubleshooting already attempted: Installed the latest Razer Synapse 4 Updated firmware and checked for updates Enabled Haptic Intensity in Synapse Tested both Sensa HD mode and Audio-to-Haptics Confirmed audio is playing at sufficient volume Ran the Razer Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool Restarted Synapse and my PC Reconnected the headset and tested different USB ports Tried multiple games and media sources even my PS5 None of these steps made any difference. Additional details: Windows PC Synapse 4 installed Device is detected correctly All audio functions work normally Only the haptics feature is not functioning Has anyone experienced

I purchased a refurbished Kraken V3. I’m working with an iMac OSMontery version 12.7.6. I can get sound on certain programs (eg Audacity) but not others (eg Youtube). And I can’t get any sound out of the microphone. Any suggestions?

Hello,  I am in need of a replacement dongle for my Ultimate Razer Viper gaming mouse. The model number is RC30-030501. 

bought Razer blackshark v2 x headphones, I wanted to register the product, I filled everything in correctly. It says that the product is already registered, even though I bought new ones, and when I try to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound Code, it says that I need to register the device 

TLDR: BIOS update from 1.04 to 1.06 for the Razer Blade 18 (2024) with RTX 4090 initially appears to complete successfully but after reboot the BIOS version is still stuck on 1.04 so it seems the update is doing nothing while also not giving any errors. If anyone has any idea of how to fix this, help would be greatly appreciated 😅 MORE DETAILS/LONG VERSION:After trying multiple trouble shooting steps such as disabling windows hello, disabling microsoft vulnerable driver blocklist, memory integrity, and driver signature enforcement (via advanced startup), as well as updating intel management engine drivers, the bios update from 1.04 to 1.06 for the Razer Blade 18 (2024) with RTX 4090 still refuses to do anything. I run the installer as adminstrator and wait for the loading bar to finish, it then automatically restarts my laptop and then when I reboot again to enter bios, the bios still says it is on version 1.04.  Anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this so that I can update the bi

I got my chair back in 2022 and everything is still in good condition except that the leather on the seat is all cracked up. I’m wondering what my options are to replace the seat since it seems like a waste to throw out an otherwise good chair. Thanks!

I have tried Uninstaller synapse 4 and drivers and then reinstalling. Also I have tried updating firmware. Still sound only 1 ear.  

Hello, I registered my product (Kraken v4) to obtain the 7.1 sound activation code, but I haven't received the code. 

My razer viper v3 pro just wont turn on, the led wont flash, or anything at all, whenever i plug it into my pc it doesn’t work either, ive had the mouse for a couple months with 0 issues, it didnt start until last night i updated windows and shut down my pc and i woke up this morning and now it just wont work at all, ive tried plugging it into a different pc with different chords including the usb-c chord that it came with and ive had no luck.  Side note: I also had this problem with the viper v2 pro where the wireless dongle wont work so i have to use it wired which is why i decided to upgrade

I had bought a Razor Kraken V3 Hypersense and THX spatial audio key recently and installed the THX software. After installing the THX Spatial Audio software, i tried setting it as default output on windows and on the software i selected my SoundBlaster Katana V2X speaker and tried using it, there were no audio output. It worked completely fine for my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense. Also everytime i boot my PC, i receive an error message as such attached below. Is there a way to use the Software for my speakers or it only support the headset and how to rectify the error message. Thanks.  

I have a Seiren Elite microphone that stopped working a few years ago. At that time, I opened a support case, but the issue was not resolved.Recently, using AI tools, I was able to better understand what might have happened to my microphone. It seems that the firmware is corrupted or damaged, which is why Windows does not recognize it properly or initialize it as a microphone.I would like to know if it is possible to obtain the firmware to try to restore the device. I understand that I could buy a new one, but I would really like to try to fix this one if possible.I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.

Hi.My Razor Viper ultimate just stopped working over dongle. And I can not find drivers for my model (RC30-030501).All the links lead to model RZ01-03050 and when updating dongle, it just stops at 40% and go back to main screen.Does anybody have any solutions?
