My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2
I just recently bought the razer black shark v2 x and the mic isn't working. Ive tried going into my settings and turning the mic volume up, not only that its not muted. Please help.
Hello. Encountered a problem. After battery replacement in my Basilisk X Hyperspeed bluetooth connection stopped working.When I re-moved switch to OFF and to BT mode again - nothing happened. Not even usual blue blink on mode switching button. LED is not blinking and stays black in BT mode. Tried to enter pairing mode with 4+5+mode combination - nothing. Changed 5 batteries - no changes. When you enter dongle mode - everything is alright and working perfectly. But when you switch to BT mode - it’s not entering pairing mode and LED is not blinking blue, as it was before. Problem with any device I tried to pair to. Paired mouse was deleted before any attempt to pair again. Tried to hold left+mwheel+right button combination - blue led started blinking rapidly and mouse can be found with “dfubasilisk” name in available devices to connect. But this is not default mode and after I connect - “dfubasikisk” device is just added to paired list, but nothing happens next and mouse is not available
I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.
Hello,Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.Nothing seems to work.Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you in advance.
My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.
Yet again another failure from Razer… endless problems continue. My Basilisk V3 wired mouse suddenly stopped working, my laptop can’t see the device, synapse can’t see it, device manager can’t see it, firmware updater can’t see it… Basically there is no electricity power it receives when i plug it in. I didn’t drop my mice or something, it was perfectly fine yesterday night. I tried every method you can think of, sleep mode PC fix, uninstalling usb drivers, updates, re installing synapse, everything. It just feels like my mouse is dead on the inside for no reason. When i first bought it, without any drivers or synapse, it would still get the RGB light going on and my PC would detect a new device. But now, there is no power inside my mouse. No light. Nothing happens when i plug it in or out, it just looks DEAD. And yes i tried different usb ports but not a different PC yet. How am i gonna fix this?
I’m trying to connect my Blackshark v2 Pro to my Xbox with the razer audio setup app but it wont detect the headphones. I have the usb stick plugged in and the blue light is on which should mean it’s connected but the app won’t work for them. Are the Blackshark v2 pros not supported by the app?
Hello, I have problems with 2.4GHz dongle, it does not see the mouse and the pair is not making. The mouse is NOT visible also in Razer Synapse 3 when is set to 2.4GHz, only when is set on Bluetooth.The mouse is working on Bluetooth mode (but is a bit slowly).I mention that I updated the drivers, restarted the laptop, updated Windows, reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 and the problem persists, the mouse is working only on Bluetooth mode, with 2.4GHz the mouse is not visible and is not connecting to the dongle.
I've been using Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse for couple of months and lately when I try to use scroll wheel it started to jump up and down. Its happening in all browsers and games. If I try to scroll down the direction in the application I am using at the time will jumps up then 1 down (and vice versa) chaotically.As per the razer support article for this issue I have done all the following to no avail -Tested in another USB socket. Checked the firmware. Windows and nvidia driver are already upto date. Used a hand blower that I use for blowing out dust from inside the PC, on the gaps between and around the wheel. I dont run Synapse or any other Razor related bloatware in the background - its a mouse.As an engineer, this to me ‘looks and feels’ like a sensor error on the mouse, I did post aanother thread for this issue but its not longer visible?!
I’ve had my razor kitty headset since Christmas 2021 and they’ve recently started disconnecting a lot with a popping noise. I’m not sure if it’s a razer synapse issue because it’s everytime I move my laptop slightly it disconnects like there’s an issue with the usb/wire that’s broken ?? Is there a way I can fix this if it’s a wire issue ? Kinda upset they’re not even that old and they’re already showing signs of wear and tear :(
i’m on a macbook air m1 using a razer deathadder essential v2 and it keeps jumping when i scroll and i tried looking in synaps (2.0 because mac) it won’t even show up there
Are there any updates or plans on support for the new USB-C iPhones for the Razer Kishi (any version)? Backbone has announced support via firmware update. I’m hopeful we’ll get something similar for the Razer Kishi.
After updating synapse, there are problems with enabling thx spatial audio. When I click on thx spatial audio or stereo, the sound does not change.
I can't get a code for using the THX SPATIAL AUDIO program on my headphones, after registration I was given only 2 days of trial use, but as far as I know, either a code or a full subscription to the serial number of the product, should go to this model on website (Razer Blackshark V2)
When I play games (especially indie games from itch.io), my Huntsman V2 analogue is recognized as a controller even if all my keys are on their default keyboard settings. It causes the camera to move diagonally (towards the upper right corner) constantly. Unplugging my Huntsman fixes the problem and plugging a basic keyboard allows me to play the games normally, but I would like to be able to use my 300$ keyboard.(I dont have any controller plugged to my pc, and unlike other people posting about this issue, my problem is not that I cant use my xbox controller)Is there any way to make my games recognize my keyboard as a normal keyboard?
Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support
I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate with the charging dock, and I have set the lighting profile to be static purple, saved and updated the profile. Everytime I shut down my PC and boot back up, the mouse and dock are both cycling colours like it did when i first bought it. Every time I have to go into lighting profile, change it from static to something else, then back to static for it to stick…. Any ideas? Thank you
