HiBought a Razer gold card of $140 and the serial code is not complete 

Hello, there was a problem with two-factor authentication, for some reason after transferring the application with keys to a new phone, the codes for the account stopped working. I tried to find the Razer support service, but I could not find either it or an article on how to reset 2FA.I can provide the account data, in the form of a nickname and email, as well as serial numbers of devices, to competent specialists. Please help

My keyboard stopped working and I was stuck in demo mode. I tried all the different combinations as well as updating the firmware and updating Synapse. It finally started working again but whenever I open synapse it doesn’t respond. In my device manager it doesn’t say the name of the keyboard anymore like it used to, only HID Keyboard Device. I’m a PC noob, please help!

I own a Razer Blade 14 (2022), model RZ09-0427.Current BIOS version: 2.02 (2022-04-02).After installing the latest Windows 11 24H2 cumulative update (KB5065426), my laptop started experiencing serious stability issues: Random reboots, especially when exiting games. BSOD with CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. CPU running extremely hot (often ~100 °C). From community feedback, it looks like updating the BIOS improves stability and cooling behavior on this model. I bought DeathAdder v3 Hyperspeed with a hyperpolling dongle and arrived today, but the dongle didn't work, while the mouse worked fine. I tried to connect the dongle to my PC to update the firmware, but it didn't show that the dongle was connected, so I couldn't proceed with the update. It didn't show up on synapses either. How do I fix it?

I’m having a continued issue with my Razer Blackwidow (2019) having random keys stuck.  Doing searches I’ve found that there are people claiming that there is a secret “1.3” version of the firmware for the keyboard that attempts to fix the issue, but I don’t see ways to get a version that works in 2025 right now. While I like Razr products in general, I’ve been frustrated by this issue for a long time, and reviewing my current input products.

Dear Razer And community,I am trying to make the BIOS updater work. Current BIOS version: 2.02, 29-3-2021. My laptop Is extremely slow how? just starting the laptop in the morning from one day to another and poof it doesn´t work anymore and it takes minutes to open anything. I am now running windows 11 HOME. And have updated everything from the setting menu, check updates. Including the optional ones. I have disabled, core isolation, firewall, secure boot, antimalware, microsoft security all, Because of looking at the options online for a solution. I have updated all my driver using: snappy driver. and even this does not work. I am now at a point where I do not know what to do with my laptop and why all out of the blue it isnt working anymore. Als when checking with crystaldiskinfo, my hardware seems fine 99% good. What else can I do to make sure My laptop will run again as before? Could somebody confirm please that the left-handed Razer Deathadder is (or is not) supported in either Synapse 2 or 3?  Looking at the list of supported items I can’t see it on either, and neither version 2 or 3 recognise it. I’ve gone through the instructions to get devices recognised and no luck. The left handed version isn’t explicitly on the supported lists  but i’d be surprised (and disappointed ) if it weren’t  able to at least work with Synapse 2. Years ago it was supported and there are much older versions of mice on that list. 

Im not able to save profile on my TODAY bought Razer Huntsman V2 keyboard. I installed synapse 3. When I drag the profile to onboard memory slot It always bump out message saying "Your profile did not transfer successfully to your device's on-board memory slot, try again..."  EDIT:Tried running the program as admin, nothing, reinstalling it and nothing, erasing all optional modules nothing… i’m also not able to reset the keyboard settings after all that… fix this god  

Hello Razer i think your controllers are amazing thats why when my last one broke i bought the newest controller as well as a warranty and a Carbon fiber skin for the controller the only issue is i never received this skin and even paid 12 dollars for is so im confused how they packaged my controller but where the skin for it?

I’ve had my Blackshark long enough to be out of warrantee so support is super awesome. Updated Synapse and everything to be current and I have no sound coming through the speakers. Mic works just fine, my Nommo V2 speakers operate as normal but when I swap to my Blackshark I get no sound. Tried restarting, unplugging and replugging the dongle, and still now sound. Shows detected on the sound settings but doesn’t even show the sound bar moving up and down like other devices when selected as the default device. 

For a year or so I have been using my Kraken V3 (as an output) alongside a Seiren Mini (input) as my set-up.  During this time I have had almost no issues with it.  a few weeks ago I got the prompt to upgrade to Synapse 4, which I did and imported all my profiles, all in all fairly efficient - however after doing so I discovered that the mic mute button on the headset was no longer muting my mic (despite using a separate microphone this button has worked and muted my microphone input fine for the last year).  I uninstalled Synapse 4 and reinstalled 3 and that fixed the issue.  However yesterday the issue was displaying in Synapse 3 aswell.  Is this a functionality that has been written out? Is it a bug somewhere that wiill be fixed in time?  Already missing the ability to mute myself in a call without having to bind a mute button in all the different call softwares.

The leather seat on my chair has cracked. Can I purchase a replacement? Serial number. Please advise! 

yesterday i logged onto my PC like i do most Saturdays pulled up some games played for a bit then after about an hour it was time for me to get ready for work. i go to shutdown and notice that there was a forced windows update. so i updated and shut down. now my keyboard is responding very badly fake key presses, sticky keys is not being triggered despite the keys being triggered every few milliseconds to seconds. the keys i have identified as being affected include the print screen key, the left and right arrow keys, the delete key, the enter key, possibly more. the keyboard is entirely unusable. i have an older keyboard that also is a razer that is also mildly affected though not to an unusable degree. is anyone else having an issue with this? when the issue was specific to the left arrow key i updated from synapse 3 to synapse 4 and that is about when all hell broke loose and in essense has bricked my keyboard. the keyboard in question is a blackwidow v3 quartz.i have not spilled an

Hi,My Deathstalker V2 Pro is not charging.  I have it plugged in to the USB on my laptop permanently but it is not holding any charge.  It stays at 0%.  The charging monitor shows the charging status as active. I have updated the firmware and synapse software to no avail. Have you seen this issue before?  S/N: PM2227F65600475RegardsPhilip
