Razer BlackShark V2 Pro not detected in Synapse 3Dear Razer Support Team,I own a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), and recently it stopped being recognized by Razer Synapse 3. It no longer appears in the device list—neither as connected nor powered off. It is simply missing from Synapse entirely.Here is what I have tried so far:- Fully charged and powered on the headset- Tested the dongle on multiple USB ports (USB 3.0 and 2.0)- Switched between 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth modes using the SmartSwitch button- Rebooted Windows 11 and removed all Razer drivers via Device Manager- Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3 using the official Razer Removal Tool- Downloaded and launched the Firmware Updater – but the device is not detected there eitherDespite these steps, Synapse does not recognize the headset. In Windows Device Manager, it only shows up as a generic USB audio device with no detailed device information.Please let me know if there is a way to manually re-pair or repair the dong

Less than 1 year old Razer Blade 18. Using HWMonitor show CPU temperature hovering between 80c-90c during idle, and reach 100c easily if i starting even Chrome.  Cleaned the fans and its cooling system (use compressed air) and no change. Setting the system performance to low on Synapse still not helping. The upper case is hot to touch but the exhaust from fans is just slightly warm.  Does the system have issue with the physical heatsink itself?Other than this, any other possibility of other fault? Hardware, software?The system was running without issue until 2 days ago.  Thanks!

Just got the Deathadder v2 and I really like it. But I started noticing that the right side where my pinky finger rests feels kind of flimsy and kind of moves when I grip it. It is kinda squishy, like it is not firm. Can I check with someone on the serial number to see if it is still under warranty so I can get it replaced?

I recently realized that i can hear my voice a lot in my kraken.I looked it up and a lot of people say that you can turn this down or off in the synapse, but my headset is connected with a 3.5 mm jack. Can i somehow turn this off ??

My razer nommo pro stopped producing sound out of the sudden, the lights, switch all are working fine. just no sound. I troubleshoot and it says working fine.  

Hello,I’m using Fedora 42 and have a BlackWidow V3 that I’d like to use via Bluetooth or the 2.4 GHz dongle.However, Bluetooth fails to pair, and when I try the 2.4 GHz dongle, I see a potential connection among the Wi-Fi networks, but it prompts me for a password I don’t know.I’ve installed the latest versions of OpenRazer and Polychromatic.Could you help me, please?

Hello Razer Support,I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Mamba 2012 mouse. When moving the mouse horizontally (left or right), the pointer on the screen jumps or moves inconsistently, not matching the actual movement of the mouse. However, vertical movement (up and down) works perfectly fine.This issue occurs across different surfaces and after trying the following troubleshooting steps: Cleaning the mouse sensor and surface. Testing on multiple surfaces (mousepad, desk, etc.). Updating/reinstalling Synapse and mouse drivers. Testing on another computer (issue persists). The problem seems to be hardware-related, but I wanted to check if there’s a known fix or if further troubleshooting is needed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

I noticed that one other person had this issue but it was not resolved in the thread. I was playing a game and my wired controller was working fine as always then it suddenly disconnected. I tried restarting my PC and the controller would not reconnect. I tried pressing and holding the xbox button and it blinks twice but is still unresponsive. I cannot find any driver on the device manager. Super frustrating because I loved the controller over all my other ones.

When I turned on my pc this morning, my mouse was in the free-spin mode and clicking thing toggle button on the mouse would not switch it to tactile. I unplugged the mouse and plugged it back in. After this, the mouse began switching back and forth between tactile and free-spin on its own, this occurs either once a second or every several seconds. I hear the physical switch click in the mouse and I see the setting change on synapse. I can manually the scroll mode on synapse but it eventually begins to switch itself back and forth. My toggle button on the mouse itself continues to have no effect. Is this a software or hardware issue and is this fixable? 

When i use my razor viper v3 pro with the dongle it feels like it has mouse acceleration turned on. i dont have this issue on my desktop but when in game its very noticeable.At first the mouse also felt slower but i just chucked this up to the glides not being worn in. (i came from 800 dpi and im still using 800dpi with the new mouse).I thought this was a bug in rainbow six siege (the game) but when i plug the mouse in with cabble it works perfect?! i did update to the latest firmware. does anyone have a fix?

Trying to determine what’s up with my Kiyo Pro. I’ve adjusted settings and I don’t seem to understand why colors other than normal white colors looks good. Greens look teal, Reds look Orange, nothing is accurate. How can I fix this?

EXTREMELY DIM DISPLAY/ Black Screen. (RAZER BLADE ADVANCED 15” 2020)Hello, I was hoping for some help.Whilst using my laptop at work the screen began to flicker and then went black. Laptop power remained and keyboard still lit up. The laptop was rather hot to the touch at this point.  Putting the laptop screen towards the light it looked like an extremely vague outline on the screen of the application I was previously using.  I managed to test it with an external monitor and the computer element works fine. I allowed the laptop to cool and then attempted to follow all RAZER recommendations and information/ advice from the support forums. (ALL UPDATES) (Microsoft Memory Integrity etc)  I somehow got the screen working for a few hours in the early hours of the morning at work but after switching the computer off (so I could sleep) the screen is now black again on reboot. So now I am back to the beginning. I believe I have tried all these steps again which returned me the display this mor

My razer Blade started randomly restarting recently. Can’t really say if it happens under load or not, sometimes i can just be writing a document and it would do that, sometimes it does it while im gaming. Event viewer shows this as Kernel Power code 41. Do not know what the issues may be, im on all the latest drivers from razer website and windows, dont think there is any isssues with the laptop power supply, hardware that is connected seems to be fine as well at least. I’ve reset the system already, tried resetting bios to default settings, nothing seems to help.Anyone ran into similar issues or knows a fix?

Hello. I have bought a Razer Barracuda X Mercury 2022 from a technology store (Vatan Bilgisayar/ Vatan Computer) few hours ago. I faced a problem with my new headset which is; i couldn’t connect the headset to my pc. My pc case doesn’t have a type-c entry so i used the type-c to usb converter cable. I have plugged in the usb tip to the case and type-c dongle to the type-c tip. Then i turned power on of the headset (i charged the headset to full before doing all of that.). Normally when you plug in any usb or type-c device to your pc/laptop it will make a noise like ‘’hey, a thing just plugged in to me’’ but nothing happened. After a few seconds my pc made the noise and a pop-up showed up on my notifications panel it says the usb device you plugged in is broken, something like that. How it can be broken i just bought it? Some time ago my Dongle for my Razer Barracuda X 2021 broke so i went and bought a Razer Barracuda X (2022) dongle: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-audio/Razer-Barracuda-Series-USB-Wireless-Transceiver/RC30-03780100-R3M1. I have spent several hours trying to pair them together but to no success.I´ve tried:Headset Pairing Utility for Barracuda X (it got stuck on the pairing part and could not pair when headset was blinking blue lights) The Barracuda X firmware updater And SynapseI´ve tried to look for a 2021 dongle in the shop (which has the usb connector on the middle instead of the 2022´s on the side). Is there anyway to connect the Usb c dongle of the 2022 Barracuda X with the Barracuda X 2021? if not, where might I find a usb c dongle for the 2021 barracuda (not including second hand or third parties) in the official razer shop?  

The mouse has been working untill a couple of days ago when the mouse buttons 4 and 5 stopped working, I’ve tried rebinding them reinstalling synapse nothing has worked so far. If you have a fix please let me know. Thanks

I recently got my razer blade unboxed it at my house and when I tried to setup windows with my home wifi it won't work. I then was forced to use my mobile Hotspot. After the windows 11 setup I tried re installing the driver, performes network resets , etc. (All precautions on google I did it all). And it did not fix my problem of connecting to my home wifi. Other devices or laptop have no problem connecting to my Home wifi. Is there a fix? Or I have to get a wifi usb card? The mediatek 7 card inside the laptop does not perform well.

I have a problem with the Razer App Engine. It has a lot of processes running on the system. It makes me turn off the processes and the software doesn't work, and consequently the mouse services don't work. The program must be modified by your developers to run one or two processes at most.
