Good afternoon, I have purchased blackshark v2x headphones and am trying to add them to my razer id devices. The first time I tried, I got an error saying that the wrong code was entered, "try changing 0 to o, etc." after reloading the page, I passed the check, indicated the information about where the purchase was made and an error appeared that the headphones were activated, contact support, that's why I'm here. could you tell me if there really is no activation or if it was a site error?

Hello! I have a problem with “Razer 7.1 Surround”. I can't log into the app because it says: "Reconnecting. Connection not possible". hi I just bought a headset last year, it seams that few days ago my headset sound become very small and sometimes the left side on the headset it does not have any sound. I already put the volume untill the max still very small sound and I have compare with my others earphone its not my device problem

I purchased rezer deathadder chroma  from local shop to play my games well but when I downloaded  it's software and try to register the product it said 'Your product is already registered  'But I  have not  registered the product Please help me I want to use this mouse all features Please help me  

I just got my razer blade 5090 (2025). When i started playing different games, i found that the speakers seems to have some audio issues. The audio seems muffled and sound tiny. When playing fps or rpg games, whenever my character is facing an npc directly, the speech is muffled and soft but when i face left or right, the respective right or left speaker will become much louder clearer than when i am facing the npc. The background music is not affected.  It seems like the stereo works individually but when together, it just becomes soften and muffled. Also for some games, the cut scene audio is loud and great, but in the actual gameplay it becomes soft and muffled. i tried reinstalling the game but it was still the same. Then I tried reinstalling the realtek audio driver and restarting, but it still did not work. Does anybody else have the same problem? Any way to fix it?

is it possible to get a replacement for the circular 7 insert for the Naga Trinity mouse? i love the mouse but i cant seem to find any available for purchase and i honeslty make full use of the 7 wheel and i dont like the newer naga trinity 2 6 12 as i prefer the 7. if the 7 is available to replace awesome, even better if i can get a “newer” naga trinity. if i need to i suppose i will look to other brands but i want to stay with razer as i like the products.

With support and the withdrawal of Synapse Version 2 when with the current version of Synapse 3 have support for older products such as the Naga Epic Chroma Mouse ? Or are we just being cut loose from support for our older products ?

Wanted to know if someone here has had my weird problem with the laptops keyboard:Lately it started to stop registering some reystrokes. Only on the onboard laptop keyboard. Keys like space, b, v, g, t, and 6. Some would think its a hardware issue. But if you boot into BIOS the keys register perfectly (in the user password form)I have tried everything: reinstall synapse, wipe the OS and reinstall windows (everything fine in win10 and win11 without the latest updates)So this narrows it down to a issue with some of the latest win11 updates.We need support here. Regards

Recently, my Iskur chair leaned heavily towards one of the legs at the base. After looking, I noticed that the cast on one of the legs was bent upwards, causing it to be shorter than the rest. I took off all the casters and found that the hole of the one caster was bent and looks like one of the welds around the hold broke. Is there a way to get a replacement piece that have the five legs/star that the five casters go into?

So recently I made the mistake of trying to plug in the charger in my Blackshark the wrong way and effectively pushed in the entire socket. In an attempt to try and fix this, I removed the cushioning. To my surprise there are no screws at all. I’ve seen multiple videos of people doing maintenance on similar blacksharks to mine and they all have 4 phillips no.1 screws to access the guts of it. Some additional information that might prove useful:The place where the screws are supposed to be have been replaced with what looks like plasticI am uncertain of the year my model was released, but it is all black and has micro-usb chargingThe unique code strip at the top has been worn down and is unreadable

Hello, I recently bought a Blackshark v2 x headset. I activated it, but I can't hear any sound, and I just hear the sound of what's happening outside, like in my room and other places in my house. When I go on YouTube or something else, I can't hear the song from the video or anything else on my computer. Help me please.

I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate that I unfortunately lost the dongle for. I do however have a HyperSpeed dongle (the kind that just says “2.4 HyperSpeed” on it). I tried pairing them through Synapse, but it won’t see the mouse if I have it turned on, and I tried using the razer Mouse Pairing Utility, which sees my mouse when it is plugged in with a cable but won’t recognize the HyperSpeed dongle when I plug it in (it just stays at the screen asking me to plug the wireless dongle in).Can they not be paired together? Do I have any options here?

I noticed that the  /? key stopped working on my razer huntsman mini switch red, I tried everything to make it work but nothing seems to solve the issue, there are no macros on the razer software, I changed the windows language, I downloaded synapse 3 to see if the issue happened only with synapse 4, I did a hard reset and it is not a windows problem cause the issue happens in other computers and nothing changed. Does anyone know a solution?

Hi All, I purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and I love the mouse except for the fact that the right click all of a sudden stopped working. I tried resetting the mouse, using it on a new computer, uninstalling synapse and resetting settings in device manager. I also rebound the right click to a different button (DPI Clutch) and it worked without issue. I think it might be a hardware issue with the click.  Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

Hi I have had 3 pairs of the Krakens they are my favorite pair of headphones and I have managed to brake them all I know I no longer have the warranty but I was trying to se can I get them repaired 

Some months ago I left my Wolverine Tournament Edition and the RT button broke, I don't know what to do, where can I fix it or someone, actually the controller is very difficult, every time when has a vibration the controller turns off and have a lot of double,triple clicks with some buttons.(Model NO. :RZ06-0199) 

I’ve has this mouse for about 3-4 years, has been rock solid until about 2-3 weeks ago.  I’m not sure what changed, but the scroll wheel is ultra sensitive.   It feels like if I even breath on it, it scrolls.  I’m also pretty sure I used to be able to push on the scroll wheel to change modes.  Between like a more free wheeling scroll and a clicky scroll.  It almost feels like it stuck in “free wheeling” mode.     I have cleaned out the mouse with compressed air.  Updated firmware to 1.8.0.0, reinstalled Synapse and the drivers but it doesn’t make a difference. Has anyone else seen this and have any suggestions? Thanks.

I purchased a USB 4 dock. I want to transfer data from my iPad or cellphone onto my computer. How to do I do that? I tried using Elgato software which worked for a while. Maybe it was when I uploaded Windows 11 I do not know. I’d like to upload the software to make this happen.                                                                                    

I’m using windows 10 64 bit, I’m trying to enable the Razer blackshark V2 X. To do that I need to enable surround 7.1 but I don’t have it. I went to device manager and tried to add legacy hardware but Razer is not on the manufacturer list.Is there a way to add it into the list? or an alternative way to add a legacy hardware device?
