Hello I’ve got an older xbox Wolverine Tournament Edition RZ06-0199 controller and I’m experiencing accuracy problems so i looked for a calibration tool and couldnt find one and looked for a firmware updater and couldnt find that either, or indeed any information about the latest software/firmware for it. Does anybody know if there are updates / tools available? 

Dear Razer Support Team, I recently opened the box of my Razer Kraken X Lite headset, which I purchased a while ago. Inside the box, I found a Razer Gold voucher card, but unfortunately, while trying to reveal the code, the surface was damaged and the code became unreadable.  I understand that this code is a one-time use promotional offer, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in retrieving or reissuing the code. Hello,a couple of months ago I purchased two razer gold PINs  of 10 and 25 euros. When I tried to redeem them I was asked to complete an ID verification. In the process I accidentally submitted a wrong file and the verification failed. Now every time I try to redeem the PINs I get the following text “your amount exceeded the limit and for security reason, you will need to verify your identity.” when I click the button that says “verify” bellow the text it takes me to a page that says “We apologize for the inconvenience - your ID and address verification is in progress. Once this is completed, you will be able to continue with your purchase. If any further information is required, we will be in touch. We aim to complete all verifications within 24 hours.”. I have contacted razer support multiple times and they have not been able to help me, the last time I contacted them they did not even respond. It has been months now and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me find a so

The new Razer Basilisk Mobile, when synapse is closed and the button remapped, cannot use its AI button at all for any given purpose on the normal layer. Hypershift, however, does properly register its remapped function.  For example, if Mouse Button 4 were remapped as Hypershift, the AI button remapped to Mouse Button 4, and on the Hypershift layer, a function such as ‘Lower Sensitivity Stage’ were selected, once Synapse is closed the Hypershift would remain, the AI button(which is now Mouse Button 4) would not work, and the Lower Sensitivity Stage would also work when Hypershift is depressed. As I do not use the AI functionality, and on a laptop I would rather save as much memory as possible, closing the 400 MB process that is Synapse would be appreciated while I use my mouse to do other things.  

My Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition is doing some pretty weird stuff on my PC only for quite some time. Whenever I boot my PC after sometime some random keys started to register automatically non stop until I unplugged it. And sometimes some keys stopped working at all. Tried updating the firmware. Not helped. Tried pressing Esc, Capslock and Spacebar while plugging/unplugging sometimes this fixes the issue. But again after sometime the issue happens again.Now the great part this only happens on my PC I tried resetting it through my Laptop and it works on my Laptop.Before it was working fine on my PC btw. And other keyboards works just fine on my PC.I'm confused as hell please someone it's an expensive keyboard don't want to waste my money. Just like that. Every razer equipment I owned got some other  issues after using it for some time. I'm really disappointed with this right now. I mean what's the point of paying the premium price if you got this weird issues.

The headset keeps disconnecting and freezing the computer. With another, older model, there is no problem at all. I noticed this happens after a sound is played or while changing settings in Synapse.

It’s the normal Kiyo, the one with the ring light. Context:I’m currently on my 2nd week of using this mouse. I use the USB dongle on PC and bluetooth on my Mac. Problem:I’m currently facing the issue as per the title on my PC during my 2nd week of using this mouse. It’s working perfectly fine on my Mac but I’m having issues only on my PC. I’ve tried :Connecting & reconnecting the USB dongle (plugged into USB 3.0 port) Switching to a fresh battery  After the first few times of this problem occurring and after I’ve tried the steps above, I uninstalled the driver on Device Manager, unplugged the USB & switching off the mouse, restarted my PC and plugged in the USB & switching on the mouse again to reinstall the driver onto my PC. It was okay for the first few hours then the same problem kept repeating itself. I don’t know what else to do. Please advise accordingly, thank you. 

My headset was working two days ago, but it suddenly stopped yesterday. I tried turning it on, charging it few charger, resetting it, connecting it to a device, but nothing worked. When pressing the power button, the power light never turns on. It was fully charged before I tried using it. The light never turns on. This is the first time that this has happened. Is there anything I can do to fix it?  ​​​​​​

Hello, I have the blackshark v2 pro headset and love the headset. However my cat recently chewed the mic and it has started making a horrible buzzing sound when I speak. I’ve looked on the razer website and cannot find an official replacement mic from Razer. I’ve seen off brand ones on amazon but am afraid of a quality difference. Is there anyone that can help? Thank you!

I  got a Blackwidow v4 i november and today i noticed my # key  does not light up. It  lights up when i unplug and plug it back in for like 5 secs and I didn’t have this issue on my old Razer keyboard. I have tried reinstalling, different studio settings, resetting the keyboard, different usbs, but I cannot find a fix.  

Hello Razer Support, I am unable to access my Razer Gold account due to an issue with the two-factor authentication (2FA). I have lost access to the authenticator app and I do not have access to the backup codes either. I am the original owner of the account and I can verify my identity through any means necessary. I’m experiencing an issue with Razer Synapse 4 and my Naga Left-Handed Edition mouse. When I attempt to access the “Macro” section within Synapse, the screen appears blank and I’m unable to create or edit any macros.Steps Taken So Far: Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 4 Used the “Repair” option in the installer Rebooted after each attempt Verified the mouse is recognized and working in other sections of Synapse Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue. Hey!i’ve bought the headset from amazon and its new with the original packaging but when i enter the serial number it says:“This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.” and of course its wasn’t registered by me as its a brand new and i’ve just got it!can anyone please offer some help? 

Greetings, i have since nearly 4 weeks the problem, that my microphon mutes if i join TS. I used TS5 & TS6. The Problem is still persist, also after reinstall TS & Razer software. (Razer Synapse 4.0.86.2505070637) The microphon is deactivated at the Razer Software & after turning it on again all works fine. (after this i can close TS and opene it again without muted Mic) Any Clues?

I’ve just bought officially this keyboard and the battery has been 0% out of the box. The problem with it as unfortunately it doesn’t charge properly if at all and I could not use it as wireless once I unplug the cable. Official cable shows 0.5 A and 5V charging input but in synapse my keyboard is just discharging and stays at 1% no matter what even though it is currently in “off” switch state and without any RGB enabled. Of course I have tried to upgrade firmware (2.0.3.01) but it’s still the same problem and seems like the battery or controller is completely broken. Any meaningful advice from support would be kindly appriciated as I honestly don’t want to issue the refund right away. This is my first Razer product and I’m not content about it right from the start.

I have a Lachesis mouse and it’s been working perfect with the software until window 11.Now I got the mouse to work but no software.Model RZ01-0017, 3G Laser Gaming Mouse.Is there any fix for that?

i just got the huntman v2 everything else works but the media keys, the scroll wheel, will scroll websites instead of changing volume even tho its set in synapse to change volume up and down does not mute and the play/pause next track last track dont do anything
