Razer Support

I got the BlackWidow v4 100% about 3 months ago and it went unused after about a month due to some personal matters. I don't have the original cable it came with, but I'm using a different usb cable and it still won't connect to my laptop, when it did a few months ago. During this time it's been left in it's box so ik it's not a damage issue. I've tried both usb ports and it won't connect, but my mouse connects just fine (my mouse isn't a Razer product.) I've also tried a different cable and that doesn't work either, I've tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling Razer synapse and the issue is still persisting. Could the issue just be because I'm not using the original usb C port it came with?

My nightmare is virtually identical to a lot of posts, so either something is seriously wrong with their repair program or they just don’t care!I sent my Razer 17, that I spent $4500 on, in for repairs over a month ago and haven't received a single communication or update since they received it on April 10th. I've called 5 times and was either told that the part was out of stock, they didn't know, or I was just hung up on!I've requested manager escalation calls 3 times and was told no one was available and they'd call me back within 48 hours, which never happened once. The one time I was actually able to get through to the escalation department the line went dead (on their end) right after he looked up my case information!! No call back of course...This is my primary work laptop, if Razer can't fix it (severe screen flickering issue) or somehow lost it, they need to at least tell me something! The official email I received when I sent it in was that it would be fixed within 5 business

Was playing a game when all of a sudden the left ear audio completely turned off. I have tried every fix I could find and nothing is working. I tried the headphones on my phone and the left side still didnt have any audio. Not sure if this is related but the headphones are recognized as speakers on my pc and not headphones.  

So my keyboard has been acting weird where things like steam, roblox, etc have been confusing my keyboard for an xbox controller. This isnt an issue with the razer synapse app because I always have it closed (even in system tray) due to a weird input delay glitch that happened. Anyone know a fix? also how do u change ur razer acc name, mine was auto set

I'm trying to get my Razer Raptor 165Hz monitor to show up in Razer Synapse (for Chroma integration), but I'm running into a bit of a hurdle.My motherboard and GPU don’t have native USB-C output, so I’m looking into using a PCIe USB-C expansion card to connect the monitor's USB-C port to the system.Before I go ahead and buy one, I wanted to ask:Has anyone successfully gotten the Raptor 165Hz to be recognized in Synapse using a USB-C expansion card (not native USB-C on motherboard or GPU)?If so: What expansion card did you use? Any driver issues? Did Synapse detect the monitor properly for Chroma features? Appreciate any insight before I throw money at this. Thanks in advance!

I’m just writing a thread, just in case the PM I sent as instructed in this other thread Doesn’t lead to anything.But it’s basically the exact same issue.  I’ve left it running for hours upon hours (overnight until the next afternoon/ afterwork and the updater still says 0% and no sign of making any progress.)I’m kind of frustrated because the mouse seems to disconnect every 2 or 3 minutes I’ll be playing a game then I can’t move my cursor for 30 or 40 seconds before it finally “reconnects” and starts to work again.  Granted it’s connected via USB and the ports work for everything else. It appears to be just the mouse that’s choosing to not cooperate.Please advise what should be done.I can provide the mouse’s SN# via PM if needed like stated in the Thread I mentioned above.

I decided to check firmware updates on my razer equipment and noticed my subwoofer is on fw 1.5 and 1.8 is available.When I use the firmware updater and it instanlty disconnects, blinking green light, and wont reconnect without hard reset using a paperclip or long power cycle.Now it seems to often disconnect, where as before I did not have an issue =/Any advice?

Hello, I’ve had the Mamba wireless for a while now, and I love this mouse. I have many memories with it, and despite the every-now-and-then double clicking (I remember the cause of this vividly), I do not want to give it up yet.Recently, was powering down my laptop, and I went to remove the wireless dongle from the USB slot. To my despair, it literally just completely fell apart with plastic shards all over the place, and I had to scoop out some remaining plastic from inside my laptop’s USB slot. The transceiver still worked, though, and I was able to use it by gluing the metal USB frame to the one remaining vital green plastic prop which sits deepest inside the laptop port. I would fidget with the transceiver until I finally fit it between the plastic and the laptop contacts. I was trying to rig a small paperclip handle to the metal frame to pull it out easier, since it would require pliers to pull it out, and I still wanted the USB port to be useable by other devices. Are there plans to create  a  left-handed version  of the  v3 pro  or at  least a model where  you can choose  whether  to  use  side buttons  on the  left or  right side. I’ve  been playing lefty  my  whole life  and the current v3 pro only  has  side  buttons  accessible for right  handed players but all the other specs  on it  are exactly  what ive  been  looking for and I’ve been using the  viper  v2 for  years so im already used to the shape

I left My Mouse connected to my Laptop. During some time away even though my battery was showing at 70%+, when I returned there was no life. No lights on the top or on the bottom where the profile button or red light for the mouse.I have attempted to look in synapse app and this just says my mouse is turned off.I’ve attempted to charge the mouse on multiple devices and outlets and nothing lights up to say it charging. I have tried to update the mouse and the dongle is fully updated and the mouse even though plugged in is not recognised as being there.There seems to be no factory reset as this seems to be done through the app and the only hard reset suggested so far is hold Left, Right and Middle buttons together or a reset button which my mouse does not have.If there are any other suggestion to get the mouse working again I would be grateful

I have bought my new headset and i have tried everithing that i have found in forums but still not working.I have a PC with windows 10. After connecting the Type-C Wireless dongle, they appear as Speakers and MICRO doesnt works, the sound does, but this is a big bug. Please I need support on this or I will return my purchase tomorrow.

Turret keyboard for Xbox one.never came with a charger. Seen two ports on the back, one usb C and another im unsure of. Doesn’t seem to be charging with the usb C, is this the correct port to charge? Anyone know what the other port is for and what the name is the type of charger? thanks!

Hi,I have been trying to get my mouse to connect to my PC all night but it's not working.The dongle makes a connection noise when plugged in but doesn't connect and when I plug the mouse in directly, there is no connection sound. I have tried holding the power button but nothing changes. The red light inside the mouse is blinking from a dim red to a bright red. The synapse app also does not recognise the mouse, but had no problem finding the dongle and checking it for firmware updates. I have also tried holding the left and right mouse button before connecting, but I never get a flash to indicate the mouse has reset.I've only had this mouse for over a month. :(

I own a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset and am trying to use my RazerCare warranty to replace a damaged unit. To proceed with the warranty claim, I needed the serial number, which I found on the product box but isn’t working. I have the order number and multiple emails of proof of me not only buying the headset but also purchasing razercare.

However, I received an error message stating that the serial number is already registered to another account.I can confirm that the serial number was entered correctly, and this is a brand-new product that I purchased personally. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the product is registered under my account.

I have a Razer Wolverine Ultimate and I also have the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app from the Microsoft Store. I have the latest version of Synapse, as well. However, my question pertains to the multi-function buttons on the controller. I don't understand why the available reassignment options for remapping these extra buttons only covers the buttons that are already available on the face of the controller or the shoulder buttons! I would like to assign some of these multi-function buttons to duplicate keyboard strokes, such as Function Keys (F1,F2,etc). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this. I've even explored 3rd party apps that claim to be able to grant these types of shortcuts, but they don't cover Razer products. I am a diehard Razer fan. I have 11 Razer products. But, this is pretty frustrating. There's literally no need to remap extra buttons to buttons that already exist. How do you assign these extra buttons to duplicate keyboard keys??? C'mon Razer!

As the subject says when I open FC25 on my laptop the CPU goes straight to 100C and stays there the whole time. I raised laptop stand and Ive dusted the vents but im worried Im going to kill my laptop.   What should i do?

The CPU usage jums from like 0% to atleast 35% or more in some cases and the RGB effect also starts lagging intensly and the volume dial itself only changes the volume very slowly. I did not seem to find any answers and I only found one person on reddit mentioning this issue. Can someone help.

Hello,I purchased the BlackShark V2 X headset from SHEIN in my country, and upon receiving the product and attempting to register it, an error message appeared stating that it has already been registered. When I requested support and entered the product's SN, it showed a message saying it is ineligible for the free warranty. I would like assistance to register it in the system and also to use the 7.1 Surround Sound.I need help from a support team member, please.

The keyboard image does not load in the Synapse 4 dashboard, and the keyboard layout does not load in the keyboard settings. How can I fix it? Screenshots are attached below. Thank you! 

So I bought my razer 17 pro 2019 about a month ago and it came without a SSD. So I installed windows and started installing drivers from razer's website. I installed all the important ones first, but right from the very start I couldn't connect to the Internet even after installing the WiFi driver, I was using my old laptop for the downloads then transferring via thumbdrive.My router is far and in a closet, so I brought in my wifi extender which is usually in my shop and I plugged it in right next to my laptop then plugged in a Ethernet cord. Immediately the WiFi popped up when it didn't before and I was able to get connection from the cat cable or WiFi but only from the extender.So thinking that's how the laptop recognized the connection; I ordered a long cat 6 cable to connect to my router, when it arrived I had Ethernet connection but it still wouldn't recognize WiFi.So I started heavily troubleshooting drivers and adapters etc, like disabling and enabling again. Iv had a razor wolverine for quite a while now but havent remaped the controller for a long time, recently started playing a new game that requiers a different set up but when i try to edit a set up the screen just goes blank and i cant do anything

I have been using this mouse with a decent amount of issues.. I have no idea if this is a my pc thing but seeing as everything else works fine I don’t know how it can be.So whenever it is connected via bluetooth it works great but the second i I try and use it with the receiver thats when everything hits the fan.The middle mouse button doesn’t work thats new as of 30 minutes ago, and a plethora of other issues like synapse saying that it is switched off and not letting me access it and chroma doesn’t want to say it’s there either.I have tried so much from running the windows file checker to reinstalling all razer components from the ground up even just switching the usb port im using but nothing is different.Hoping I didnt just waste $70 and someone with a little more knowledge can help me.
