I got frustated with my RGB builtin keyboard on Razer Blade 15 2019 Base Model suddenly stopped working. It got flickering sometimes, and suddenly got off entirely. I don’t know it’s a sollution or not, but yesterday i tried uninstalled razer keyboard from device manager, restart it and enabling my Dynamic Lighting on Settings then Turn on Synapes Apps and Chroma suddenly it back to works (Hurraaaaaay 🤣). As you can see on my screenshoot it become 2 HID Keyboard Devices, but now my FN functions on keyboard stopped working, volume functions, keyboard lighting functions, etc.. But for others it’s still working normally. Did you guys facing other same problems? Sorry for my english by the way. 

Please, please, please!  Support the NAGA Left on Mac OS Synapse 4.  I know this is an edge case but I use the NAGA left on a Windows PC’s at the office for productivity work as I have severe carpel tunnel issues in my right hand.  I’d be lost without my NAGA Left mouse.  At home I run a MacBook and would desperately like to use a NAGA Left at home. Thanks

Hi! I recently purchased a Leviathan V2 Pro and I’m not sure whether i need to do something specific to get the spatial audio to work.  I have installed synapse and the THX Spatial-app. When starting the spatial app it’s querying me for an activation code. And I’m pretty sure that didn’t get one of those in the package since there basically was nothing in there except for the speaker and a very tiny guide on how to connect the speaker. So I tried the trial option just to get up and running and figured that i can possibly solve the activation code issue later. I followed the instructions and set THX Spatial as my output device in windows 11 and chose the leviathan v2 pro in the spatial audio app. When pressing TEST STEREO or TEST THX SPATIAL AUDIO i hear nothing though. Am i doing this right? I found an actual manual online but the only mention of thx spatial in the manual said:ACTIVATE THX® SPATIAL AUDIO* Unleash the full potential of the Razer Leviathan V2 by enabling 360° positional

So i bought THX Spatial Audio, and the setup does not go past 2/2. i cant click any of the top tabs, the enable button, or select output device in the app. I havent even gotten to input my activation code. 

This is an off & on issue I’ve been facing consistently throughout my ownership & growing use of my Naga X & synapse software. Frequently the side buttons on my Naga X completely stop acknowledging my rebinds & macros & return to the default settings. Usually fixes involve something along the lines of deleting the profile, resetting the mouse, or reinstalling Synapse 4 all together. So what I want to know is;Is there any sort of definite fix for this, or any idea what is actually causing it? I know the Naga X is discontinued, but it DOES say that it’s supported in synapse, however is it *really* being supported?Besides the obvious issues with Synapse, I really like the Naga X, & I’m not really eager to replace it, but would any of the newer mice by Razer (Naga V2 Pro?) be better adapted?My Naga X is plugged directly into the computer, not thru a hub I’m using the most updated version of Synapse 4 on Windows 11What can I do to stop this from happening so frequent

Hi Support, I currently own a Viper Ultimate mouse with dock for quite a few years and it is a fantastic mouse. However as of last week the Dongle keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 2-5 seconds. I read in forums that the dongle can be replaced. I purchased a new dongle but now the mouse doesn’t recognize it. So i downloaded the RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.07_r2.exe. Now it requires me to plug in the mouse with the USB cable that came with it….Obviously I have misplaced this and now am stuck yet again. Are you able to help me get this mouse back in action?R3egards rt

Hello Razer Support Team,I am contacting you because I can no longer use my Razer ManO'War headset properly. As you know, Razer Synapse 2.0 has lost its server connection and stopped working, and this headset model is not supported by newer versions of Synapse (3 or 4).I have just successfully registered my headset on my Razer ID account, but I did not receive any email with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Since the old software is completely defunct, I kindly ask you to verify my registration and manually provide me with a valid activation code for the new "Razer 7.1 Surround Sound" application, so I can use the virtual surround features again.

I recently purchased a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% 8KHz, but I am having an issue with the keyboard.The RGB/LED lights turn on normally, indicating that the keyboard is receiving power. However, when I press any of the keys, the keystrokes are not being registered by my computer.The keyboard appears to be powered on, but none of the keys respond.

Hello, I think the dongle for my Viper Ultimate is dying/dead. Noticed today that the mouse was registering movement/clicks for a few seconds followed by a second or two of nothing and repeating. This occurred regardless of USB port plugged into or whether it was connected to my laptop or my PC. Thought to try connecting the mouse with the cable and it works properly when using the wired connection. After finding some other threads about this I followed the instructions of updating firmware and the firmware updater goes to 100% for the dongle then seems to reset and go back to update needed. It never registers the update as successful or goes on to updating the mouse. Is there any way I can get a replacement dongle and if there is can I still get the pink one so everything matches?

Hola buen dia , hace 1 año compre mi camara razer kiyo la cual solo me duro 1mes a pesar de que solo la usaba 1 o 2 veces por semana 2 o 3 hrs ,solamente se apagó y no volvio a encender,procedi a reclamar la garantia , me brindaron una nueva , ahora con esta si ya tengo varios meses pero el dia de ahora paso casi lo mismo se apago pero abajo del anillo en la parte superior deja una pequeña parte encendida,  y reconoce el dispositivo pero a querer abrirlo,no abre , y brinda el error de dispositivo desconocido y ya no vuelve a leerlo, quisiera saber si tiene algun tipo de solucion ya que ya serian 2 camaras en menos de 1 año que se dañan. porfavor

Two days ago I was playing my game with no problems, but now the thumbstick doesn't work on this computer. However, I can hook it up to a different computer and it still works just fine there. I don't understand why it works on one and not the other. Does anybody have any ideas?

Hello,I’m having serious audio issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed (RZ04-0496).The headset was working normally a couple of days ago, but the problem suddenly appeared without any hardware changes on my side.Here are the symptoms: The volume sometimes jumps or changes unpredictably. When adjusting the volume with the headset’s volume wheel, the sound can change in character and the low frequencies/bass become noticeably quieter. There is noticeable audio delay, especially during voice calls in Discord and Xbox app. The issue is not limited to one application. Razer Synapse EQ does not seem to affect the sound at all. When THX Spatial Audio / audio enhancements are enabled, the volume issue becomes significantly worse. When THX Spatial Audio / audio enhancements are disabled, the volume jumping stops, but the EQ still does not work. I have already reinstalled the audio device/driver through Windows Device Manager. My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.

So I bought a Razer Kiyo a few years ago, and it has been working fine for the most part. Recently, I bought a new PC and updated the firmware for all of my devices, initially it worked fine, but then I opened razer synapse while calling my friend with my camera on and the camera’s ring light turned on and started flickering before shutting off entirely, then I got a notification saying windows doesn’t recognize the device.Lastly, sometimes when I plug in my camera it says it is on as soon as I plug it in despite nothing being open to have the camera on, this only happens after the flickering issue and usually stops after I wait for a while then plug the camera back into the computer.

Hello, is there any ways to buy or replace the 12 panel button for my Naga v2 pro ? Some button aren’t working now when the mouse is working otherwhise.

Hi! I saw that there was a previous post about this but it was closed and moved to PMs so I’m trying my luck by making a new post.The situations of mine are similar to theirs where my mouse was working fine so far (I’ve owned it since September of last year) and all of a sudden while I was playing a game it disconnects. I’ve tried using other USB ports on my PC and reinstalling the mouse drivers as well as Synapse to no avail. It only works when in contact with certain surfaces, for example, having it on my bedsheets allows the mouse to be detected and usable AS LONG as I keep it on the bedsheet, as soon as I lift it off it disconnects shortly afterwards. It unfortunately doesn’t work at all on my mouse pad. So would the only solution be buying a new mouse?

Hi there! Recently went to Windows 11 and now my keyborad does not light  anymore. All the other function keys work (can play with the volume, with the luminosity etc) but when I clicked on the ones controling the rgb nothing changes. any help please?

I just purchased Blade 16 2024 with GeForce RTX4070 and every time I boot the system up, it takes a very long time to start up and get the laptop running to a normal state. During the Start up process, everything lags really bad from my mouse cursor to typing the keys for password. it takes 2-3 minutes starting up.I had an 2016 razer blade and my old model despite being almost a decade years old boots up faster than my current fresh out the box 2024 razerblade laptop.Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Please help me find this solution!

 Setup:Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed on macOS (Bluetooth) and Windows (2.4GHz dongle) Synapse 4 on Windows, NO Synapse on MacIssue: Scroll wheel click stopped working at all on MacOS, and generates zero HID events on macOS, which I confirmed with the Terminal commands ioreg -l | grep -i razer, hidutil list, and sudo log stream --predicate 'eventMessage contains "Button"' --info.
